Fantastic experience: I initially attended the clinic with a trapped nerve in my left shoulder which was resolved in just a couple of sessions. A chiropractor was my first point of call as my GP would just give me pain relief and I wanted to get to the root cause instead. After 6 weeks of treatment, I'm honestly feeling amazing. I've seen many of the chiropractors at the clinic, I've felt very safe and secure with them all but there is nothing like a woman's touch with Meghan. Came out feeling seen and supported. Fantastic experience: I'm new to back pain and previously never required any treatment, of any kind. However a couple of months ago that all changed. This clinic has been a god send and helped me a great deal. I'm really glad that they were able to add me to their patient list. After one visit I felt much better and after several more I feel that I'm almost back to my old old self. So glad l found them and I'd definitely recommend them. They’ve been brilliant with me and given me lots of useful advice I can implement at home on top of the adjustments at their clinic. Fantastic experience: Having had back issues for months I had an initial consultation and x-ray where the problem was identified and explained. Then six weeks of twice a week alignment sessions with Gareth which over the weeks reduced my pain and increased my flexibility. Different exercises to suit how I was feeling on the day, each stretch talked through beforehand so I wasn't surprised. A fantastic level of care. Also very efficient appointment booking service with email reminders. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had issues with both lower back and neck ,and was putting on weight due to be unable to exercise and it was getting me down , had been to GP and been through the usual pile of pain killers ,then X-rays and MRIs with specialists at Ninewells over 2 years and they said nothing wrong .After an initial consultation I decided to give “adjustments “ and “ advice “ a go .After the first few months I was feeling well enough to get back to running , which I’ve now been able to continue and have much better movement ,much less pain and weight is coming down .Thanks to all at the practice, especially Gareth who I’ve seen the most .Would definitely recommend .

Fantastic experience: I've had around 10 sessions here for adjustments so far and I genuinely have not been in so little pain as I am now for over a decade. I have EDS and my chiropractor has been extremely understanding of the potential limits that puts on me, he started the treatments very gently and has worked up as it becomes more clear what my body can handle. I go home after every session feeling brilliant and my overall pain level has drastically reduced. Could not recommend more.

Fantastic experience: I finally took the decision to visit the Chiropractor after suffering with shoulder and hip pain for years. It is a decision I have not regretted. The pains and ached I experienced alleviated after the first visit and, in addition, many other physical issues I was having have also improved. Fantastic experience: I've been going along to the clinic for a few months now and I have felt massive improvements to my mobility and lifestyle. I have recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and generally struggle with pain, balance and stiffness. Since starting chiropractic treatment, I have been moving better, I have been able to get back to the gym and the pain I have felt previously is gone. Each chiropractor I have seen has been incredibly knowledgable and respectful. I find the clinic to be a very welcoming atmosphere and the reception staff are very attentive. Fantastic experience: Been going for more than 2 years. Each chiropractor has their own style, but all are excellent in their craft. They do listen to specific areas of chronic or acute pain, but will use sound judgment on if treatment is advisable or risks outweigh benefit. I have areas of pain including upper back, lower back, leg pain new and old. I definitely would and have recommended to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: When I first came into to Dundee Chiropractic, I couldn't get in and out of bed without pain, let alone do even a minimal amount of exercise. Within one session I was in less pain and weeks later I was back to exercising normally. I've even gotten my husband to start coming. All of the staff is wonderful and extremely helpful - I'm sometimes sorry I don't need to come every week anymore!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Dundee clinic regularly for nearly 3 years now after it being recommended to me. All the staff are always polite and friendly. Throughout this time I have been at different stages, the worst being severe pain barley able to walk when the problem first occurred whilst now its manageable and I attend more on a care and maintenance basis. I think my progress would have been a lot slower if I hadn't attended the clinic and even now I find each visit helps. I do wish I had actually attended before I originally slipped my disc as it may have prevented that happening as I had experienced back pain for years but not done much about it. So anybody thinking about attending I would recommend you giving it a try. Attend with an open mind, dont expect instant miracles and I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me. For me its money well spent as it helps maintain my health.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dundee Chiropractic Clinic for a few years. They have helped me a great deal with my posture and continue to work with me to alleviate pain. I would give these guys more than 5 stars, if it were possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with back pain for two years, originally the discomfort started as a dull ache then lead to debilitating pain. I must admit my hopes of one adjustment to cure all does not exist however I can not praise the Dundee team enough!! To-date I've been seen six times but my pain totally subsided by my fourth adjustment. The fees are reasonable and the team are incredibly friendly and honest and upon your first visit you get a little welcome pack with useful information and helpful tips. I highly recommend Dundee chiropractic clinic to anymore in Tayside or Fife suffering with acute or chronic back pain like myself.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this service for a few months, to help with neck, back and hip pain, from a mixture of ageing and sporting injuries. The treatment has been fantastic, I feel looser and lighter after sessions, get good advice and clear explanations. Treatments are short but very effective, so they are easy to fit in to a busy life. I always feel like I have a spring in my step after each session. Fantastic experience: I was referred to the clinic after suffering with chronic back pain/Sciatic nerve damage. I had spinal surgery years before and although my disc has been repaired so to speak the damage to my nerves were catastrophic. Dr Luke Soh, has been incredibly patient with me, I had PTSD from a previous Chiropractor in the midst of my back injury, and he took things very slowly and at a pace I was comfortable with. Over time I have built up a trust in him and he has transformed my life in terms of mobilty and pain, I literally wouldn't be able to function daily or work with regular ongoing treatment and adjustments where needed. My 6year old daughter now attends the clinic with Luke and again he has been incredibly patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Dundee clinic for around 3 years, i have tried other companies within Dundee but found Dundee Chiropractic Clinic to be most helpful and resolve my back issues. Staff are very informative and explaining the what they carry out at each session. All the staff including the receptionists are fantastic and keen to assist when required.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the service that the staff at the Dundee Chiropractic Clinic gave me over the course of treating my back. I had suffered from various chronic back issues over the last 20 years, and despite seeking some treatments for the pain, the causes persisted. The staff at the chiropractic clinic explained the reasons where the pain was coming from, and administered treatment based on how my back was reacting. Gradually the pain eased and I have finally been relatively pain free for a few weeks now. I certainly feel like I learned a lot from speaking with the staff, and would recommend the Chiropractic Clinic if you have any on going issues with your back.

Negative experience: Wanted to be seen for a cramp in my upper back that I got while working out a day before. As a healthcare worker, and as someone having had it before, this is self limiting and resolves in a few days. Regular pain relief is helpful in the meanwhile. I called them, hoping that I'd get it addressed faster so that I can continue to work better. Spoke to the receptionist and the rules appeared to be set in stone: I had to have a 'video consultation' (costs £45) of 30 minutes prior to be seen in person !! Now, I'm sure this would help a lot of people who have chronic difficulties. But for people who have a minor injury that should be treated easily, this is just an extra unnecessary hurdle with the benefit of extracting more money from clients' pockets. It would have been appreciated if there was some flexibility (?triage over the phone to begin with!?) and consideration was given to individual patient concerns and their pain. Disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I booked a consultation back in October 2021 in a last ditch attempt to see if someone could help. At age 33 I was struggling to walk, I barely slept as I was in agony lying down. My back/hip muscles were in constant agony. My GP was happy to keep giving me strong opiates just to get through the day. I had to leave my job. Enter Dundee Chiropractic Clinic! I wasn’t fobbed off, The pain I was experienced wasn’t written off by them as being something else, they actually believed me! I have worked with 2 of the chiropractors and although I am not back to normal quite yet, the difference is outstanding. I feel human again. This clinic has changed my life and I will be forever thankful for the treatment I have received. 100% recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing issues. Fantastic experience: Went as a last resort for an ankle issue and I only wish I had gone sooner. The root cause of the problem was identified and addressed in no time at all. Although my ankle issue is in the past, I still enjoy attending appointments regularly as it greatly benefits my posture and flexibility, as well as relieving any tension. Fantastic experience: Having had back pain for as long as i can remember, I have been sent to physio from my GP also had private physio to no long term relief. I have also been on pain relief medication for as long as i can remember also. Annoyed at myself for not going to a chiropractor earlier, Gareth and Luke have did a great job and explain everything along the way. I primarily go to Gareth due to my schedule, he is quick with a joke to make you feel comfortable and makes it a pleasant experience all round. I have also been with Luke several times who is very friendly and does equally good a job as Gareth. I have been going for several months as i was told it would be a longer journey starting at 2 sessions a week, down to one and now bi-weekly due to the prolonged issues with my back but it has been worth every penny. It is a expensive service at a glance but the quality of life improvements i cannot stress enough how much this has made day to day life easier. Not forgetting the friendly desk staff who are always there to greet you with a smile.

Positive experience: I've dealt with this chiropractic practice for around ten years, during which time I think I've seen five or six different chiropractors - as individuals have come and gone. Some of these have been better than others (in my view), but overall I am happy with what the practice have done for me. I still use them whenever my chronic back issue flares up, which is generally due to my own neglect! As a very busy professional, my only frustration is sometimes being kept waiting beyond my scheduled appointment time (for which I am always on time). I accept that this is probably unavoidable, but it's a frustration nonetheless. I'd encourage anyone with back problems to consider chiropractic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I first attended Dundee Chiropractors in July 2014 after sustaining neck and back injuries in a car accident, they helped me enormously, at that time. Since then I have returned on many occasions to have episodes of treatment for ongoing problems. I have nothing to compare with I just know I am comfortable attending. The Reception staff, are always extremely helpful and friendly and above all discreet. The Chiropractors are all Knowledgeable, positive, and have great listening skills and seem committed to helping their patients lead a healthier life. I dont know what I would do without them. I know for me, I will always choose to have treatment, as I also have an under lying chronic condition, that can cause me a lot of pain. The treatments give me great relief and maintain my flexability, that for me is better than taking lots of pain killing medication.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff at Dundee Chiropractic Clinic are absolutely wonderful!! They are so friendly helpful and understanding. And I love how the chiropractors work WITH you, they really listen to where you're at. I've struggled with lower disc degeneration and arthritis in my back for several years now, having to take time off work and cancel plans when I was having bad days. But since I started going to Dundee Chiropractic Clinic almost 18 months ago, I haven't been off work or canceled plans once. I cannot recomend them enough to people!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice with my 20 year old son for the past two years due to chronic issues. Fantastic experience: If your in pain, or have mobility issues, and get nowhere with NHS, don't hesitate to visit this clinic. I've been attending here for several years now, as have serious issues with muscle spasms and mobility due to damage, left, after back surgery many years ago. A spasm in my back can, and has left me lying where I've fallen for days, sometimes weeks, but thanks to the chiropractors at this clinic, i can at least stay on my feet, allowing me to attend for treatment which speeds up the recovery process. I find this to be a godsend, and the fact that no one looks at, or treats you like an idiot, makes a pleasant change. These guys are not miracle workers, but do their very best to not only treat your problem, but help you understand why it is happening, and if you work with them, how you can lessen, or prevent it recurring to often. Everyone, including Reception staff, are warm, friendly and very welcoming. You feel confident enough to ask any question, no matter how silly it seems, and you'll get an answer. I have been to other practices in the past, but most are very clinical, whereas this is one big happy family, making your visit something to look forward to, for reasons, other than pain relief. It can seem expensive for many, but trust me, it's worth it, to be able to get on, and enjoy a better quality of life. The fact that someone is out there, ready to help, when your in agony is worth every penny. If you need help, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.
