Elevation Physio - Stratford-Upon-Avon

Fantastic experience: Had a shoulder injury for 18 months. It affected me deeply in the gym and mentally as-well as it prevented me from going. I went to through the NHS which took ages and they couldn’t find anything wrong. This led me to private healthcare which was faster however they still couldn’t find anything wrong after MRIs and ultrasounds. I tried getting a steroidal injection which didn’t work before giving up. 6 months after this one of my friends recommended me to elevation physio. I followed a 12 week course doing my physio daily and for the first time saw results. I’ve kept going with the physio and after 4 months my shoulder had no pain or inflammation. This allowed me to start training again at more weight then I could move before.

Fantastic experience: Rohin’s back rebuild program was amazing and worth the money. I had back pain for over 6 months. Trying multiple different physios, acupuncture, massages, painkillers,stretches etc and nothing was working. I came across the back rebuild page on instagram where Rohan proposed a solid structured 3 month plan and promised me results in 3 months Because nothing else worked I was sceptical but gave it a go. And 3 months later I’m nearly back to normal. The service is great, regular check ins and replying to any questions I had every day! If you have back pain that’s not going away Rohin is your man.

Fantastic experience: I've been working Rohin online for about 8 weeks now. I came to him with lower back pain and sciatica of about 4/5 years from a disc bulge. I had tried various exercises, chiropractors and other physios but after less than a month working with Rohin by sciatica had pretty much gone. His approach using biomechanic focused drills as well as regular strength and movement training is quite different to what you might see elsewhere, and it really works. The support from Rohin has been incredible, he is always available to answer my question and ensure I am doing the programme and exercises correctly. It looks to be the best decision I've ever made and has started to get my life back from years of pain

Fantastic experience: In November 2024, I suffered a very painful injury affecting my sciatic nerve and glute muscle (right side). I was in severe pain and was unable to move, sit or sleep for days… I decided to book a physio session with Rohin at Elevation Physio after reading the many positive reviews online. As I was unable to leave my house, Rohin kindly visited me at home and I had my first physio session with him which relieved my pain and discomfort afterwards. Over the last few months, I have been attending regular physio sessions with Rohin who has helped me to significantly improve my physical strength and mobility through a personalised exercise plan and appropriate professional advice. Rohin is a very knowledgeable and dedicated professional who takes genuine interest in the prompt recovery of his patients. I would highly recommend Rohin and Elevation Physio to anyone who requires relevant treatment.

Fantastic experience: Been visiting for a few months now and it’s been brilliant. I’ve had real problems with my joints and now been given exercises to help strengthen and improve mobility. As I’ve had a few operations I was really struggling to get some muscle to work and others were just painful to move or use, Now a few months later I’m moving a lot better! Can highly recommend for physical therapy and sports massage. Glad I decided to give it a go as it really helps with the pain.

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to get a next day appointment via the online appointment system. I had already tried 3 other suppliers two which had not come back to me and the other could not see me for 3 days. I had the severe pain in my upper back twice before and ended up in a and e and was sent home with morphine and no advice. This time I was lucky to get some immediate relief but also really good advice and exercises to first help the immediate pain and then after 4 sessions further exercises to strengthen my back. I can't thank you enough for the treatment and ongoing exercises, which I hope will set me on the road to a stronger back!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Rohin at Elevation Physio! I had seen other physio therapists for the exact same upper back pain locked around my spine and he was the first who was able to help me. After 10 months of pain, his treatment brought the level of pain to 0 in about 3 weeks. I am working on strengthening now so I do not have random pain days at all. Rohin really listens and modifies the treatment depending on how your body reacts. This was key for me as I was through the NHS physio cycle already and that was not focused on me nor I had received the thorough follow up I did with Rohin. Fantastic experience: Good physio service received from Rohin - comprehensive set of rehab exercises provided, with regular email check ups in between face to face sessions. Rohin also took the time to contact my GP regarding a scan due to persistent shoulder injury.

Fantastic experience: I recieved an assessment for my lower back pain from elevation physio about a month ago. Ronnie offered some great advice for me to go home with and provided a plan going forward; what was the best move to take in terms or treatment. I will now be returning to start full sessions to start treating my lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been once and I met Ronnie, after an extensive discussion and assessment, he gave me some exercises and I started to do them as instructed. It was a miracle how my condition improved after less than 2 weeks. I almost lost hope at some point and now hope is back and pretty much alive! Thanks. Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: As a professional boxer i do a lot of running. Which I managed to pick up a calf injury from. After visiting other physios I was never really given a clear plan on how to rehab the injury and how to strengthen the muscle again, meaning the injury kept reoccurring. So I decided to go elevation, the extent of the injury was examined and I was given an exercise plan on how to strengthen the muscle. Highly Recommend

Fantastic experience: I have a major problem with my left knee which does not allow me to climb or descend stairs without a lot of pain in my knee. Rohin gave me Physiotherapy in his clinic and some home excercises to do and after 5 sessions of physio my left leg has got a lot stronger and I have now joined a Gym to further my excercise aimed at using Gym machines which will target my muscles in my left leg, he has also organised a medical scan of my knee via my Doctor to see what is happening beneath the skin so we should know what precisely is going on with my knee. So, overall experience with a one to one Physiotherapist (Rohin Sunner) was very good and I must say Ime impressed with what Rohin managed to do to strengthen my leg and the ongoing support he has given me. Yes, Ime glad I went and would certainly recommend Rohin if you are thinking about having Physiotherapy. Frank Price

Fantastic experience: After a fall I had extreme shoulder pain Rohin immediately identified that I had a Rotator Cuff injury and with some manipulation and exercises cured it in two sessions. Highly recommended?

After my initial consultation where I explained my back issues including recurring sciatica at multiple sites, I booked a series of sessions with Rohin. At each session I was given 3 exercises to work on between visits. After 1 month I am getting far fewer incidents of sciatica, my core and back feel stronger.
