Fantastic experience: Dr Raishath is very kind, knowledgeable and provides a safe non judgmental space. I didn’t know much about Ayureveda, but was curious and I’m so glad i decided to give it a try. Ii have seen a big improvement in symptoms and issues.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr Raishath to help with my lower back and joints pain which I have suffered since 2024. During the consultation it became apparent that my problem was connected with emotional trauma going back to my childhood. Dr Raishath helped me with the emotional side first before moving to heal the physical side. It’s been an amazing and successful journey. Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr Rishbah clinic very recently. She was my first resort for help when i was diagnosed with atypia endometriosis hyperplasias. She dealt with such a care and honesty . Not only she was honest as to what extent she can be help but also what to expect as well. Her care to details was marvellous. Fantastic experience: Decided to approach my mental and physical health in a more holistic way after coming off a SSRI I was on for 18 months. I had hip and knee pain for 6 months before coming off the SSRI and could still feel it after I stopped it.I started feeling a numbing feeling in my hands and feet, I wanted to try a massage treatment and came across Marma therapy. I had a consultation with the lovely Dr.Raishath so she could assess me and see if I would benefit from Marma therapy. At my consultation Dr.Raishath Decided Marma therapy would help me and done some therapy on my stomach at the end of my consultation.I could feel a difference in my whole body after ten minutes of Marma therapy. Dr.Raishath prescribed me two herbal teas to take before my next appointment which was in a week from the consultation. One for the night and one for the morning. The next day after my consultation I felt a lot less pain in my hip and knee as well as my whole body. After taking the herbs for a week i could definitely feel a overall improvement in my mental and physical well being. On my second appointment I had a full body Marma massage and steam chamber. Instantly I could feel the massage working. My whole body neck and head feels a lot lighter. My mind feels lighter. Fantastic experience: I began my journey with Dr Rashaith in August of this year (2025) and I can honestly say it has been a life changing experience. Dr Rashaith is so knowledgeable about Ayurveda and herbs and after taking a long and detailed history of my health and life we came up with a plan. Over the last 2 months I have had a guided meditation, a massage ( like no other ) and lots of different herbs and herbal tablets. With Dr Rashaiths and my doctors support I am weaning myself off antidepressants which I’ve been on for 19 years and other medication as well. I am sleeping better and have more energy than I have for a long time. I am not completely cured as I have chronic conditions ME and Pots but the quality of my life has improved . To say I found Dr Rashaith and Ayurveda at my lowest point is no understatement and I am so grateful for finding her. I must also say that this is not a one appointment and off you go service. I have for many many years (aprox 22) been to near hell with my stomach compaints and had to endure all that brings it such as A&E Hosptals, Drips, Wrong Diagnosis, GPs and there waiting rooms to be given endless medications, Many many missed special family events, depresiion because am always poorly, Severe weight loss hence lack of cofidence I could go on and on,, Then as a last grasp of home I landed at this clinic, Best Possible Thing That has happened to me. Fantastic experience: I participated thug of war competition. Then I had an issue on my right side of lower back and my leg. I had pain killers it didn’t help me. Then I went to A&E they prescribed cocodamol high dose and it was not helped. 3days later I went to see my Gp and he told me to take cocodamol and I had a injection on my right hand thigh. Because I had a ticklish on my right leg and I went 1hrs Thai massages too. Nothing helped me . Then I googled and finally found this Ayurvedic clinic. 1st I thought that was massage centre. I consulted by the doctor and she asked all the medication history and she gave some powders and tablets. What a miracle with in one day my right had side leg ticklish gone. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from pain and swelling in my left shoulder since last march. I visited the surgery several times and they used to send me back with some pain killers. Nothing happened and the pain was getting worse that it could wake me from my sleep. Last week of August I visited LAHC. Due to swelling and stiffness,Dr. Raishath couldn't do anything other than sending me with some herbs according to my Symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have been getting treatment from Dr Raishath for the past two years for severe rheumatoid arthritis and my condition has been improving gradually because of her treatment. I got pain and stiffness of all big and small joints and I get oral herbal remedies, physical massage and oil treatment and every few months and it really helped me to keep moving. Fantastic experience: I’m suffering since years of many health conditions and also mental health issue due to some childhood trauma . I was in that point of my life where I thought that i wouldn’t never feel good one day. I was desperate and while looking for a naturopath on google , i came across with the Liverpool ayurveda clinic . Fantastic experience: I am 48 years old with a uterine fibroids which were causing me very heavy bleeding during my period. On 15th December 2021 my periods started and then didn’t stopped. Some days it was so heavy that I had to change pads every 2hrs. It was effecting my mental health and work and social life. Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant experience with Dr Raishath. I don't have a chronic issue although I have possible low thyroid and get bad headaches. I agreed to a consultation and a massage. The consultation means that Dr Raishath's treatment is really tailored to your needs and she is very knowledgeable. After the consultation and some diet advice I received one of the best head massages I've ever had. I actually came to the appointment with a headache coming on and the massage got rid of it. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been interested in Ayurveda, reading a lot about it online and watching docuseries on it as well. I’ve tried changing some of my routine based on what I have watched and read. However, just recently I’ve been experiencing some thyroid issues which caused a lot of dizziness and a decrease in my wellbeing, which was when I thought, right I need to speak to a professional and not only go by what the internet says. That’s how I ended up booking an appointment with Dr. Raishath, and I wish I had done it a lot sooner! I’m on nearly 2 months of treatment now and my dizziness has completely gone in less than a month, I’m feeling with so much more energy, my digestion has improved massively and I can’t explain just how on overall my wellbeing has improved. I know many people have their doubts on natural remedies and might be a bit resistant to try an Ayurvedic treatment, but the way I see it is, if what you eat can make you ill, then also what you eat/ingest can heal you. And it has for me! I really recommend this place and Dr. Raishath is very caring, friendly and has good values. She won’t be pushing treatments on you which you don’t need, unlike other places. Fantastic experience: Dr Raisheth has helped me more in a few months than GP's have in over 10 years. In general, I feel well, but a few things were affecting my quality of life and had been for years. I've had underactive thyroid symptoms for over 10 years, as well as frequent, urgent urination, constant thirst and extremely heavy, painful periods. The GP's I've seen over the years were thorough with blood tests. I appreciate that they took the time to rule out diabetes etc, but after blood tests always came back 'normal', I was still experiencing the same symptoms. Within three months, the constant thirst has stopped, the frequent/urgent urination has stopped, my periods have become lighter and less painful than they have been in years and my skin and nails are becoming more hydrated. Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found Dr. Sabeel! I have been struggling with chronic back pain since I was a teenager, and recently I further injured my back/psoas muscle while exercising. I have been reading and studying the wisdom of Ayurveda and came to understand that the chronic back pain could be indicators of other imbalance within my body and that pain is often just a collection point for imbalance elsewhere. Or rather, toxins (Ama) build in the body from stress, eating and sleeping habits, and other factors. So I decided to search for a true Ayurvedic practitioner and was so lucky to find Dr. Sabeel in the Liverpool area! Don’t be duped by the western idea of Ayurveda selling you wholistic “cures”. You need a true practitioner who will look at your body and history as a whole and develop a healing program specifically for you. And Dr. Sabeel is the real thing. After working on my back for 10 days straight I feel barely any pain remains. But it requires listening to your body, trusting the doctor and the prescribed program. Beyond massages for my back, I also needed to take herbal pills and tea twice a day to reduce inflammation, and adjust my sleeping and eating habits. The treatment for me may not be the same treatment for you. Everyone is different. And depending on your body, maybe you won’t get 100% results, but I truly believe if you stick with it, you will improve and feel better. But you have to trust the process. Fantastic experience: This was a truly life changing experience for me. I felt like I had lost control of my body and was feeling so bad Mentally and physically. I looked everywhere for a holistic therapist and found Dr Raisheth and after a full consultation which was vey thorough, the dr recommended a month of strict herbal routine and diet changes and it made me feel so much better. Fantastic experience: I couldnt be happier with the treatment I'm receiving here, from the initial consultation I have felt heard, and cared for. She new exactly how to help me overcome my insomnia and then start to tackle the extreme anxiety I was experiencing. Admittedly some of the herbs taste disgusting but boy do they work wonders. I will continue to use the liverpool ayuverdic centre for myself and my children.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Raishath highly enough. I went, after years of suffering with my back, being told by conventional GP's it was Sciatica and being offered drugs to take away the pain but not actually curing the symptoms. Starting the new year with my back being really, really sore for about 8weeks I was recommended to see the wonderful Dr Raishath! Now 3 weeks in and I feel like a new woman, still taking my medication as prescribed by Dr Raishath, and still to have a couple more treatments, but oh my, the difference in my back and well being is like light and day. Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Raishath three months after the birth of my son. We had a long discussion and a very thorough examination. She decided upon a treatment and only three days later, some of the physical symptoms already showed an improvement. In a very short time my overall health and my mood had improved so that I felt energetic and with a drive to do things. The pain I initially had, lessened with every visit and soon we were both happy for me to be discharged, feeling happy and recovered. Fantastic experience: Based on a recommendation I made an appointment to see Dr Raishath regarding some chronic stiffness and inflammation I had been experiencing for some time. Dr Raishath was able to get straight to the root of the issue and to provide a course of treatment that had an immediately beneficial and long lasting effect.
