Fantastic experience: I went on a recommendation to Rehab Genius in April 26 with a very sore knee which was causing me difficulty sleeping, walking and generally moving about and the pain was severe. I have just completed 11 sessions of physio with Mr Singh and Mr Maaz. My knee is now totally pain free and I can resume my daily activities. I was welcomed by one of the team members, Prab, who carried out a thorough initial assessment before providing the appropriate treatment, including a sports massage and follow-up exercises. Fantastic experience: I've had a really bad back, periformas syndrome and constant sciatic pain in both legs for about a year , with this came a dramatic ammount of muscle wastage due to not walking properly and sitting a lot. I d3cided enough was enough tried a gp referal to physio but was being encouraged to "go to A & E i refused as it wasn't an accident and couldn't call it an emergency after almost a vear of worsening problems! So I took to the Internet and found Rehab Genius ..... im so happy i made the call because after just 6 appointments with Pranh im 98% pain free and have grown 3 inches in height simply because i can now stand upright. I had deep tissue massage cupping and taping over the 6 sessions I also have a bunch of exercises to do daily at home (new ones added after each session and im getting stronger every day. Ive ever been given excersises for in the pool while on holiday. Fantastic service smiley happy staff very well educated in the body and how it works and why it doesnt! Fantastic experience: I'm very happy I came across Rehab Genius Physio and in particular, Prabbh Singh. I'd been unable to compete in my regular badminton matches, even struggling with stairs for 5 weeks due to pain in my knees. Initially thinking it was due to flat feet, I was taught over my bi-weekly physio sessions what the root cause actually was. I was treated in the short term and was given stretches and strengthening exercises to fix the issue in the long term. I'd never have guessed the problem but am glad to say after 5 weeks of support from Prabbh, I'm pain free and looking forward to improving my performances with everything I've learnt. Fantastic experience: My partner has always had back issues, and later in life a problem with his left leg which made walking difficult. He had further complications following a hip replacement which left him with nerve damage to his right knee and thigh meaning he was not mobile for a long time, unable to move his leg at all. After time he managed to get out of a wheelchair and onto a walking frame but his knee was weak and gave way leading to falls and further broken bones. After researching we came across rehab genius and took advantage of the 50% discount for the initial consultation. From this point there has been no looking back, on the first appointment Dr Sohaib took time to understand my partners full medical history and got him on the table to do some physio (not a physio who just tells you want to do and sends you away). Four months later he is walking unaided - no frame, crutches or walking stick. Dr Sohaib has worked on his back which is now far stronger than it has been in years and will continue to work with him to further strengthen his right knee and thigh - but the knee and thigh are so much stronger and the knee no longer gives way. It's not just about the physical improvements, it's also about mental health well being and the confidence he has back - life is returning to normal after being put on hold. I cannot recommend Rehab Genius enough and would encourage anyone who is looking for a physio to give them a try.

Fantastic experience: Excellent physio from Bhavika over an 8 sessions to look after a rotator cuff injury. Great shoulder blade massages initially and then good focus on the muscle around the joint. Some effective exercises to supplement the physio meant my shoulder is more or less pain free with much more movement. I would highly recommend Bhavika for her knowledge and treatment. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Came to Sohaib and his team with an ongoing knee complaint, two years ago I had three partial tears in ligaments in my right knee, and despite my best efforts things have not improved. Sohaib has been fantastic in analysing my knee, giving regular treatment and massage and explaining everything along the way. Fantastic experience: Visited with sore knee which Sohaib diagnosed as being due to over-tight abductor, thigh, hamstring & it band. 4 sessions later of deep tissue massage, manipulation & lots of stretching and all was fixed! Sohaib also recommended going forward more stretching, strength work and improved hydration (much less coffee, much more water) to avoid a reoccurrence.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with hamstring tendinapathy for 6 minthsy. After 6 or 7 sessions with Maaz I almost back to playing football. Fantastic experience: I came to Rehab Genius with a series of old injuries after multiple dislocations. From the beginning I was treated with seriousness and respect. I am now eight sessions in and am able to move in ways I haven't been able to in years. My posture is far better and my pain management is so much better than it was. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe pain in my right lower back, and side of my right thigh. Was unable to play football or train in the gym effectively. Mentally was in a dark place. Then I came across a feed on my insta page and thought "why not try genius rehab". 7 sessions later with Sohaibs treatment, I am feeling 90% better. Unbelievable how his intense hands on physio treatment (varied combination of heat pack, muscle scraper, massage gun, intense deep tissue massage, dry cupping techniques), along with stretches and a home physio exercise plan has really helped me. Fantastic experience: What a discovery Rehab Genius is. I am in my 60's. I had very little movement in my knees. At times I was in severe pain, I couldnt bend down, without discomfort, climbing the the stairs, was step by step. Getting in & out of the car was difficult. I'm 7 or 8 sessions into physiotheraphy by Shoib, I wont lie, at times it has been painful. The results are very impressive. The pain has gone, & my knee movement is much improved. Which in turn has made my everyday life nearly back to normal. I thought my condition was there forever, a case of this is what happens with age. Shoib has really improved my condition & mobility. Give it a go, hes very good.

I was taken through a 10 session physiotherapy structure of two sessions a week beginning with muscle mobility and then strengthening exercises.
