Fantastic experience: Wish I’d done this sooner. Liz explained everything in ways that I fully understood and made me feel completely at ease. Talked me through everything that happened and I left not only feeling a hell of a lot better than when I got there but knew that I was on a proper path to recovery and not left wondering how long I was going to be in pain for. Cannot recommend this clinic high enough.

Fantastic experience: Took partner for his first appointment, in agony with his back. Upon arrival liz’s daughter is very welcoming making you feel super comfortable. Then we met liz and she’s just brilliant, super welcoming personality making him feel immediately at ease. Got straight to the point fast figuring out what she thinks is wrong. Partner came away feeling more confident that he can be on the journey to recovery with his back. Thanks so much liz, looking forward to next appointment

Fantastic experience: Booked in to see Abi to assess and treat a knee injury. Assessment was thorough and had a progressive treatment plan put in place. Very happy with the service and would go back again in future if needed

Fantastic experience: I have recently tried the laser treatment with Liz and Abbi, really good to try a new therapy, non invasive, very relaxing and felt it was able to penetrate into deeper muscles.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a severe muscle injury, was treated with the new Lightforce laser therapy. This gave me immediate relief from the pain and a lowering of inflammation. After a short number of sessions the injury is well on the way to being healed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I returned to Liz after several years absence following a move from the area. Since then I have been to a number of more local chiropractors but my recent appointment with Liz reminded me how excellent she is. She conducted a thorough review and agreed a remedial plan for my painful lower back problem and after fifteen minutes I can already see a big improvement. I will definitely continue the treatment as I am confident in Liz's abilities and I've decided it's worth the extra travel time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment ,when i started in June i was in agony and barely able to walk . I am now able to put up fencing and lay paving slabs and virtually drug free. Liz puts you at ease as soon as you meet her I would recommend to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment for a chiropractor and Imogen was able to get me straight in on the same day. Registering as a new patient was quick and efficient and Liz was lovely. She sat down went through the possibilities and was able to do a few exercises. It didn’t instantly fix my back but relieve the pressure and she gave me and plan of action for the next steps, lots of information and booked me in again for the same week. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Went along with acute back pain and left the first session already with significant relief. Liz has a wealth of experience and following a very thorough analysis of my situation diagnosed my problems and agreed an action plan for relief and improvement. A very thorough examination followed by treatment gave immediate results. Very thankful for the explanation of the cause of my problems, the treatment and the way forward. Fantastic experience: Liz was fantastic, very knowledgable and not afraid to explain details of what was going wrong and where. Turns out trapped nerves can start to be resolved in as little as 1 session, wish I had contacted her sooner! Treatment, whilst uncomfortable, made me feel ten times better than I did previously - and the suggested supplementary care is also having the desired effect. Imogen on reception was lovely too, very welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I’ve always been a bit of a sceptic regarding these kind of treatments but consider me converted. 5 stars.

Liz is extremely knowledgeable and will explain things in detail and help you understand what is happening with certain areas of the body and why they are affected the way they are. Will not see anyone else now other than LSRC.

Fantastic experience: After getting me an appointment within hours, I walked in crying with pain unable to stand the pain in my back and unable to move my arm. Liz made me feel comfortable and at ease. After my first session, i was able to walk out able to use my arm again. I still have a way to go, but i know its working, and that we are making progress already. All the team are amazing friendly and supportive. Thank you guys x

Fantastic experience: Liz was great today. Liz was recommended by 2 different sources. Liz is very knowledgeable and very approachable. I am only 1 session in with another booked in a few days but so far I am very happy with the service, even the receptionist was lovely.

Fantastic experience: I’d been suffering for 9 months with my back and didn’t know where to turn…I stumbled across the practice and decided to give them a call. The receptionists were polite and friendly and managed to fit me in. The building is warming and relaxing and put me at ease. I’ve been seeing Liz weekly for over a month now and I went from hobbling in on my first day to last week walking in with a spring in my step. Fantastic experience: I have seen Liz for a number of years now, after her being recommended to me by my mum. I was always worried about seeing a chiropractor as people often say they crack you, and I was worried about getting hurt. Well I can safely say I've never been cracked, Liz has worked wonders on my knee and hip pain, and I would highly recommend her and her team and often do.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this clinic for a number of years now & always find the treatments extremely good & great help with my problems. Basically Liz gave me my life back from severe back pain & nearly able to walk to being able to horse ride again. I never feel my appointments are rushed as Liz always takes great care & effort to assess my problems. The tips & advise given to use between appointments is also very helpful. I find all the staff very friendly & welcoming it is obvious that Liz takes great pride in this clinic. I would not want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I saw Liz this week and I have been a patient of Liz for over 20 years. She is proud of her practice and her staff. I really like the fact that customer service is paramount and feedback is welcomed. Before she started treating me I would have regular periods of excruciating back pain which often resulted in me spending several days in bed. Liz also gives great advice regarding appropriate exercises, as well how to adjust your car seat to avoid back pain. This holistic approach has helped to keep me largely pain free and importantly at work. I now have regular adjustment sessions which help maintain my back and allows me a good quality of life. I would recommend anyone who has either a back or skeletal problem to see Liz, she will help you.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best, ( song there somewhere) ....Liz, from day one you worked wonders on my poor old engineers back and hips, oh, and knees.....enabling me to continue to realise my life’s dreams working on Steam engines and all that goes with them....... I’ve emigrated south now ....lol..... Isle of Wight , and stopped for a while, but may get back into the steam scene next year. Still feeling good, badminton keeps me mobile now. Fantastic experience: Great clinic. Very capable staff. Gave me excellent "at home" exercises and her in practice regimes always improves my back pain. This is an super way to go and get an improvement in your pain and movement.

Fantastic experience: What a surprise I've regularly had visits to liz for my back and shoulders. But when I visited yesterday I had hurt my thumb and had been in pain for a couple of weeks so mentioned it and within my treatment she was able to sort my thumb out and I walked out free of pain in my thumb. Fantastic experience: Liz was recommended to me by a friend so when the pain in my arm got so bad that it threatened my ability to work I made an appointment. I am so pleased I did, Liz has enabled me to continue working and I can now get much needed sleep without taking painkillers. I had been dealing with the pain that way for about five years on and off. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with staff and patients chatting and laughing together, while keeping everything professional. I would recommend highly to anyone experiencing pain, discomfort for whatever reason. I don't really have to say where the pain or discomfort is, Liz just finds it. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: Great place to visit, I had back pain for 6 years. Saw various other places which told me they couldnt find the problem then after my first session here they identified the cause and have improved my movement as well as reduced the pain. Its the best ive felt in years.
