Fantastic experience: I suffer from a slowly progressive form of MND which causes over-contracted muscles (spasticity). I have been seeing Suresh for deep massage and Alex for Chiropracty very regularly for years now. And they both really help keep my show on the road. In addition to adjustments to my spine, Alex uses acupunture into badly seized muscle blocks to help reduce spasticity. Is the massage effective? It most certainly is! I have seen many different practitioners over the years, but the team here are the best.

I have severe Arthur’s which affects numerous body parts but mainly my back. I’ve literally gone to see him on crutches and then been able WALK back out. I once put my back out 2 weeks before a Physical Fitness test at work and could barely get out of bed. With Alex’s help and professional knowledge I was able to take the test and passed with flying colours. He has managed to keep working despite my difficulties and can’t thank him enough. I didn't realise how tight my whole back was because I could only feel the pain in my head but Kimberley worked my whole back, neck, and chest which felt amazing. I'm not local to Taunton but I know now every time I'm in the area I will be dropping in for an hour session easily.

He immediately made me feel comfortable and interested in my case. He asked lots of questions and discussed a treatment plan. He hoped he would be able to help relieve my pain but was completely honest saying that with such a long standing issue, it would be unrealistic to suggest a complete recovery. I have had a few treatments with him and a massage with Kim and can definitely see an improvement. Fantastic experience: I've been to several chiropractors and acupuncturists over the years, with varying degrees of success. Alex Bowling is the best I've had by far. He is a great listener and treats you very much as an individual. After a thorough initial consultation I had treatment straight away at the same appointment. He is genuinely interested in his work and in his patients, will suggest further treatment (e.g. massage) if he thinks it will be beneficial, and is both friendly and professional. My back pain has greatly diminished since seeing him, and I'm now able to bend forward without pain. He has also helped with persistent migraine, using a combination of acupuncture and manipulation. I always come away from an appointment feeling lighter, and with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this practice.
