Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Mesut today and had a really positive experience. He was friendly, and attentive, he quickly identified areas of muscle tension including several I hadn't even realised were tight and explained everything clearly throughout the session. He took his time working on the problem areas on my back and offered to switch techniques to reduce any discomfort multiple times. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and would happily recommend Mesut to anyone looking for a professional sports massage therapist, I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: Started Physio with Godiva physiotherapy Coventry at First I was very nervous met with Damien and I had an instant connection. I’ve had three sessions so far and within those three sessions the whole trust the whole everything with him is amazing. I would highly highly recommend them especially when somebody has been through so much as myself, I’m not saying that everybody hasn’t gone through things but myself experience and it’s only three sessions and I would recommend them.

I went and had one session with Damien who made me feel comfortable and was super friendly. He also gave me some exercises to do and after a week and a half my neck felt almost 90 percent better . Fantastic experience: I’ve had several appointments with Damien over the years for various leg and back injuries, and each time I’m reminded how excellent he is and how beneficial physiotherapy is. Most recently, I went in with some back pain issues that arose after a particularly heavy session in the gym. Damien was thorough in detail during the initial diagnosis and quickly identified the issue with my Intercostal Muscles in the back. We did some pain and mobility tests before treatment, and then some after treatment - not only did the pain and mobility improve, but overall I felt liberated. The days following were just a rapid succession of this and I was soon back to full fitness in the gym training again. I could not recommend Damien and his team highly enough. A very genuine guy with an exceptional level of knowledge and experience in his field.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Damien with a longstanding ankle problem. He immediately worked his magic and identified issues with my balance and lack of strength within the ankle. My ankle discomfort improved immediately after session one and I built on Damien’s work by doing the exercises he gave me. I am so glad I went to see Damien.

Fantastic experience: Came across this place in the early hours if the morning while pacing up and down at my wits end with sciatica. Booked appointment for 7am the following day and so glad I did. Im a lady aged 53 who's had a lot of surgery in her life for various things which left me with anxiety which ive been coping with, but sciatica as well as painful also triggered my anxiety. Not a good recipe. Damien listened to me and helped me understand that my anxiety was actually making my pain worse! Helping me understand that I need to do my gentle exercises to help the process. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Mesut yesterday with chronic pain in my front chest (around my sternum) and around my upper back. He was very pleasant, as part of the assessment he took a history of health conditions that I have and listened to how my injury happened. To be honest I was in chronic pain around my upper back and chest yesterday and today my back pain is gone. Wow! I still have pain in the sternum area but Mesut explained why I was getting all the pain and what I could do to help with the pain. I have suffered with Costocondritus a couple of times and it’s no fun. Mesut gave me some exercises to do which I am. Today I can see how everything from the appointment makes perfect sense and would totally recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to Damien for physio on a stubborn ITB knee injury that had been troubling me for years. After 4 months of following his stretching and strength plan it was much improved and I was able to run a 10k. I'm now pain free. I couldn't rate him higher for professionalism or results.

Fantastic experience: I had terrible back pain from a slipped disc and after a doctors appointment was told I could go on the waiting list for physio, or try here and it was 1000% the best advice and decision I’ve made. With two sessions I feel like a new woman! I have a 4 year old son and it’s meant that we can go back to playing as we did. There was no messing about in finding out what the problem was and needed doing. The treatments given were very specific for what I needed and I was also given exercises to do at home (with a description with photos I could photograph to take home). The best part there was no attempt to try and get me to make more appointments than I need. It was straight to the point and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Due to ill health and hospital stay, I was not able to walk or do any physical work. My insurance company referred me to Godiva physiotherapy clinic. Damien Delahunty was in charge of my rehabilitation and happy to say he was brilliant. Fantastic experience: Best money I have spent , had a problem with my shoulder for a good few years had various treatments, but nothing worked and my movement in my arm and shoulder was getting less. I booked the physio package instead of individual sessions. First session I had with Mesut I noticed a difference with my shoulder, don’t get me wrong if you don’t do the exercises they give nothing is going to change it’s in your hands. Now after a good month I have followed the exercises given and I have more use and flexibility in my shoulder and arm then before. I recommend Godiva Physio it’s money well spent.

Damien had treated me and was able to get me fit and in a position to be able to run the Great North Run. Having moved away from the area but injured again I decided to travel quite a distance to be treated again by Godiva Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic as I trusted Damien's methods and integrity. Damien is extremely knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessment, always explaining what he was doing and encouraging me to also assess the pain and differences in strength between one leg and the other. He treated me with massage and stretches, always coming back to his original assessment to determine the impact of the treatment. He suggested and demonstrated a range of stretches and rolling techniques for me to do after I had left. I went In for a deep tissue massage as a 56 year old man back in the gym it's important to take care of yourself when training. I had Damien do my massage and I can highly recommend it. Back and shoulders are feeling nice and loose. Will be booking back in soon for regular treatments.

Fantastic experience: I approached Damien and Mesut regarding a rotary cuff injury my son has picked up from sport. I wanted to get him seen as soon as possible giving him a chance to return before the end of session. Mesut was able to find a spot for him. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and put him on a plan of recovery. He was also able to pick up on some additional weaknesses specific to my son's sport, and left him with a longer term set of flexibility and strength exercises to continue with after treatment was complete.

He is way more than a pysio and can tailor the treatment just to you! After only a few sessions I can sit cross legged again after not being able to for 4 months due to it causing excruciating pain when I did. I even struggled to get in and out of bed (age 40) so my life now is feeling like a huge weight (of trauma, anxiety and pain!) has been literally lifted from me and I’m able to get back to feeling like the old me, in terms of range of movement and mental clarity. Fantastic experience: Hi I had a really bad shoulder for many months probably six months where I couldn’t lift my arm up and I couldn’t sleep turning over was so painful I kept taking tablets for painkillers. Went to the doctors because my neck also in pain. They said I had a trapped nerve, which I didn’t when I saw Damian, he saw me and did very painful treatment It was very very painful, and I thought God, this is more painful than my shoulder was That I was dealing with anyway it was painful For one week and had appointment booked a week later And do you know what? My initial examination was thorough and the proposed treatment explained fully. I had several sessions on the hip problem and had other problems that occurred with treatment by massage and acapuncture. All treatments solved my problems and my mobility was much improved.
