Fantastic experience: Sam Chidwick podiatrist. I was struggling with shin splints on inside of lower leg. I was specific with Sam that I could not to keep replacing multiple sets of custom orthotics for life. Sam said he’d make me self sufficient and it 2 sessions he’d sorted me out. Very pleased. This guy is a top podiatrist and a hard worker. I am an active 50 year old needing help to keep me playing sport.
Fantastic experience: I came to Halo from a recommendation by a family member and I'm so glad I did. I'd been in terrible pain for months with a foot problem. Through a combination of work with both Paul and Sam I'm now well on the way to recovery and feel really good. Paul is a hard task master and made me understand how much hard work I need to put into my own recovery, it's been so worth the effort! Sam was able to help me understand the bio mechanics of my foot and provided state of the art orthotics which have been life changing. I would massively recommend Halo, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Having struggled with intermittent pain in my right shoulder for several months, I turned to Halo. At our first meeting, Paul questioned me about lifestyle, computer time etc and had me perform - or try to - a series of exercises. After identifying likely causes of the problem, and suggesting a number of improvements in e.g. posture, computer seating and pillow use, he gave me three exercises to be completed several times each day. Over the last month, these have led to a marked increase in flexibility and a lessening in the pain experienced. Result, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Referred to Paul at Halo via AXA, after three months of prior treatment but no progress. Great service, efficient booking system, and most importantly excellent treatment and rehabilitation. Paul diagnosed my disc issue quickly and set out a clear, concise and very effective treatment and rehabilitation regime. Improvement came in days, with symptoms gone and now pain free in a few weeks - his impact has been very significant. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming for chair Pilates (new yo me after years of Pilates) and have been very impressed- I can really feel the benefits and it has motivated me to improve my fitness levels.I have also had a physio session which was so encouraging. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the brilliant care that I received from Paul at Halo. He has provided really clear and honest advice and worked with me to help me progress much more than I believed I could following a knee injury. He’s challenged me and kept me motivated. Fantastic experience: I'm currently in the care of Paul Godfrey at Halo, following numerous knee issues in the past. It's my best physio experience to date. Firstly, the team at Halo including clinicians and receptionists are first class - efficient, courteous and professional. Any change in schedule - sometimes needed for myself - is met with a flexible approach. As for Paul, he's clearly an extremely experienced professional who has the ability to simplify terminology (for a lay person like me!), drive progress and provided the much-needed support in the process. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Gemma for rehab from two netball injuries and she has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond as a physio, supporting with muscle release work and deep tissue massage, which is difficult to find in physios these days. Fantastic experience: Everything you need in a physio practice! I had shoulder impingement for 8 months and only until I came to Paul at Halo, he completely revolutionised the way I train. After 17 years of weight-training, Paul took time to educate me on the root cause of my pain and helped me correct my shoulder mechanics. Now 80% improvement and able to train with much less pain, I promise you there is no need to look any further for a great physio. Paul is positive, educational and makes recovery seamless! Furthermore the reception staff are very accommodating to clients’ needs so make sure you book in for a speedy proper recovery! Thanks team

Fantastic experience: Gemma at Halo has been nothing short of amazing. Her approach to my issue was very thorough and hands on and has helped me get me back to doing the sports I love. I chose Halo (& Gemma) as I have recently had my second baby. I had already seen Gemma after my first baby on her Mummy MOT appointments which was great, but after my second baby, I needed some extra physio and I knew I would be in safe hands with Gemma. Fantastic experience: I first saw Michelle before I had a knee replacement when she recommended acupuncture. This was a great success. After my knee op I saw her again and she helped by ‘fine tuning’ my new knee. I have recently had my other knee replacement and have seen Rachael who has been very reassuring - second knee op did not go quite as well - but with her input it’s now back on track. Regardless of what treatment I’ve had, it’s always been a pleasure to visit Halo and know that I will see a friendly, reassuring, and caring miracle worker! Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to different physios for 5 years with my lower back problem. Then about 3 years with upper back problem. Rachael was the physio I found back in February and last week I’ve officially dismissed from my back issues. She absolutely nailed it. She gave me exercises that no other physio gave me. Very simple exercises but these targeted the exact points where I was weak and was getting the pain. She gave me tools I can use now on everyday basis to keep the pain away. I am still in shock that I am finally fixed! Plus she is such a lovely person. It took a long time to find a right physio and it also took a lot of work on my own to feel better. But it’s 100% thanks to Rachael.

Fantastic experience: Rachel has been treating my sciatica since earlier this year and I can honestly say she is excellent - super professional, diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it effectively, with a mix of treatment and very manageable exercises. Kate on reception is also great!

Fantastic experience: The treatment I have received from Rachael is outstanding. Not only did she help me with my hamstring injury but also with my BPPV. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none and always with a friendly smile. She has gone above and beyond to get me 'fixed' for my powerlifting competition. I also have a regular sports massage with Lisa. Always friendly and knows how to fix me! I highly recommend Rachael and the Halo team.

Fantastic experience: Myself and son have been treated by a number of the physios at Halo and all are absolutely brilliant. Rachael in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They all cannot do enough for you. My son plays football to a high standard and rehabilitation for an ankle injury he had was serving to none. Cannot recommend Halo enough!!

Fantastic experience: Clean and modern facility with friendly and welcoming staff. After several weeks of treatment elsewhere a friend recommended Halo, for which I am eternally grateful. A thorough assessment was conducted followed by a mix of physio and acupuncture treatment, the sciatica, muscular pain and impaired mobility were 90% resolved and I am now active again. Kath, I cannot thank you enough! My only complaint is that HI didn't come here sooner! Highly recommend
