Fantastic experience: I can’t rate James highly enough. Picked up a few injuries over the years resulting in both spine and neck pain. After getting pins and needles in my fingers. Went to Taunton Health for help. Clinic is very nice and comfy. James is very professional, friendly ,very knowledgeable and quickly puts you at ease. After a comprehensive scan of my neck and back, which flagged up lots of red areas of concern. A plan was put into place and after 6 twice weekly visits, I can honestly say the results are amazing. Pain free, no pins and needles & a massive improvement in my neck and back flexibility. Very very happy and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: James’ videos are incredibly easy to follow and really focus on my problem areas (in my case sciatica). His stretches and strengthening exercises are not too hard for an older person and I watch them every day in the gym. It is a bit of a slow road but he says you have to keep up the work over a considerable period, which is very honest!

I appreciate the late opening hours, it’s really easy to pop in for an adjustment after work rather than taking up time during your day. James is really good, I always feel better when I leave. Fantastic experience: Had lower back trouble for years. Been a regular customer now for about 4 years, have adjustments every 4 weeks and now have little to no issues with my back. Also on a side note, can’t remember the last time I had a head ache either which was an added bonus of having regular treatments. Many thanks James!!

Negative experience: Not the best place in town. The staff is kind and diagnosis meeting is good but the treatment is too simple, dissapointing. Unlike some other places which looking at combining availaible treatment for neck pain options, Taunton Health only offers short appointment (10-15 min) where they twist and twick stuff around. I found this not bringing relevant results in time I needed. Not for me but may be for someone more patient with simpler issue.

Negative experience: There are always two people in any sector of a profession. The professional and the cowboy. Unfortunately, at Taunton Health I was treated by a cowboy. Paid upfront for around 20 sessions that lasted no more than 10 minutes. Repeated the same neck twist and back crunch each time with no conclusion to the treatment or result. I lost all faith and gave up the treatment. Thankfully, I have plucked up the courage after nearly 2 years since visiting Taunton Health, to be treated by a professional elsewhere. This is something I should have received in the first place. He is a con artist and is making his rounds from town to town.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely astounded by the improvements I have had from one visit. I had very uncomfortable/painful back issues for a long time and should have had a consultation a long time ago. Participating in weight training as a hobby weekly, the issues have plagued me in the gym and at work and now I have minimal pain, way better mobility and strength from one adjustment. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return if get any future issues, feel like I have my hobby back. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went to see James around 13 weeks ago. I was suffering with constant headache and stiff back. Now after 13 sessions I am headache free and moving freely. Money well spent. I used to be a topical male grime and bear it . But James pointed out that by re alining my neck and spine would releive the tension in my neck and back.

Fantastic experience: When I first visited James at Taunton Health, I had been suffering with intermittent bursts of intense lower back pain (the result of a pretty stupid weight room injury) for over 5 years. James explained why I had been having the issues that I was having in recovery, and was very quickly able to identify the key stress points in my spine. He also added to my knowledge of the Central Nervous System and the effect it has on our wellbeing, strength and energy output, which was awesome! What started out in my head as a "quick fix" for a long-standing lower back pain issue has now become an integral part of the way I look after my body and my health. I can't thank James enough for the work he has done with me so far and would definitely recommend his service.

I haven't looked back, I have had to take 1 migraine tablet in 6 weeks where I was taking them every few days with not much relief. Fantastic experience: James is an excellent osteopath. He really takes the time to explain the causes of pain and my back pain has pretty much gone now. The treatments have really helped my posture and stopped my headaches. I can’t remember the last time my back felt so consistently good. There are payment plans available that make the treatments extremely competitively priced compared to other osteopaths. Jess the receptionist is very helpful and makes you feel really welcome. Brilliant all round service!

I went to Taunton Health desperate for help having tried loads of different techniques and remedies at home for my Plantar Fasciitis; all which were unsuccessful. I use to be in constant pain and couldn't walk in the mornings. Fantastic experience: I came across Taunton Health when I was in need of some emergency treatment for my lower back. I was able to get a same day appointment for an initial consultation with James. After the assessment a treatment plan was devised and I am pleased to say that from initial twice weekly appointments to adjust the subluxation in my spine, I am now, 6 weeks later, down to once a month appointments – the goal always being to get me back to better (stronger) than before.
