Fantastic experience: Naomi came highly recommended, and she didn't disappoint, I went to see her due to having lower back pain she supported me before and after major surgery pushing me to recover stronger then before. She was cautious not to over strain me even when I was pushing putting my recovery above my (rather silly) wish to push myself to hard. Her bedside manor is second to none and her communication skills are top notch making appointments easy to deal with and painless (no pun intended)

Fantastic experience: Elliot spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose the problem. He was very patient and gentle. Gave me a few exercises to try at home and I will be seeing him again in 3 weeks for a follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: Having broken my foot in two places my consultant suggested Physio to help build up the leg and get me walking again. Elliot was extremely successful in getting me back on my feet properly and walking without a limp… he suggested exercises and built on those week after week to bring me to the situation that I am now Fully recovered. He is Very personable and very competent And knows his stuff. I was very impressed. I’m grateful to him for helping me recover so well

Fantastic experience: Naomi was my saviour this summer. In mid July I had a major health episode after I slipped a disc on a flight. The muscle spasms were so intense that I couldn't stand without passing out from the pain leaving me more or less paralysed, unable to get out of bed. Strong painkillers were able to provide some relief but I was still unable to walk more than a few steps, had severely limited mobility, appeared completely lopsided while standing and was terrified of a return to agony if I made the wrong move. Naomi was recommended as a physio who could help me and who critically did home visits as I was unable to sit in a car due to the pain. She was able to find a time to visit very shortly after I contacted her and saw me weekly over the course of the summer. She is a superb physio who was able to provide exactly the right advice and routines - pushing me but making sure I didn't push too far, explaining everything that was happening and what long term options for recovery looked like. Naomi varied my exercises from one week to the next, progressing and building strength - providing excellent, detailed and clear instructions via an app (which is far more user friendly than other physio instructions I've received in the past). Six weeks later I have a made an almost total recovery. I do the exercise routines she set each day, am no longer taking pain killers, am weight bearing and walking for a couple of hours at a time. Tomorrow I'll be going farming. Instead of apprehension and fear I have a clear sense of my goals over the next 6 months to a year and how to get there. All of this thanks to Naomi I can't recommend Naomi Burns highly enough

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough!! I came to Naomi in Jan 2023 and have just finished my sessions. Came in with a constant headache everyday, her treatment has helped me so much!! She took time to understand my history and context before starting to work on me, adding in acupuncture to massage only when I was comfortable with it. Fantastic experience: Naomi is simply the best physio that I’ve worked with. As a middle aged bloke, who played a fairly decent standard of rugby for 20+ years, I’ve had my fair share of need for physios, to help with a variety of breaks, tears and strains. This time though, it was help with a torn tendon and accompanying tennis elbow. Naomi has lovely personality, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I travelled an extra 20 mins by car to go to her 10 times; well worth the additional time. I cannot recommend her highly enough, as she doesn’t just go through the motions, it’s her personal company - she really cares.

Fantastic experience: I went to Naomi to help me figure out and hopefully reduce the pain I was experiencing in my left knee. I couldn’t walk or add any weight on it, bend it or have it straight. She took her time to find the source of the pain before beginning the treatment and explained everything she was doing through out the session. I stood up and immediately noticed I was no longer experiencing the horrific pain I was when I walked in. I then walked back and forth and noticed I wasn’t limping as much. This morning I woke up and I’m able to stand and stretch my legs, bend my knee slightly and most importantly maneuver without minimal pain! I don’t know what magic hands she’s got, but I highly recommend you give her a visit and hopefully have the same positive experience!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I can’t recommend Naomi enough! She was friendly and thorough. She explained everything super clearly and made me feel really calm and comfortable. I felt an immediate relief in pain and feel confident that with her exercises I’ll continue to reduce my back pain and slowly correct my posture.

Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with some exercises that I can do in my own time, but she was so lovely and I could have stayed chatting to her for hours. Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son has been seeing Naomi for over 2 months now. After listening to his symptoms she was quick to affirm that he has osgood schlatter on his knees and treated knee pain within his first session. Each visit my son was given a plan and exercises to aid in his treatment. Being a football fanatic, Naomi was able to tailor the treatment surrounding getting my son back to a level of taking part in the sport he loves and readily supplied referral letters for his PE teacher, to be excluded from playing sport that week if need be to rest his knees! Naomi has been professional, shown a lot of experience, patience, friendly and all round caring in the treatment of my son. I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Naomi Burns for a few weeks following on from hydrodilatation injection for frozen shoulder. She is really lovely and skilled at what she does. She has used various techniques including some deep tissue massage on my shoulder joint along with appropriate muscle strengthening exercises and I can honestly say I have no doubt whatsoever that the healing and freeing process has been sped up nicely. Meaning I'm out of pain quicker and can get on with living my best life!

Fantastic experience: I went to Naomi with a frozen shoulder. At that stage my arm was completely locked and in pain and i was desperate. Naomi put together a strategy of treatments, that she believed would be beneficial. The programme was totally tailored to my case and Naomi would check how i felt each week, take notes, and tweak it accordingly. I had told her that I did not want to go for an injection if i could avoid it and she accommodated her plan accordingly. My hand has been now completely back to normal. I think i could not have a better practician looking after me. She was fully listening and fully in tune to my case and needs, creating a method tailored to me. She is also happens to be extremely nice, cordial and kind. I could not recommend her highly enough.

She has been an amazing Physiotherapist for my 17 year old daughter, was very professional, highly skilled, friendly and her flexibility for appointments was great. My daughter was diagnosed with Shoulder impingement and Tendinitis due to swimming and Naomi had a treatment plan that worked absolutely wonders!! Her swimming is now pain free and her shoulder feels so much stronger which is fantastic. We would highly recommend Naomi to our friends and family - you will not be disappointed!!
