Fantastic experience: Unbelievable experience with Balance Health Centre. I messaged Elliot midweek and had an appointment for the weekend within a couple of hours, no waiting round or messing about I was straight in and he started to tell my what my problem was. Within the hour I walked out brand new and also given some stretches and tips on how to prevent it happening again. Very highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I found this place! I’ve now had two ozone injection treatments with Michael, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He really knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything from start to finish, which immediately put me at ease. I originally came in with neck and shoulder pain from a bike accident that had been affecting me for over seven years. It had become part of my everyday life, and I was constantly thinking about it and being careful with every movement I made. Since having the treatments, the difference has been incredible. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday with Mike for Prolozone injections as I have arthritis of the right knee and slight pain to the left. I was running late, due to missing train Mike was very supportive to ensure I could still attend the appointment, the treatment caused only slight pain,the knee swelling went down immediately and arthritis pain reduced. Mike explained fully what the treatment does and what prolozoe is.,ensured I was given time to recover and gave advice on how to magae aftercare at home,which is basically don't do too much,no strenuous exercise if any concerns call him back. Fantastic experience: Balance are the real deal! I sustained a shoulder injury one year ago and have suffered with chronic pain when moving around ever since. I was heading off on a two week trip to Japan and had 3 sessions of osteo with Elliot before I left. These sessions completely saved my holiday as I didn't have my usual aches and pains. An extremely friendly health centre, great prices. Can't complain!

Fantastic experience: Been to Balance Health Centre a few times now for Osteopathy treatment and Prolozone Injections along with a few other wellbeing treatments and let me tell you, these guys know their stuff. The main guy Mike has been in the business for 30 years plus and it’s a family run business all having their own different clinics on site. The family are very welcoming and professional and the place itself is very calming and relaxing. It is accessible for people with mobility issues like myself as it’s all one floor. I highly recommend this place and would definitely not let anyone else other than Balance treat me now. I feel like a new woman after every treatment. This warm professional private health centre will forever have my business.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment by Michael. Expert advice given and post procedure guidance following knee injections. I can not praise Michael enough, his many years of practice and training in the latest advances of treating knee conditions are out of this world. I would recommend him to anybody needing treatment for knee problems like my arthritic joint following an ACL rupture and operation to do a full knee reconstruction. Michael helped me no end with rehab following my operation and recent visit for dextrose injection.

Fantastic experience: I've had two PRP Hair Treatments so far and Nicola was brilliant during both. I was a bit dehydrated in my first session so getting enough blood to fill the tube was a challenge but Nicola perservered and we got there in the end. I have one treatment left and I'm looking forward to using some of the other treatments they offer such as the food sensitivity and Gut Microbiome tests. The pricing is very competitive compared to other Health Centres and I thoroughly recommend Balance Health Care.

Fantastic experience: My brother and nephew have both attended this clinic and highly recommended them. My mum who is 80 has been suffering from pain in her lower back. Shes very independent and it was causing her not just pain but anxiety. I took her along and she was seen by Elliot, we can’t thank him enough he explained her problem in a way we could understand which was very reassuring he treated her back and gave sound advice. Fantastic experience: Having suffered for 30 years with a bad back that has got gradually worse over the years, I was pointed in this direction. What a transformation Mike has made to me & my quality of well being, I have gone from struggling to get in & out of the car, from walking any distance to what I can do now. After the 1st session my movement was amazing the pain had been reduced to almost nothing, a further 4 sessions and I walked over 70 miles in 6 days on holiday. Fantastic experience: Monday this week, I attended local A&E hospital with severe pain, muscle and nerve damage following a fall few days earlier. I called Balance Tuesday, attended later same day, Elliott listened to the detail of pain and got straight to work. I left feeling 50% relief, I returned 2 days later for another session with Elliot with added prolozone injections with Mike. Today is Saturday, I'm walking, I am pain free and feeling on top of the world. I really can't thank Elliot/Mike enough as I'm now able to go on holiday as planned in coming days. Fantastic experience: I went for a sports massage with Elliot when I had a problem with my shoulder. He was very informative and took the time to really understand what issues I was having. Fantastic experience: I visited Balance today as I have really painful shoulders, especially the right one. This has been going on for about 12 months. The GP has only given me paracetamol for the pain. I referred myself to Balance, hoping for help. I was so pleased to have had a really good pressure massage today off Mike. Fantastic experience: I had my first Colon Hydrotherapy today with a lovely lady named Pat, from the second I walked in I was greeted & introduced to both Pat & Nicola really lovely people I felt at ease right away. Pat talked me through the procedure & even learnt me things about my colon which I never knew( learn something new everyday). The procedure didn’t hurt one bit nor was is discomforting it was actually really relaxing. We had a lovely conversation throughout the procedure & I could have fallen asleep it was that relaxing. The side & stomach massage was so nice & the amount of waste it removed wow. I feel so much better after the colonic & already booking for next week, this place is amazing & im just sorry I haven’t been sooner. I was given aftercare advice and a lovely gift bag. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience trying to book an allergy testing service with this company. When I called to make an enquiry over the phone, the person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. They were not even willing to take my enquiry, and instead made me feel like I was wasting their time. I was shocked at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that I encountered, and I ended up not even booking with this company. It is clear that they do not value their customers or their business, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for an allergy testing service, I suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the disappointment and frustration that I experienced with this company. It's important to find a service provider that values your time and treats you with respect, and unfortunately, this company fails to meet those basic standards.

Fantastic experience: Osteopathy Magic hands. I slipped a disc back in November 2022, and what was great pain turned into a terrible discomfort that affected my daily life. I was walking with a hunch and getting pain down my left side. Bending over was just a bad time, in general. After one session with Mike Furlong, my situation improved enormously. I felt looser, with a better range of movement. The overall pain and the pain down my left side eased and I have been able to do housework again - sadly, haha. After I went in for a second appointment to really clear everything up, Mike told me if the pain returned, I should call. I really appreciated that he didn't push me to continue getting treatment when I didn't need it. He's really looking to help you with your issues, not just keep you paying. He's a great guy who really puts you at ease. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’d just like to tell you how amazing Mike really is. I had Plantar Fasciitis and I was struggling to walk. I was going away on holiday so thought I’d opt to have Prozolone injections to see if they would help. Mike confirmed I had the condition and proceeded with the injections. All I can say - it was like a miracle I could actually walk again with very little pain. One day on holiday I was able to walk 8km. I am so grateful I went to Mike when I did as I wouldn’t have been able to do much on my holiday. Also during my appointment I opted to have a B12 injection - all I can say I was like a new woman and felt the difference within a couple of days. Fantastic experience: We Used balance for some guidance on a possible food intolerance my son had. The whole process was fast and so so helpful. This testing and guidance has changed my sons life and we are only 3 weeks in to following the food diary! Fantastic experience: After lifting a gearbox out of a car I managed to really cause myself an injury. After seeing Mike he managed to sort me out after only three visits and was honest enough to say you don’t need me anymore now. Genuinely a nice bloke as well! Would recommend Mike 100%!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Allison for colonic therapy since I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder Graves' disease, the difference she has made to my life has been unbelievable. I was living with chronic fatigue, joint pain, terrible skin rashes, all of which have cleared! I recently tried Allison's new Ozone treatment, I can't believe how amazing this made me feel, I had the most rested nights sleep that I had in years and you can literally see the toxins come away from your body!!!
