Fantastic experience: Tasnim has worked wonders for me! I was very nervous at my first appointment having previously had surgery on my back. Tasnim put me at ease and gently introduced me to the adjustments. I now have so much more flexibility in my back, neck and my movement and balance have improved immensely. Fantastic experience: I see both Kerri for sports (deep tissue)massage and Inarah for chiro adjustments. Kerri is brilliant and makes you feel at ease as soon as you go in. She also listens to what you say and works with you, she explains what's going on and suggests exercises or alternatives to sustain or improve your physical wellbeing and reduces stress. I always feel so much more relaxed and less tense after a massage. Inarah is amazing, she also makes you feel comfortable when you go in. She listens to me and liaises with Kerri so I have the best treatments, my adjustments make a huge difference. I can't recommend Kerri or Inarah highly enough. They both give me the best care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Alba Chiropractor for nearly a year and have never considered leaving. They have a great team including Amber, Chloe and Luke at reception. They are super attentive, inviting and friendly! :) Inarah is my chiropractor and is absolutely fabulous at what she does. I have always been terrified with getting my neck “cracked” but with patience, reassurance and trust, we have managed to overcome this. Inarah is super knowledgeable, and I always feel relaxed in her chair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment so if you’re considering Alba, do it! :)

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Richard for a few weeks now with our newborn and to say it’s been transformative is an understatement. I’ve been to chiropractors myself previously so knew a little of what to expect but taking our daughter has opened my eyes to the full possibilities of this amazing practice. Our little one couldn’t lie on her back without crying or spitting up, she couldn’t straighten herself out and was extremely uncomfortable making feeding very difficult. After just one appointment she was like a different baby and has continued to progress with the help of Richard. Richard is thorough, informative and reassuring which put us at ease from the first appointment. We now have a much happier baby who is thriving- thank you! Couldn’t recommend Richard and the practice more, above and beyond service that more people should know about. ⭐!!

Fantastic experience: We can’t thank The Alba Clinic and Richard in particular for changing our lives. We had a chronically unhappy and dis-regulated baby girl, especially around sleep times and when sitting in her car seat, pram or stroller. Medical professionals told me my daughter had reflux and suggest medication and also said she might benefit from a dummy. I grew increasingly concerned as my daughter got older as she got more tired and upset and her sleep was abominable. She was struggling To roll or do any tummy time. After two sessions we saw a huge improvement and after 5 sessions only maintenance was required. My daughter, born c-section had a twisted spine and he head wasn’t sitting flush on her neck causing her great pain and discomfort. Now, We have a happy, healthy baby girl and I can’t be more thankful to The Alba clinic for everything they have done. The reception staff are also excellent and have been so welcoming and helpful. I wish we had found The Alba clinic when my daughter was weeks old and not 5.5 months!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Sean and alba highly enough. Started going around a year ago with a constant lower back pain due to an anterior pelvic tilt from years of bad posture standing at work and tight muscular issues from football and running. Sean explained to me at the time that my case wouldn’t be a quick crack and fix on the spot like some other people may experience but a more gradual step by step process of improvement to my lower back with multiple sessions. I’m glad I listened to Sean and trusted the process as after each appointment I started to notice the difference and improvement every time. I can now say I am completely pain free in my day to day life and still continue to see Sean once a month for routinely adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Inarah is amazing! I’d been struggling with restricted shoulder movement and pain for years following a dislocation, and after just a few treatments I feel like a new person. The results were quick and honestly life changing. I haven’t had this much movement or flexibility in over five years. I’ve decided to continue with regular treatment as I now realise how much I am benefiting not only my shoulder but my back and neck also until I went through these treatments. She is friendly, professional, and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My Daughter and I are seeing Inarah been with her for a few months. Shes amazing made us both feel welcomed and at ease too. We both play rugby and shes even sorted issues we have both had from playing. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sean at Alba for 5 years now; he has helped me with an array of injuries, from treating an old ACL tear to all sorts of neck and back issues. As I do sports regularly I like to keep a monthly appointment to talk about any ongoing pain, and the treatment is always carried out to the highest standard, with an explanation and post-treatment care advice. Fantastic experience: Inarah has been a god send! She is both professional and approachable, as well as knowledgeable. She has given me exercises to do as well working her magic in our sessions. Without her, I am certain that I'd still be pretty much bedbound 6 weeks after slipping my disc, instead of returning to work like I am. I can't sing her praises, or the rest of the team's, enough. You can tell that everyone in the clinic loves what they do and care deeply about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from bad lower back pain and general stiffness and lack of mobility. I had an initial review and agreed to the recommendation of 14 visits . Following the treatment my back pain dissapeared and my mobility increased massively. Now, 3 months after the treatment I am still pain free and mobility is good. Thanks to Jordan Marchant for sorting me out !.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, warm people and very professional and well qualified staff who are dedicated and regularly attend training to continue their education. I had lower back pain that has been limiting me for years but I felt some improvements after the first adjustments and have continued to improve. Positive experience: Would recommend as they offer a great service but abit disappointed to be told that I am no longer a client of my long standing chiropractor Richard after 15 years and have to start again with another person in the clinic due to not having an appointment in 2 years due to COVID restrictions.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Alba - all staff are so lovely, professional and helpful, and it's a clean and relaxing environment. I started taking my baby to see Rosita when she was 7 weeks to see if chiropractic treatment could help with her reflux and colic/generally being inconsolable and not sleeping. Rosita is friendly and knowledgeable and has worked wonders with my daughter - reducing her reflux, sorting out latch problems caused by a tongue tie and helping to keep her relaxed and happy. Everything was explained well and we were advised of things we could do at home to help her treatment. My daughter is now a happy and healthy 6 month old and just goes for the occasional check-up and adjustment. I've been going to see Rosita for myself for a couple of week now for pelvic and back pain caused by pregnancy/childbirth and I'm already experiencing much less pain and improved functionality.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment and paid online. Attended the clinic for my appointment, they were taking temperatures on arrival, I offered my wrist as i did not want the temperature gun pointed at my forehead. Decided after speaking to 3 different people just to cancel the appointment and it was agreed they would refund my money. Have sent 2 emails asking when this money will be refunded, no reply. I have phoned today to be told this can only be dealt with by the manager who is apparently on annual leave. Absolutely appalling service. I have made an appointment elsewhere and received wonderful service.

Everyone, from reception to practitioners, are professional and friendly and the clinic is bright and welcoming. I was relieved Richard was able to identify and treat the source of my headaches quickly. He took time to explain this, my treatment plan and ways I could support myself. It’s my turn at the moment with a sore back during pregnancy and my mum is going too. Every time we visit all of the staff we encounter are friendly. Fantastic experience: I ve attended the Alba clinic for a period of time for pain and gain relief from attending the Chiropracter and Pilates class.. I receive very professional care and all practitioners communicate with each other to offer me the best advise to manage my pain. I find both this advise practical sessions and pilates excercise paramount to my wellbeing. My daughter and son also attend the Chiropracter and have amazing health benefits. Especially my daughter who’s heavily pregnant and preparing for the birth of her baby . All staff members are polite and very approachable .

Fantastic experience: Have tried few of the rest but hands down Alba is the best. My toddler is also a patient. From newborn has been seen and helped with digestive issues, crawling and sleep. She now giggles and looks forward to her visits. Keep up the good work!
