Fantastic experience: Vicki's knowledge is excellent. Treated a niggling hamstring injury I had. Used a shock therapy machine on the tendon area and troublesome muscles and gave me a few exercises to keep the problem under control. Great service and pleasant manner.

Fantastic experience: My PT recommended Vicki after a niggly hamstring injury. She was fantastic, got right to the route of the problem and treated it with shockwave, cupping and taping. She even sorted me out on the morning of a Hyrox race overseas before I flew out and despite still being injured, I didn’t feel any pain during the event. I will definitely be back, she’s a complete professional and brilliant at what she does.

Fantastic experience: Another great session with Vicki. Had issues with both my calves and a hamstring issue. My calves felt better straight after the session. I got exercises for rehab on my hamstring which I’ve started seeing the benefits of already. Really professional, can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Vicki for a short while now, for a series of problems I’ve been having. She’s great at what she does and makes you feel comfortable. Throug shockwave, sports massages, her excellent mobility and exercise plans I have been able to get much more range of motion in my legs, and my shoulders, seeing big strength gain and noticeable changes.

I have suffered with a bad back for over 12 years due to a car crash and I'm glad to say it was a great decision. I have booked again to see if I can have a painful shoulder sorted so I can get back to playing bad golf.

Fantastic experience: My visit to VC sports therapy was a pleasure, unsure of what to expect as it was nerve damage , every step was explained and my questions were answered in easy and understanding way, cupping to my forearm was administered, a pain free experience reducing the pain i had experienced.

Positive experience: Vicki was lovely; professional, asked relevant questions. Acted accordingly to responses and after examining my skeletal movement. She also had a down to earth and caring approach. I received some hands on treatment along with 'sound' therapy and 'cupping'. I noticed a difference in my ability to stretch and move as soon as I got up from the bed. I have made another follow-up appointment. Highly recommended.

With an ongoing shoulder issues after years of boxing she conducted various tests then went to work. Without a doubt the most professional and knowledgeable therapist I have been to and after 4 sessions my shoulder felt great. Fantastic experience: Having spent months and months experiencing and then having to live with severe pain caused by a degenerative tear to my meniscus tissue to my right knee and after using several physiotherapists in the Dundee area to no avail, I finally found this wee angel called Vicky Costello who very quickly booked me in for a 2 hour consultation appointment with check-up...who also read, understood then relayed my MRI scan and report into a language i could understand..Vicky then set about devising a physio plan and a 3 day gym workout completely bespoked to me. Please believe when I say I've been thru a few different types of physios and Vicky is by far the best most professional physiotherapist I've ever dealt with, she is very conscience yet completely empathetic and caring..After spending months and months thinking I would never be able to run another marathon again, With Vicky, i now have a plan.. and so much hope.. I can't thank her enough..

Fantastic experience: A very good first appointment, a thorough run through of my current aches and pains, Vicki then explained how she would start to remedy them and demonstrated exercises and stretches I could do in my own time. She carried out a few different techniques and I came away feeling much better and happy. She then followed up the session by email and explained clearly what I should do on my own to improve things. I will book a follow up session shortly as I was impressed with the initial assessment and treatment.

She did a thorough initial assessment, including strength testing, to accurately diagnose the issues I was having. Vicki's treatment plan was a mix of shockwave therapy, cupping, and sports massage to address all of my problem areas. I was impressed by her ability to multitask and maximise the amount of work that could happen within the session time. The shockwave therapy was something I've never tried before, I could feel the difference after just a 20-minute session. I would definitely recommend VC Sports Therapy to anyone looking for a good sports therapist. Vicki is super knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: Vicki has helped me with multiple issues now. She is always very friendly and professional and genuinely cares about her clients. She first helped me with neck and shoulder tension/pain from desk working and bad posture. Although I didn’t expect instant results she managed to relieve it completely within one session with her shockwave therapy. I couldn’t believe the results and increase in range of movement. She’s also helped me with a back injury from golf and has given me an easy to follow mobility and strength programme to aid my recovery and prevent future injuries. I highly recommend her!

She is very friendly and knowledgeable and kept in touch regularly. Vicky increased my program as I progressed which helped me both physically and psychologically. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I came to Vicki with a torn calf and with a long history of injuries. Through treatments and rehab plans, my calf is feeling great! Vicki also tested my strength in various areas using an app that provides statistical data. She gave me exercises to do and we re-tested. Using the data helped me see my progress after a month, which was great! This is the best and most confident I have felt in a long time in my body after years of constant injury. Couldn’t recommend Vicki enough!

Fantastic experience: Really good first appointment, Vicki asked lots of questions regarding pain history and possible cause of existing problem. First treatment went well and I did feel the benefits within hours. I felt she was really thorough on investigating how best to treat the problem and I left with simple exercises to do at home together with helpful tips on how to avoid aggravating the situation whilst continuing with treatment.

Fantastic experience: Having led quite a physical life, I received a number of injuries to my shoulders and, for several years suffered pain and reduced mobility in both my shoulders I was sent to a specialist by my doctor who examined me and told me I had ripped tendons. He said this could be repaired by small operations in which he could stitch the tendons and reattach them to the correct places. I asked him to just go ahead because of the pain when doing ‘stuff’ and, the restrictions on my physical life. He said he wouldn’t do this until it got much worse and gave me an open appointment. Eventually I went to VC Sports Therapy on several recommendations from family. After the first visit where ‘Vicki’ gave me a thorough examination and some manipulation, set me out an exercise and treatment plan, sent me away with great relief from the months of pain and improved movement. Over the next few months, including the date of this review, my injuries and my ability to get back to doing the things I need and want to do have been improving all the time. I highly recommend VC Sports Therapy if you wan to see improvements and get back to a normal life. Excellent service by a very experienced and knowledgeable operative.
