Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at this psychotherapy center in Coventry. Shafika, my psychotherapist, was absolutely amazing- genuinely supportive, consistently followed up, and gave me the best advice throughout my sessions. I used to suffer from severe sciatica and was always in pain, but after my last session, I walked out completely pain-free. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted. The lady at the front desk was also very warm and welcoming, which made each visit even more pleasant. All in all, I'm truly happy with the results and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking real, effective support.

Fantastic experience: I visited Komal here after having pain develop in my right shoulder. From the first visit she correctly diagnosed the problem and worked with me to get an exercise plan that worked for me. After just a few visits I started to see a big improvement and 6 months on I have no pain at all. Komal was amazing all through the process educating me on the root cause of the problem and how to prevent issues in future.

Negative experience: I was referred to this practice through my employer and had four sessions, but I won’t be going back. My hip and back pain has made it hard for me to walk and do many of the normal day to day tasks. The chairs in the waiting and treatment rooms are too low, which made getting in and out of them difficult. Each session was supposed to be 30 minutes, but I was always called in about five minutes late. The actual treatment was a short massage, maybe 5–10 minutes, followed by about five minutes of being shown exercises. This was the case for every session except the first consultation. After a month, I’ve seen no progress. I get that recovery takes time, but with no improvement and the issues I’ve had with the practice, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Recently my mom had some treatment in the Coventry clinic and it was really good, our physio Komal was really helpful and able to explain everything really well. We are so happy with the experience and will recommend this place to our family!

Fantastic experience: I had eleven sessions for my wiplash injury at Sano and the physio therapist was Shafika Islam Khan. The pain was almost chronic and the treatment I had from her was aboslutely amazing. After the sessions, I have minmal pain and I feel so much better now. I would rate her five star for her professionalism and the treatement she offered. Besides, she is a very pleasant lady. I certainly would recommend her to anyone who needs the physio treatment.

Negative experience: My daughter's 30 minute physio sessions with Komaldeep were incredibly engaging and informative, she was brilliant with my young daughter putting her at ease. However we then had a session with Shafika which was in complete contrast to this experience. Shafika clearly hadn't read the notes so had no idea of her injury, she gave contradictory and potentially negligent advice, was abrupt, rude, didn't ask any questions and overall really made my daughter feel uncomfortable and unsafe. As if that wasn't enough of a poor experience she then asked us to leave after 12 minutes of a 30 minute appointment and said she had nothing else to say or offer by way of advice. Needless to say I would never use Shafika again or recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a trapped facet joint in my back which caused my muscles to spasm. I was in pain all day everyday until Shafika Khan worked her magic. From the first hands on appointment the pain had dramatically reduced. I'm now back at work thanks to Shafika. Fantastic experience: Miss Shafika worked on a trapped nerve in my neck for 6 sessions. At the start a lot of movement was painful with tingling in my arm but at each session I was given new exercises do at home between sessions to the point that after the 6th session pain and tingling has gone altogether. Fantastic experience: Keir was on point from the start. After getting hit by a 20 tonne quarry lorry my bodie aged rapidly and my body movement was reduced dramatically. Keir and his magical hands. Manipulating my muscle tissue to help with my recovery. After 12 sessions with massages and exercises im back to about 90% to what I was before the accident. I can't thank him enough a true gentleman and patience of a saint.

She is a brilliant physiotherapist and her skills for working deep muscle massage have really helped me improve from my injurys. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sano through my employer after damaging my Achilles tendon. I had 8 sessions with Keir and was really pleased with the treatment that he provided. Keir is a great listener, he took onboard my comments, explained the issues very clearly and tailored my treatment accordingly. Time keeping was excellent too, I was always seen on time and never felt that I was being rushed out of the door at the end of each session. With Keir's help, my ankle is feeling a lot better. He reviewed and updated the treatment as well as the exercises I was doing at home during every session. I would gladly use Sano Physiotherapy in Coventry again in the future.
