Fantastic experience: From the first time I walked into align I instantly knew this is the place to be. I was welcomed by Lorraine who right away made me feel at ease and was helpful to answer any questions I had. My osteopath jack has been outstanding from the get go and really invested into getting to know the ins and out to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. I’ve also received from treatment from Sian who’s lovely and doesn’t half make a difference havin a double session with them pair. Can’t recommend this practice enough really is fantastic throughout and I’m recovering really really well, thanks to the align team, see you again soon!

Fantastic experience: So pleased that I found Dean at Align. I went into my first visit with pain levels through the roof. I have undergone double toe nail removal and treatment on corns. I have virtually no pain anymore. Dean was so understanding and reassuring, whilst being a very friendly and likeable character. The surgery was pain free, and recovery has been managed well with follow up appointments. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Align for Osteopathy appointments with Matthew for 6 months after a back injury. I have a long term mental health condition which makes manual therapy difficult. I messaged the clinic in advance and Lorraine on reception phoned to talk through the issue and how they could help. Matthew is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm no longer in constant daily pain and have been able to return to exercise. The clinic is really clean, the staff are friendly. It's an enjoyable experience going along for appointments and I recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for several months now and have had treatment off a few practitioners and all of them have been both professional and friendly with great knowledge in their expertise. The receptionists are very approachable and accommodating, making you feel comfortable and that you are in the right place for the best treatment. Im currently having the combo Osteopathy and Massage and after only a few sessions have noticed a massive difference. Easily worth every penny, I won't get treatment anywhere else having found this place.

Fantastic experience: I came to Align because of back problems about 4 months ago. I cannot praise all the staff enough. They are professional and very friendly. I get a massage every 2 weeks and my back hasn't felt so good for years.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes we prolong our suffering unnecessarily. I had been dealing with a very tense neck and shoulders, and from my first appointment, Matthew was both friendly and professional. He checked my whole spine and lifted off a huge weight. I could feel the difference right away. I later had a second “combo” appointment for my neck and knee, followed by a deep tissue massage, which was absolutely great. I used to think treatments like this were only for rich people, but it was actually very affordable, and in such a lovely, welcoming place. I’m really grateful for the care and professionalism at Align Health Clinic. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My experience at Align Healthcare has been excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming, the space, modern, and Nathan at reception is a very personable chap. I was in tremendous pain due to a muscle spasm that wouldn't let go. Matthew explained the injury and the anatomy of what was happening in terms that I could understand as an ex-ballet dancer. I feared that limping would cause further injury so had no idea what how to do the rehab myself. I'd never seen an osteopath before and knew immediately that I was in good hands. Matthew listens carefully and is thorough. He assured me that I would heal in time for a trip abroad with the proper treatment and exercise. The quality of provision is second to none. Matthew has helped me navigate my condition with professionalism and personalised care and information. Fantastic experience: For a good 6 months I was suffering with upper back and neck pain resulting in a complete lack of movement and intense pain. I was also suffering with migraines which affected my vision. I had been the Walton centre who diagnosed me with episodic migraines and gave medication to dull the pain when a migraine started. I decided to pay a visit to Sian initially to see if a deep tissue massage would help and every visit the movement has got better and pain less. After a couple of treatments, Sian recommended me to have a “combo” treatment with Mathew. The combined method of treating the joints and tendons around the area has resulted in hardly any migraines, complete free movement and although I am tender, i am 90% back to being pain free. Can’t recommend them enough. Very professional, clean building with parking behind. Lovely and friendly front staff in both Lorraine and Nathan. Mark.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic a few weeks ago for a consultation and was greeted warmly by the friendly reception staff who were quickly able to help. Being seen by Matthew, he was able to provide helpful advice and support, explaining every step clearly and in an easy to understand way. I thought the best thing was that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatments or costly things I didn't need; something I've often experienced in the past. He gave me a range of options and allowed me to choose the best course of treatment. Throughout, the support I received was brilliant, and I really can't praise the team at Align more. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for the past two years. The reception staff, Nathan and Lorraine, are absolutely lovely. The whole team treats you with so much dignity and respect, and they are always happy to answer any questions. Fantastic experience: I contacted Align after suffering neck/shoulder pain for many years that was exacerbated by exercise- and I was seen the same day by an Osteopath, Jack Davies. He was extremely knowledgeable and after examining me, explained what he thought the issue was and performed differing massages/stretches and gave me exercises to do at home. After a few sessions with Jack over a couple of months I am now relatively pain-free and can now just be seen on an 'ad hoc' basis or if I get any flare ups. There are many other services available at Align and all the staff are very friendly. If you have any physical issues or injuries I would certainly recommend giving Align a call.

Fantastic experience: I see Jack Davies Osteo. The guy on the desk goes above and beyond to help everyone. He's always smiley and nice. -which is impressive as ive been coming since Feb (2025) at least montly sometimes every 2 weeks. And I've never seen him not be polite and helpful. Jack is really good to. I have hEDS (hypermobility). He has treated patients like myself before and therefore understands what does and doesn't work for the hypermobile body; and how care needs to be adapted accordingly, as often the hypermobile body reacts and does things slightly differently than a non-hypermobile body. Definitely a safe pair of hands. With excellent booking system and receptionist.

Positive experience: Helped relieve the initial pain, I chose to go repeatedly for at least 6 months. What concerns me is there were no suggestions of exercises and now I understand the neck core problem was rolled forward shoulders I am shocked that this knowledge didnt come from here. I feel like I was kept as a regular rather than them trueIy helping resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: I first visited this clinic about four years ago after a back injury. My job is very physical and entails a lot of heavy lifting. On this particular day I had caused my back to lock and on visiting the clinic I was virtually doubled over, after seeing Matthew, I walked out of the clinic Perfectly straight. Ever since then I maintain regular visits, once a month with Jack, and once a month having a massage from one of the ladies. I can honestly say this place has made me so much stronger and more capable of carrying out my work. I highly recommend The clinic to everybody I meet and would not visit anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Found align through reviews from Google and decided to book in with Matthew as I needed osteopathy to fix my back neck shoulders legs feet and I pretty much have pain in all my joints/pins and needles and when I walk I nearly collapse with my first appointment I went through all my problems and Matthew listened helped ease my pain to a more manageable state, waited a month for my 2nd appointment decided to try the combo deal with Matthew and Sian osteopathy and deep tissue massage I walked into Matthew with a limp with my leg when walking, came out without a limp and walking perfectly normal the deep tissue massage has really helped all the tension all over my body booked in again next month this place works miracles and I refuse to go anywhere else!!

I have been quite a number of times and always feel so much better, not stiff and move much more freely. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kirsten for sports massages and she is excellent. She has so many techniques to release tight muscles. She identifies areas I hadn’t realised were tight until she fixed them but then the relief was obvious! She is knowledgeable, friendly and will put you at ease I would recommend booking with her. Fantastic experience: Approached Matthew after a recent running injury that I couldn’t shift. After a consultation a recovery plan was proposed by Matthew which began with a deep tissue massage to the area by Sian. Matthew checked in a week or so later off his own back and I came in for a follow up appointment. Couldn’t recommend Matthew and his team more from the minute you step foot in the building until and even once you have left it was a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: Having injured my back at work and in extreme pain I attended align who threw there skill and knowledge have kept me functioning in work which is basically a win win I have been treated my Mathew and Jack osteipaths and are both brilliant cant thank them enough also the reception desk staff are always helpful and upbeat which I like and nothing is to much trouble for them unfortunately due to there own expertise they are always busy I guess they are a victim of there own success my appointments already booked in for this week it's a 5 star review of me Kindest Regards Richard kurs

Fantastic experience: Not sure where to start really . I came across this place months ago . I suffer with my neck and back and have done for a long time . I decided to try am Osteopath hence I came across Mathew . Initially I spoke to Nathan and Lorraine . They both sorted me out and got me in with Mathew . There really were so helpful . I have to say this place really does Align with my standards of professionalism, hygiene , friendliness. It really is all I expect from a business and they truly deserve this review. I have had great Deep tissue massage from Sian in fact I really love that they offer a hybrid service so I can be treated my Mathew which really helps with my muscles/joints and then Sian can also do her thing . For me I get the best of both worlds . Really great team and I am so glad I came across it . Such nice people and they deserve for this business to flourish . Thank you for helping me . Fantastic experience: I have brought my brother here now a few times to get his toe nails sorted. The staff are lovely and mr Olana is amazing. My brother has Down’s syndrome and he really looks forward to seeing mr orlana every 12 weeks. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the doors. Which really helps with his anxiety.

Fantastic experience: A one stop for all aspects of healthcare. The loveliest, most skilled staff you could wish to meet. They are all amazing at what they do, particularly Sian for massage treatments, Matthew for Osteopathy and Olana for Chiropody. Special mention for Nathan being a friendly face front of house. I will continue to come here for years to come and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my gratitude for the amazing care I received. I went in with a toe in bad condition and after a very comfortable and relaxing ingrown nail removal I was able to get back to walking like a normal person even during the recovery period.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Align Healthcare Clinic for the last six months due to severe back pain – and cannot recommend them highly enough. Having had regular appointments with osteopath Matthew, and a few sports massage sessions with Sian, I am experiencing much better mobility/flexibility in my lower back and I am almost pain free. Special mention must go to Matthew, who aside from being obviously skilled and knowledgeable – and working magic on my back pain – is incredibly warm, friendly and personable, which made my appointments an extra positive experience. The clinic is very professionally run and all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, courteous and helpful. The clinic is modern and welcoming, booking and rescheduling appointments either through the website or over the phone has always been straightforward, and being able to park easily at the clinic is a bonus. I'm grateful for the care I've received and I would not hesitate to use any of their other wellness services in future!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Matthew’s for around a year now and I went to him with a nerve injury which was affecting my everyday life because I was in pain constantly. I’d tried so many things from physios to medicines etc and thought it would never get better, but Matthew restored my hope! Every time I went he knew exactly where the pain was without me even saying due to his expertise and knowledge and within days I felt so much better. When I say I recommend Matthew I couldn’t emphasis how much I do, the treatment has changed my life! I hardly ever get the pain anymore only on rare occasions and I only see him now mainly for up-keep appointments. Matthew makes you feel really reassured and comfortable too which is so important in these instances. Brilliant, amazing & life changing treatment, couldn’t recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have jumped at the chance to leave a review. What a fantastic clinic, from the amazing receptionist Lorraine who's smile just brightens up your day, to the modern reception and spacious treatment rooms and friendly staff. For the past few weeks i've been getting seen by the osteopath called Jack who's capable hands and expertise are helping me recover from a forward thinking treatment plan, which is helping to take some of the pain away that ive endured from a back and leg injury and get some much needed movement back into my body. To say the treatment is life changing seems dramatic, but honestly to start to feel pain free in such a long time is life changing. I can't recommend Align Healthcare Clinic enough. I'm not based in Bootle where the clinic is situated, but i travel up from the south of Liverpool to visit the clinic, especialy after watching Mathew's (osteopath) videos and advice on Instagram for a while. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for my appointment today. I found it to be a very positive experience. I received a warm friendly welcome by Nathan at the reception desk who quickly booked me in on my arrival with practitioner Kate, for my first ever ear check. Kate quickly put me at ease and explained everything slowly and clearly which gave me confidence with the whole procedure. I left feeling relaxed, reassured armed with a lot of information and excellent advice which I have followed and actioned. I found Kate to be very knowledgeable and she shared her knowledge and understanding of my current problem so well. I now have a plan on how to move forward and obtain the help I need to resolve my hearing issue. Kate also reassured me that I can return should I have any ear concerns and that a report of my visit can be made available for my GP.
