Fantastic experience: I went to Craig with frequent migraines. He spent time assessing me and honed in on my trigger points. He explained very clearly how he was going to treat me. After about 6 weeks of treatment I don't wake up with a headache any more and so far - no migraines! The Clinic is very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having experienced a significant back problem for many years it got considerably worse during 2025. I became aware of Heathcote Chiropractic through a friend that uses them. I was in agony barely able to get out of a chair. Numerous visits to my gp and unable to take pain killers I was desperate for some relief. Although anxious I took the plunge and made an appointment to see Stephanie, who had her work cut out as my back problems go back over 40 years. My fears were unfounded, you are made to feel welcome from the pleasant and efficient reception staff. Stephanie is extremely pleasant and thorough asking all the relevant questions and tailors the treatment to the individual. She gives advice on what to do at home to compliment the treatment she gives to ensure you get the full benefit. She is happy to explain or answer any questions I have. Does her treatment work, absolutely, I crawled in and walked out! I’ve had around 8 treatments so far and my back is greatly improved. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done and I should have done it years ago. Thank you Stephanie. Fantastic experience: I got leg and back pain and I visited by my GP and he prescribed codine for me and am always struggling in my work place and someone introduced heatcote chiropractic clinic which Craig is the head ,to be frank I didn't believe their treatment can help me so I asked them to do me x-ray to know what is worrying me and said they have seen what is worrying me during their hand examination so I will get my healing and now I can say that am about 90 percent healed

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for longer than I can remember for intermittent treatment throughout the years. Craig has a wealth of knowledge in his field and has always sorted out any issue I have had. I have followed this up with periodic ‘maintenance’ treatment which I have found invaluable. There is also a fabulous team of sports massage therapists to compliment his treatment should you require it. The ‘activator’ method Craig uses is not only effective but means you don’t need to get into difficult positions and hear the dreadful noise of cracking of bones! Craig is incredibly professional and explains the whole treatment process in a way which is easily understood, which put me at ease. The reception staff are also very efficient and welcoming.

Negative experience: Useless. Made the journey to have my neck looked at, and stood at the door ringing the bell multiple times. Someone came out of their office, looked and walked back in. Three staff there and not one could even acknowledge I was there, let alone open the door. If this is how you conduct your business, I'm surprised you have one.

Positive experience: I was stuck with my lower back pain and couldn’t move. After few hours when I was able to get up, I contacted Heathcote Chiropractic for an appointment and Immediately I was able to see Stephanie. After accessing me, Stephanie explained the treatment and after two treatment I was much better to walk. It took me at least five sessions as it was badly inflamed. It’s a very calm and friendly atmosphere and very easy and flexible to make appointments. Fantastic experience: Craig’s method of chiropractic is gentle and effective and it is always a pleasure to go for tune ups and feel relief from any built up tension. The team are always very helpful and accommodating and it makes such a difference to have a nice massage by a member of the team on any sore areas after being adjusted. Craig really cares about his patients and I appreciated very much the follow up calls when my father, also one of his patients, was in hospital after his recent accident.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Craig for a very long time, since he was working in Solihull. Followed him to Warwick cos he’s a star. Love the results I get from Jenna so much so I booked for a regular course of treatments with her for a year. Not sure I can say I ‘enjoy’ the sessions but a do appreciate them. He does a fantastic job everytime and his methods are so gentle yet effective. Fantastic experience: I had no hesitation in returning to the clinic as soon as I begain to experience some lower back problems a few weeks ago. As before, I was suprised at the impact my treatment had after just one or two sessions. A high degree of professionalism is shown by all the staff, and the slick, co-ordinated treatment I experienced from both Craig and the physio throughout my treatment has resulted in a huge improvement in how I feel. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this chiropractors for almost 2 months now. First of all, this is the 3rd chiro clinic I've visited in the last 10 years and by far the best. In certain clinics you feel like a "cash cow" as the chiro is dealing with multiple patients at once but not here. You get the full attention of Craig and one of the lovely physio's who work alongside him. This chiro/physio combination works wonders & I am really seeing/feeling my progress.

Fantastic experience: As someone with a chronic pain condition who was on crutches several times a week, had tried every holistic/alternative health remedy out there and who was frankly at a point of desperation - Craig has given me my life back. I was sceptical at first, yet after two sessions I had five whole days where I could walk properly on my own - something unheard of for me. 2 months of regular appointments later I now only need my crutches once a fortnight, have been able to go on walks for the first time in a year and most importantly feel hopeful about my physical capacity again. It is rare to find a health practitioner so well researched, who can know what is wrong just by looking at you, but also one who genuinely wants the best for you and goes out of his way to find the best approach to tackle your case. Craig was also mindful of my financial challenges, and took an approach that was most efficient from that point of view - rare in this field! I would recommend everyone to go to see Craig. Even if you think (like me) that it's hopeless and nothing can help. I will never be totally pain free, that's just my reality with this condition, but the improvement I have seen in just two months has been so very worth it. Wish I had found him sooner.

Fantastic experience: Craig and the team at Heathcote Chiropractic Clinic have changed my day to day life with the treatment i've had over the few years with them. I've been suffering with pain in my shoulder's, elbows and back from my physical day job for a while and my wife recommend to have an appointment with the Heathcote Chiropractor. Craig has done many adjustment's on my back, shoulders, elbows and collarbone over the last few years (not painful) to realign my bones. Negative experience: Terrible customer service and huge disappointment. I booked an appointment 4.5 weeks ago on the phone, informing the receptionist I would be travelling from London specifically for this appointment. I was told as a new patient I could not get an appointment anytime sooner. To be told on the day the appointment no longer exists, nothing could be done in the meantime to accommodate and no sincere apology or thought given to someone struggling chronic back pain issues. Instead of taking any accountability, I was told nothing can be done and no thought towards rebooking at a sooner date.

Fantastic experience: Craig has a very scientific approach to identifying the root cause of the problem and treatment required to resolve. I have attended other Chiropractors where it is a quick 10 min adjustment, and you are out the door. Craig is supported by sports/deep tissue massage therapy which really helps. Craig really takes time to explain what is happening and everyone at the clinic is very welcoming. The Heathcote Chiropractic Clinic was recommended by my son, and I would recommend treatment here to anyone who is in pain as it really worked for me.

Fantastic experience: After having issues with my ankle I had surgery about 2 years ago, this was successful and with physio was able to walk better. With time not walk correctly stated to have issues with my knees and lower back, with physio not able to improve the problem and becoming more painful decide to see Craig, with a new approach and knowing my past history, found issues with my lower back and with my ankle becoming stiff causing restricted movements, giving knee problems, tailored treatment specific to me. With the first few visits stated to see and feel improvements, then more recent having my calves messaged by Megan and laser treatment again designed for my knees and ankle pain. This has stopped my knees swelling and improved my walking. With everything that has been done, so glad to have gone and seen Craig and his team, so helpful, flexible with bookings and always friendly, great service, keep up the good work, very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing pain in my shoulder on and off for a year and a half which I initially put down to being a stubborn trapped nerve. I visited Craig when it became apparent that the pain wouldn’t go away permanently without help. Craig is not the type of chiropractor that will just crack bones. He follows a specific technique of identifying the root cause of a problem and fixes that. He explains what the problem is and how complicated it is to treat. I couldn’t believe the difference that I felt after the first treatment despite the fact that I thought that there may have been permanent damage. The whole team are excellent at taking care of their patients and making you feel reassured that your problem will go way. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had been in a lot of pain with Sciatica for some months and been to the Doctors who referred me for Physio, as I had to wait a few months for the Physio my wife rang Heathcote Chiropractic Clinic to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I was seen within a week and treatment started straight away, and at first I thought this isn't helping, but within a couple of weeks I could feel an improvement and it has got better after each treatment that I only need to go once a month now, I would definitely recommend trying them if you are in pain, as apart from having the treatment they explain to you what the problem is and what to avoid doing whilst the damaged area is recovering.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with rib issues since the the beginning of the year. Long story short, after talking to my GP and visiting the hospital about my problem, I finally decided to visit a Chiropractor to hopefully sort my issue out once and for all. I made an appointment within the week and the process begun straight away. Since my original assessment at the beginning of June, it's only gotten better to the point where I feel much more confident and healthier than I did 6 months ago. I cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff are so welcoming and are willing to help guide and educate you -- without being patronising. The practice itself is inviting and warm and although its a health practice, it doesn't feel like a sterile or impersonal environment. The only downside (although really it is also an upside) is when my case has been signed off that I won't need to visit the practice or be greeted by their sunny disposition anymore.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Chiropractic place i have been. The treatment is first class. Not your usual 'cracking' of joints but a more gentle approach that, in my opinion, has given faster, better and longer lasting relief for my problems. Would highly recommend.

When I first emailed to enquire it was a fast response and explained what I needed to complete due to covid restrictions. When at the appointment everything was explained to me on what was going to happen and each time something new was going to happen it was explained as to why and what would happen. It was explained what was going to needed after the first session and rebooking was easy. I would recommend The Heatcote Chiropractic Clinic to family and friends as its helped me greatly.

Tracey and Caroline on the front desk have also been very friendly, helpful and accommodating when trying to fit appointments in between my irregular work schedule.
