Fantastic experience: Johanna and her team have been excellent in the treatment of severe back pain. When I first came to her I could barely put my own shoes on. Now I have very little discomfort. They have all been very supportive in what has been a difficult time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Johanna with my 12 week old baby girl who has been struggling with her digestive system, uncomfortable after feeds, didn’t like lying on her back and just generally looking uncomfortable when lying flat. We had tried all different formulas, infacol, grip waters etc. I wanted to try and avoid any medication from the GP. Johanna was so knowledgeable and very helpful she identified that due to my babies delivery she had tension and tightness in certain areas - my little girl was so comfortable through her appointment and was laughing and smiling at Johanna throughout. My little girl was more relaxed after her first session, feeding became easier and more relaxed. Johanna gave us winding techniques and also exercises to continue with. She didn’t keep us going for unnecessary appointments and advised after our second appointment she didn’t feel my little girl needed anymore due to her improvement. I highly recommend Johanna and wish I would have known sooner about Johanna! I can’t thank you enough for your help.

Fantastic experience: I took my 5 week old baby to see Johanna after plenty of research at 3am when struggling to settle her! Johanna was amazing, she identified that due to baby being breach towards the end of my pregnancy and having her feet up by her face (as seen in a scan) she had a lot of tension and was quite uncomfortable. Johanna also spoke to me about potential sensitivities due to some other symptoms she was showing, and this was confirmed by the GP. My little girl was instantly more relaxed following her treatment, and Johanna also didn’t keep us attending longer than required, after 2 sessions she showed a vast improvement and doesn’t require further visits. I can’t recommend her enough, worth every penny. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Honestly I'm really confused, I looked specifically for a local chiropractor, rang up and requested one and booked an appointment for a range of issues, i was told it would be an appintment costing about £80 as it required an initial consultation. I got there and walked into a room and the told the lady my issues and she started asking me questions... the usual, so fine. Just before the treatment i get told that they don't do neck cracking there... at a chiropractors. I'm confused but I have issues that need treatment so I carried on. I then got what I can only describe as a really weak massage that I barely felt, I kept telling the lady that she can put all her pressure on, I can take it but she never did. I can honestly say that out of the list of issues I had, not one got sorted apart from the aching jaw (dentist visit) which i had to remind her about before I left... fair play, that's all good now. I was shocked as i paid and left, how can I book a chiro appointment at a company with chiropractor in the name and not get an adjustment? I made an excuse not book a follow up and left bitterly disappointed. If they're going to book an appointment for you with a wellbeing practitioner instead of a chiropractor, they should make it clear. I paid a lot of money and didn't even see the expert I wanted.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the results of 3 weeks (so far) treatment for a painful shoulder injury following a snowboarding accident back in mid Feb 25. Becky has worked wonders from the point where everything I did when moving my shoulder was very painful and the movement was very restricted, even to the point where it was not really safe for me to drive. I have now got a lot of movement back and although its still quite painful sometimes, the improvement for me is amazing and its improving week after week. Thanks again - very impressed and everyone in the team is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! My 9 week old baby has only slept upright on me chest to chest for 5 shattering weeks every time he was on his back he was screaming in pain and drawing his legs. we’ve tried multiple different formulas on medicine for reflux alongside multiple different milks for CMPA…He went in all scrunched up and unable to go on his back and to my absolute amazement he fell asleep ON HIS BACK half way through the session..I honestly could have cried with happiness. We have another session booked to help some more Joanne was amazing with him, when he started to cry she passed him back to settle him and he even gave her plenty of smiles, his way of saying thankyou for stopping the pain. Once my little boy started getting really unsettled around his shoulder Joanne stopped and said we will carry on next session she knew exactly when enough was enough for him and I could not thank her enough. I’ll be taking my little boy to his next session and also booking one for myself after sitting upright for 5 weekshe’s now fast asleep still slighty propped up but on his back! Hopefully after the next session I will have a completely different baby as he’s already sooo much better!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend highly enough ! I was in absolute agony at 32 weeks pregnant. I couldn’t sleep, eat or concentrate on anything. In the middle of the night my partner looked for an appointment for relief. Through their website we managed to get an appointment first thing the next morning. I can’t thank Becky enough for working her magic. Even after just one appointment she made it so I am able to enjoy my pregnancy again. All staff are lovely and I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Becky a number of times now. She is very welcoming and thorough and makes it feel like you have known her forever! I came in with multiple issues from riding horses, an old work injury and general wear and tear of running around after a toddler. Just after 3 sessions I have seen a big difference. Fantastic experience: I have lot going on with my body, I am a mum of three, I breastfeed, I have sciatica, herniated disc on my lower back and the latter was only discovered by Johanna at the clinic! If it wasn't for her giving me the idea of it so I can actually enlighten the physiotherapists, I would never know what is wrong with me! Every appointment I have feels like a restart of my aching body! My pelvis gets back to normal, my leg feels a relief! Recently I have started taking the kids there and my middle one has tongue tie hence very tense around the neck and jaw. However, every time she gets touched by Johana she is as calm as a sloth! Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Suffered from chronic neck pain that was causing other symptoms including sleep loss and irritability. GP suggested a Chiropractor as there would be a very long wait on NHS for similar treatment. Found Kenworthy Chiropractic on Google reviews and booked the initial consultation. Ability to book online and the subsequent communication made the whole process convenient and simple. Johana was kind and friendly and from careful questioning and initial observation quickly established the root cause. My poor posture sitting on chair when working from home. Johana provided deep tissue treatment alongside hot and cold compresses at self treatment and over 3 sessions the pain had alleviated. What was great was the post appointment supporting emails providing videos on neck exercises and other wellbeing tips to manage the pain. Johana provides a more holistic approach rather than the ‘ spectacular’ cracks and pop adjustments you see from some online chiropractor. This suited me just fine. Thank you Johana.

Fantastic experience: I am a long distance runner who had been experiencing shoulder and lower back pain for several months which was preventing me from doing my usual training. After my first appointment with Janine I started seeing an improvement and was able to start getting back into a regular routine. After my 4th appointment there was a marked improvement with almost all the pain gone. The clinic has a really nice atmosphere and the staff are very professional. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had been told that my back pain would never go as it was wear and tear but I saw Johanna and had a completely different diagnosis, treatment and advice. After pain every morning with sciatica since 2019 I am now pain, numbness and pins and needles free. It’s life changing for me . I cannot recommend Johanna more highly, she’s a lovely lady too.

Fantastic experience: Both myself and my baby have been treated at Kenworthy by Johanna and she is nothing short of a miracle worker! My baby was suffering badly with reflux and cried whenever she was laid on her back. From the very first session with Johanna she was a different baby. I came in myself with a fractured spine and all the complications that come with it. Johanna is caring and professional and has eased my pain considerably and improved my well-being. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from painful sciatica for over 4 months. Went to physio at a nearby doctors surgery a few times so tried exercising, stretching etc but these had very limited impact. A friend then advised to book an appointment with Kenworthy so I have seen Janine for a series of treatments. She has been brilliant! Now, there is no pain and the sciatica is now pretty much gone. Fantastic experience: Having had a bad experience with a previous chiropractor, I was sceptical to say the least. I've suffered with lower back pain most of my life but the past 2 years have been at a whole new level of pain. I found myself with the body alignment of fork lightning, the inability to be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and a morning routine where I felt like I was 95 instead of the 40(ish) I am. Then Janine was recommended to me and after 5 sessions so far, I feel the best I've felt in a long time. I've still a fair way to go and will continue with treatment until Janine throws me out but things are certainly heading in the right direction. I wish I'd seen Janine years ago and not wasted my money on other treatments.

Johanna cares so much for her patients and does her utmost to bring everyone back to wellbeing. Johanna is an expert in her field. Fantastic experience: We took our baby to Johanna to help him cope with his silent reflux. We were amazed at how much of a difference we saw in his sleep and overall body comfort after his first session. He came Home and had a 7 hour solid nap which was a first for him. She also did wonders for his digestive system, as he really struggled with constipation. Since starting with her, he is a lot more regular and comfortable during his passing of wind and bowl movements. My husband and I ended up also booking ourselves in and she has helped us tremendously, specifically in reducing and managing the effects of muscular compensation we both struggled with due to having to hold our baby upright for most of the day. Fantastic experience: I suffered of shoulders pain for months before I finally decided to start a therapy with Kenworthy and that probably is the best I could do for myself. Janine, the lady that's been operating with me is a super nice and friendly lady and she managed to get rid of all the troubles that my shoulders were causing me. Fantastic experience: I was recommended Johanna by a friend. I first visited in April and I can quite honestly say that after the first visit I went away feeling better both physically and mentally.. having recently had an operation then developing a very sore back I decided to give this practice a try.. i had maybe 4 appointments but at the end Of treatment I was back to my old self. I wish to thank Johanna sincerely for her treatment and words of encouragement during this time. I will most definitely visit again if only for a check up..thank you..

Negative experience: I was unfortunately really disappointed with my visit to Kenworthy’s. I had very high hopes given the reviews, and happily paid for the most experienced chiropractor there - expecting the service to match. Unfortunately, although it seemed like lots of my issues were identified at the start of the appointment (nothing groundbreaking - slightly misaligned hips from sitting legs crossed etc) the treatment itself was extremely generic and didn’t touch the sides. I honestly felt like it was nothing more than I could do myself stretching out on the living room floor. None of the target areas were being addressed, and it was extremely light tough. I was about 25 weeks pregnant at the time and hadn’t expected to be broke in two, but honestly I get more from a casual foot rub on the sofa at home whilst watching tv. Such a shame, but I’m afraid I would recommend spending your money at a different clinic to find some actual solutions.

Negative experience: I don't like leaving bad reviews and I've left it a while before adding a review but unfortunately my experience was bad from start to finish and it has left its mark on me. From incorrectly spelling my name on the invoice after phonetically spelling it out multiple times to the actual session itself. I went in with hip issues causing pains in my groin, unfortunately I came out a lot worse, to the point I couldn't do a follow up even if I wanted to. The inside of my leg was black and blue for over a week and had trouble doing my regular daily routines. I waited for it to calm down before seeing if any improvement whatsoever would transpire but there was none. I was specifically worried when I had mentioned certain muscles were tender because of DOMS and was asked what that meant. There was no follow up from the cancellation form either which would've been nice. I was just more so upset that my first experience has put me off going again and was quite excited to seeing some improvement but unfortunately the opposite had happened

My Chiropractor is Janine and I am extremlly grateful to her for correcting my posture and also the pain I was getting in my right shoulder and extending through my neck. Fantastic experience: I have been troubled with my back for many years, and recently had a trapped sciatic nerve. I don’t know what Janine did, but she is a miracle worker! While the sciatic pain was being treated with pain relief, the pain was still bad along with my chronic back problems leaving me dependent on a stick. However, when Janine had done her magic, I felt 2” taller and I was free of the sciatic pain. I would totally recommend Janine @Kenworthy Chiropractic. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Janine, and all the staff at Kenworthy Chiropractic, more highly. After my first treatment, my daily headaches were gone, my shoulder pain was gone and my 8 week sciatica pain (which was not responding to medication or physio) was significantly reduced to a more than manageable dull ache. Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I booked an appointment when I had severe back pain and had tried multiple ways to try and relieve it. The pain was so bad I struggled to sit and sleep and do any sort of exercise. So I scoured the internet for a chiropractor. Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and Johanna is lovely! after told by the doctors theres nothing wrong with me and im too young to have back problems (22 now, had problems for 10 years) Johanna assessed me and acknowledged that my pelvis and back had rotated which was causing me the pain and even one leg to be longer than the other. Even with it only being my first session a lot of pain has been relieved.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from debilitating headaches for a number of months which could wipe me out for up to 10 days. They did not fall into any specific pathway to help the GP make a diagnosis and after an emergency MRI scan and various medications I was no further forward. The one constant was an excruciating pain forking from my neck upwards, so I decided to see a chiropractor. I knew of Janine at Kenworthy because she had treated my daughter successfully. Janine very quickly diagnosed several problems including CGH (Cervicogenic Headaches). Since starting treatment with Janine and doing daily exercises at home, I now haven't had a headache for two months. There is still some way to go with working on the underlying problems, but even my GP is impressed! I can't recommend the clinic and Janine, in particular, highly enough - seeing a chiropractor works!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from a sore shoulder for years, and noticed a prounced hump on my neck, that was getting worse. I decided to try a visit to Johanna, mainly because of the reviews here on google and because I could easily book on line. After one visit, I’d learnt how to sit properly and have much better posture and had full movement in my neck. My right foot, which had turned inward since birth, was no longer twisted. The accompanying pain and tightness also disappeared, pain that I’d had so long, I’d grown use to it. My hips (that have ached since I had my daughter 9 years ago) were less stiff and I had far more movement. The Plantar fasciitis I had suffered from since training for a charity trek 2 years ago, had all but disappeared. 2 more treatments on, and I have no visible hump, no sore shoulders and hardly any issues with my hip (even after long drives). I have a full range of movement. I am no longer stiff and cramped each morning. Johanna has given me a new lease of life! She’s fixed things I hadn’t even imagined could be fixed. Can’t recommend her enough. Very gentle, no bone cracking or throwing me around! Johanna has a lovely manner and listens carefully. I’ve recommended to several friends and family members who have been equally pleased with their results.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending for a few years and cannot recommend Johanna highly enough. She has been able to solve a number of shoulder/knee/back issues and after every treatment I walk out feeling like I’m 10 feet taller and just had a chat with an old friend. Fantastic experience: I never thought I needed a chiropractor and wasn't keen on being 'cracked' (thankfully it's more shifting movements and not painful) but with age and increasing problems with my back and various aches and pains I gave it a go and I've never looked back! Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Johanna since late 2019 and I couldn’t imagine not seeing her on a regular basis now, I always look forward to my appointments. She’s helped me with problems I didn’t even know I had, just by looking at me! Her knowledge and experience is phenomenal. As a shorter lady who is “top-heavy” I constantly struggle with aches and pain in my upper back and neck, I see Johanna every 8 weeks and she sorts me right out, I always leave the clinic feeling 10ft taller - I’m confident that I can go to her with any niggle and she’ll always do her absolute best to help fix it. I even got my partner to go see her after months of complaining about the physio at his work “have breaks from your desk, go for regular walks and stretch” just wasn’t doing anything to help his lower back pain. He was blown away with what a difference just a couple of sessions with Johanna did, not only for his back but for his general wellbeing too. The clinic itself is beautiful, professional but extremely welcoming and relaxing to be in. There is also never any pressure to continue booking regular appointments if you don’t want to. Self care is so important and I believe chiropractic care fits in to that somewhere. If you’re worried about it at all, I can confirm it’s absolutely nothing like what you see online on youtube and tiktok! I can’t recommend highly enough. 10 stars! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had ongoing back issues for many years which caused me a lot of pain. I had been seen by the doctor, put on strong painkillers, had injections at the hospital and thought that I would have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. The thought of that at the age of 34 was really depressing and it really did effect my mental health. I saw Kenworthy Chiropractic had good reviews and I thought I would try it out, this was the best decision I have ever made. Johanna had sorted my back pain that I had spent years suffering with and now I go for regular check ups to maintain my back health! Fantastic experience: I went to Johanna with baby teddy after being told multiple times that he was a difficult baby and we would never cure his reflux. Johanna was calming and explained everything to me and his daddy in a clear way so we understood. Teddy has had a childhood because of these angels. A baby on four medications a day and still sleeping on my chest is now on no medications, and living his best life sleeping through the night on his back in a cot! Her love for the job shines for miles and I will always recommend her until she retires, and even then I’ll continue to try to send people to her. She isn’t shy of a bit of baby vomit, and is full of energy and life. She is well suited to her job! And the other staff are so welcoming! The area is clean and organised and their prices are a small price to pay for your baby to be cured of pain. Chiro isn’t well known for children, but take it from me, it works! And should it not work and your baby doesn’t need realigning, she will not charge a penny. Such a high quality service from start to finish. Thank you Johanna and your wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, I actually booked the appointment as a last option to see if it could help me with the pain in my shoulder/neck and back. I was beginning to rattle with the amount of pain killers I was being prescribed and taking. To cut a long story short I met the lovely Jannine who was extremely friendly, welcoming and has worked her magic on my aches and pains and now no need for any pain relief at all. I have had three sessions in total but to be honest two would probably of done the job, however it is so relaxing I just looked forward to another session. There is no pressure from the practice to keep booking further appointments, yet it’s something I will be doing. Fantastic experience: Three weeks ago I struggled in to see Johanna. I came out of that first session feeling like a weight had been lifted. I've now had three sessions, don't need a fourth, and am delighted with the results. I can heartily recommend Johanna; don't just think about treatment, book an appointment and see the results for yourself. You won't regret it. Fantastic experience: I contacted Kenworthy Chiropractic when I had literally got to the end of my tether with the back pain I was experiencing, post the birth of my baby. The awful ache and shooting pains I was experiencing in my lower back got so bad, I couldn’t move or get up at times. It was literally winding me, it was awful. One night, I decided to do some research and came across this place and after reading the life changing reviews I decided to book in. My consultation appointment was with Janine and she is the loveliest and friendliest person, she made me feel straight at ease. After the appointment I already felt loads better. After a few sessions, that awful pain had gone and I will do anything now for it not to return. I’ve gone from seeing Janine weekly to monthly in only a matter of months. The best thing I ever did was walk in to this place. I really do look forward to my appointments with Janine, I feel great when I’ve left and my monthly appointments mean I am pain free and have a spring in my step. If you are reading this review and you are in the position I was in, then please just book an appointment, you will not be disappointed. I can’t believe I put up with it for so long and didn’t try and get help sooner. Chiropractic is nothing to be scared of and is really not like you see on tv, it’s enjoyable. Fantastic experience: After years of suffering from a bad back I was recommended to Johanna at Kenworthy. Within 2/3 sessions I was on the road to recovery and have continued regular treatment every few weeks. The treatment, advice and support is second to none and I would recommend this small business to anyone suffering - theres really no need - just book an appointment with Johanna and the rest is easy!

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 adjustments now after suffering with neck and shoulder pain for 18 months. I noticed a significant improvement after the first session, I was made to feel very much at ease by Janine who explained each process. The 2nd session was to identify any ongoing issues, honestly if you're suffering with joint pain go and see this practice rather than popping pain pills, get the route cause treated.

Negative experience: Was seeing Tom for a few weeks for issues with my feet. Followed his advice to the letter. Having now seen two different consultant physiotherapists and being told the advice he gave me wasn't wholly accurate, I am left feeling disappointed and upset. I rarely leave negative reviews anywhere, but the pain I am still enduring daily, I feel, should of been avoided. I was told I had flat feet, I don't I was told not to wear supports, I need them I was told supports would make my feet pain worse. They haven't. I was told my arches had collapsed and I had "some of the worst arches he had seen"...... 2 different physios found that a puzzling statement. I was told not to wear specific footwear, that wasn't correct. (This led to me making a significant financial outlay in footwear I didn't necessarily require) . I was told I had very poor ankle flex, I actually only have a slight reduction in flex. All of this can be backed up by independent private reports as well as NHS reports. Two of the 45min sessions actually only being 30 mins isn't great either. Something he acknowledged and offered to add onto the next app. And finally I don't appreciate being bombarded with emails and phone calls, whilst this may well be an automated system I have had to block the email address as I found them a inconvenience, especially given I no longer attend. Yes it's a small business, but I just haven't had a good experience, which is a shame as the staff are kind and welcoming. Edit* It's disappointing to see that the clinic are calling my review and my experience unaccurate. What a shame they miss the opportunity to reach out to a customer who's EXPERIENCE wasnt in line with their 5 star wishes. I'll happily present the medical information I am currently engaged in should it be required. Although as this review is based on my opinion of my experience with them it's puzzling they feel the need to effectively call a paying customer a liar. Doesn't look overly great. A disappointing example of how not to reach out to a customer who has hasn't met their 5 star review demands. End of the day its me suffering 2nd edit * The clinic did indeed ring me whilst I was at work, at which point I stated I wasn't willing to discuss anything whilst at work. The narrative is yet again defective and I'm unsure what employees travel time has to do with my experience. I paid for a service, I wasn't happy with thst service and I have explained why. Your deflection and stance of blaming me for a poor service is just further evidence of a poor working practice that is very sad to see. I stand by my review

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about Johanna and her healing hands. I suffer with quite severe pain at times and she has always helped ease it and left me feeling healed and restored. She is superb at what she does and is warm, friendly and reassuring. The practise is also a relaxing and welcoming place to be. Highly recommended.

The practice itself is immaculate and you feel at ease with the professional and stringent procedures in place making it covid secure. Fantastic experience: Had nothing but a pleasant experience at KC, with Emily & Johanna. Always polite, friendly and making me feel at ease. They take a genuine interest and care in how I am. Johanna listens to what I need and how I feel, on top of her assessment. I know city centre isn’t easy for parking which nearly put me off, but I drive around and park on Winckley Square it’s cheap and easy enough.
