Fantastic experience: I went to Yvonne a couple of months ago when I was experiencing real issues with anxiety and panic attacks. What was initially meant to be just one session turned into several, and I can honestly say she played a fundamental role in helping me turn a corner and get back on track. Yvonne has such an open, positive energy and immediately makes you feel at ease, allowing you to talk about absolutely anything without judgment. What really stood out to me is her ability to gently challenge your way of thinking in a way that feels supportive and empowering, helping you shift towards a more positive mindset. I learned so much from her, from practical techniques to calm the mind, to ways of carrying myself with more confidence, and how to handle challenging situations more effectively. Yvonne doesn’t just listen — she gives you real tools to grow and improve. If you’re going through a difficult time in life, I genuinely can’t recommend her enough!

He is amazing at what he does, my last session I came in very emotionally fragile and left feeling like I walking on cloud 9. He makes you feel very comfortable and prompts you to look at situations in a different light. His techniques to manage emotions really worked and I have been using them everyday.

Going to hypnotherapy once a week has been a total game changer for me and is the only reason I have managed to get my life back on track after going through a particularly nasty break up. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Sabrina Atwill at Marlborough House for hip and back pain about a year ago and the treatment she has provided has been nothing short of life changing. She explains things so clearly but has a real sense of fun about things, doesn’t take things too seriously and really puts you at ease. I have never felt in better hands. She is helping me to build myself back better and her after care and guidance are exceptional. I finish every session with her thinking that not only am I feeling physically better, I have learnt something I can apply to my day to day life that will make it better and that I’ve spent time with a truly exceptional human being. Fantastic experience: The past few months Nabeeh has been my rock, the one person I know I can talk to without judgement. I started seeing him weekly when I was at the absolute lowest point I have ever been, and he has guided me through the hardest thing I have ever had to face in my life. I do not know how I would of coped without my weekly visits to him, and when I leave my appointment I always feel as though a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Fantastic experience: I have had negative experiences with previous Osteopaths at different clinics, however in need of an emergency appointment I was able to see Sabrina who instantly put my worries at ease. She was informative, professional, considerate and managed to get to the root of my back/neck pain immediately. I walked in unable to move my neck freely, I walked out nearly completely pain free, I cannot recommend Sabrina (and Marlborough House) enough.

Fantastic experience: Marlborough House has been taking care of me for several years. Most recently I have been seeing Mary Bolingbroke and Nabeeh Marar, both of whom are wonderful therapists that I recommend to everyone! A visit to Marlborough House is a treasured moment in my month.

Fantastic experience: I have so many positive things to say about the team at Marlborough House. Mr Marah - he has changed my life, from getting me to go on aeroplanes again, to working through all of the complexities that life throws at us all, and with such ease, compassion and diligence. He is a master of all of his skills and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who is in need of therapy, confidence, or direction. Homeopathy - again one for Mr Marah. Having suffered with hormonal imbalances since having my daughter, I went to see Mr Marah for some help. I had two weeks of the month where I was really really stuggling. The homeopathic remedy that he prescribed me took about two months to work and changed my life, honestly. He has also helped my daughter with her allergies, and also is my go to for any ailments - the most recent being an ear infection. The GP prescribed antibiotics but after 24 hours of Mr Marah’s remedy it has all but cleared - he is incredible. I have also made use of the osteopaths at Marlborough house, all of whom come highly recommended. The place is incredible.

I knew I needed to make massive changes but after a very long time in one place and lots of self doubt, I was lost. Mr Marar helped me to unravel my worries, see who I really was but also who I could be. With his guidance, councelling, life coaching, homeopathic help and suppliments I have strengthened, learned not to tolerate others so readily and become confident again. I now have the tools of self care to get me through my week and I now live in a cottage by the sea!

I cannot thank them enough for the amazing work they do, they help me manage a long-standing whiplash injury affecting my back, and also help Homeopathically with the usual seasonal illnesses for my whole family. Mr Marar was especially helpful in advising me on Homeopathic remedies to take whilst having three wonderful homebirths. I usually take my children & myself for Cranial Osteopathy maintenance treatments once or twice a year & I certainly notice the difference if I let that slip! I really can't recommend Marlborough House highly enough, they have been (& continue to be) a life-line for me & my family!

I honestly believe I could not have recovered as fully as I have without them. The team, in particular Nabeeh Marar, Honor, Sophie & Mary, have listened and worked with me to recover from historic trauma that I only remembered years after it happened. . My recovery has not been achieved with “traditional medication” but with a combination of the alternative therapies offered and provided at Marlborough House. Fantastic experience: thoroughly recommend this place - the therapists and the lady who manages the centre all seem very friendly. And I always get a prompt response when trying to book via email. Honor is a very warm and gentle massage/reiki/reflexology therapist - you may need to indicate whether or not you are susceptible to some of the more esoteric ( I say 'voodoo') elements and if you would prefer straight massage .. but Honor is receptive and kind and in the end that is what matters. You will leave feeling cared for and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: After months of pain and illness I was finally rushed into hospital and had an emergency operation in November 2011. They found a malignant tumour in my bowel and uterus and I then had a further operation and months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I was lucky and have had the all clear but have suffered with crippling anxiety since the end of my treatment. After two treatments with both Nabeeh Marar and John Parry my symptoms were almost gone and after a month I feel energetic and positive again. I have had a couple of set-backs as I was told I would have, but I now have the tools to deal with them and get back on track. I am so grateful for their caring skills and invaluable help in getting me back on my feet so I can finally enjoy my life again. I have been to quite a few therapy centres and Marlborough House is the best I have come across. It has a lovely, relaxing, welcoming environment and everyone I've encountered there is warm and friendly. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Mr Marar quite some time before the existence of Marlborough House. I originally started seeing him for my eczema which was very severe and coventional medicine was not helping. I was 9 yrs old when I first saw Mr Marar and I have been seeing him on and off since- I am now 33!! I cannot speak highly enough of Marlborough House as a whole, the therapists that work there really are the best in what they do; they make you feel so welcome and it really is a sanctuary. I am currently seeing Mr Marar for a constant reoccurence of shingles and he is also treating me for my extreme phobia of needles through practical hypnosis- so far so good. If you have lost slight faith in the medical system I really would recommend Marlborough House. I would give them (and my parents) the credit for the person I have turned out to be today, no matter how many times I say thank you, it will never be enough.
