Fantastic experience: Martha is brilliant! I had been to a physio prior to seeing her that hadn’t been successful, so was instantly impressed when she was able to tell me exactly why I had my problems within about the first 5 minutes of my appointment. I had one session of normal physiotherapy and another which included dry needling and it completely fixed the issue that I had had for months. I will definitely be going to back I’m ever in need.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Martha for treatment of a slipped disc, and the improvement I've experienced has been significant. From the start, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, taking the time to understand my symptoms and tailor my treatment accordingly. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Martha enough! She helped me till the end of my 3rd pregnancy. I was so lucky to find her, as I was really worried about labour and postnatal care, but she took all my worries away! She explained everything and gave me a plan. Fantastic experience: As someone who does a lot of combat sports, Muay Thai, and am very active, I never quite felt loose in my hips, back, and legs and felt my mobility wasn’t improving, I also had a bunch of random pains that Martha pointed all out without me telling her and explained the root to all the problems and gave me a plan on how to attack and fix them. She also gave me a mobility and recovery plan for my Muay Thai training to help with the muscle tightness and helped loosen up the muscles that were incredibly tight. She was professional and you can tell the amount of experience she has. She also educated me a lot on mobility and the importance of cooling down and stretching and the long term affects of not taking care of it with my sport, she was an amazing help. I cannot recommend her enough, she is a very kind lady who you can tell loves to help people. I will never go to another Physical Therapist, thank you so much Martha!

Fantastic experience: Robles Physiotherapy was recommended to me initially and I have been going for treatment for about 18 months now. I find the professional but relaxed approach very reassuring and always feel better following a treatment. Martha wastes no time and I always feel like I have been given really excellent treatment for the cost of a session. Martha has up to date training in several different treatment options which means she can fully explore and treat injury or general joint pain with the most appropriate form of treatment. Fantastic experience: I went to see Martha at Robles Physiotherapy after experiencing pelvic pain and discomfort after a hysterectomy. She was kind, considerate, thorough and I felt completely at ease. Good Pelvic Physios are very difficult to find, and Martha really is one of the best. I would go and see her again without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Martha has supported me through my recovery from a chronic lower back injury (a bulging disk). Her in session physiotherapy methods were excellent and relieved me of a lot of muscular pain resulting from my sciatica. She developed a detailed exercise and stretches recovery plan for me, which has also really helped my back pain. I would recommend her to anyone with chronic lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: I had calf issues 3 weeks before a half marathon. Unlike other physio usually just tell you to stop, Martha helped me to manage the condition. I tried dry needles for the first time, it loosen up the tight spots in my muscle effectively and helped me to made the race. I’m so glad I didn’t have to drop out or cancel my flights and hotel!

Fantastic experience: Martha takes a very holistic to my ailments and has introduced me to acupuncture. All of which relieves me from my aches and pains for quite a number of hours/days. Fantastic experience: I visited Robles physiotherapy after being recommended by a friend. I visited after having a sprained ankle and wanted to follow up to avoid any further problems in the future. Martha was very professional and knowledgeable, during the appointment I felt reassured by this. First Martha reviewed my condition, and evaluated. Then she showed me many exercises that I'll need to do to strengthen the muscles and avoid pushing the ankle too much, always explaining what the purpose was and how the body will work. We did some stretching and showed me follow up routines personalised for my work and exercise activities.
