Fantastic experience: Have used Jamie at Treatment Table for a few years now. has helped fix many a niggle and injury, from rotator cuff to back to knee. Knee pain relieved and movement improved almost instantly with an injection of HA. fingers crossed it'll get me over the line for my next few races.

Fantastic experience: First visit was with Jamie. I’m 4 months post ORIF and needed some extra support to get my ROM back in my ankle. Jamie assessed my needs using equipment and technology so that he could determine the right treatment. I’m very happy that he is able to use technology to monitor my progress after completing recommended exercises.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ben regarding foot and knee pain and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and really enjoyed working with him. From initial assessment with base ground measurements taken he thoroughly explained the reasoning behind each test and was able to provide exercises that helped me gain speedy recovery. He also has been incredibly quick in referring me onwards with excellent recomendations for consultants when further investigation was needed.

Having two babies within 12 months has taken a massive toll on my body especially my back so I needed help knowing where to start and what to do to get back some of my pre baby strength and fitness. Fantastic experience: Being a professional dancer, Ive been treated for a few injuries now, and each time I have gotten great hands on treatement, ways to manage my load and given exercises to help me improve. This works really well for me as a lot of other physios i have seen tell me to rest, however physical activity being my job that isn’t always possible. Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing Jamie for 3 months . He helped me get out of excruciating pain in my osteoarthritic knees to a level I could cope with . as we all know osteoarthritis is not completely cureable. He also showed me excersises to strengthen the muscles around my knees and I am hoping that over time these will help even more than they have already.. Jamie very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. Apart from physiotherapy he offers other treatments. I will highly recommend him

I was experiencing a lot of discomfort, neck spasms and only a small range of movement from the head. I have had several sessions with the lovely Shauna - who identified a few triggers and immediately started to work them out. Fantastic experience: Put my back out andvafter a few days of no improvement, bed bound on painkillers and not being able to stand up straight or walk unsupported I managed to get an out call from one of the physios here, made a big difference just from an hours session, standing much easier, walking unaided (slowly, but at least able to get around). Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a recurrent shoulder injury that i couldn't seem to get rid of, so booked in to see Jamie. On the first session he got right to the point and recommended daily exercises I hadn't tried before, that would help resolve the problem. He then spent time working on the affected muscles to mobilise and help me move better. Over the next 2 weeks, the pain pretty much disappeared. Went in for my follow up yesterday and Jamie was happy the pain was gone and recommended I gradually get back into training - no need for another appointment. Jamie is a very knowledgable, welcoming and honest guy. You can tell he is 100% focussed on getting his clients back to full health and pain free. Thanks Jamie! Fantastic experience: I have been looked after by Jamie at the treatment table for an long term ankle injury since mid January 2022. He quickly identified the issue, and devised a treatment plan for me to follow at home, in between sessions. It has slowly strengthened my ankle, to the point that getting back running was achieved after about six weeks. At this point my plan was tailored to further strengthen the injury, incorporating different exercises along side a steady increase in my running. I would highly recommend the treatment table, my experience with them so far has been excellent.
