I've had problems with my back and shoulders for going on 30 years now, I've never found someone able to give me the pressure I needed, but that all changed with Ben! He is absolutely fantastic and has helped me so so much. My migraines are gone, I'm sleeping better, just amazing improvements all round.

Fantastic experience: First time i have been to a physio who knows what theyre doing. NHS give you a sheet with exercises and send you away! Jamie listens; assesses is hands on and advises exercises, goes through them with you and re-assesea on each visit. i’ve had a de-compresaion back op and a knee replacement and can highly re-commend

I loved all the advice she had for me whilst I was in the between training for my fitness events and how best to approach recovery and the best care for my muscles. Fantastic experience: Was recommended to visit Jamie by my personal trainer after some leg/hip/back pain. 5 minutes later and Jamie had located the issue and began working it out, as well as giving me some advice on how to manage/resolve it long term. Feels so much better already and can’t wait for next week

Fantastic experience: I had my first session with Vicky last week and she was brilliant. We spent the first part discussing my issues and the history of my trauma, and the second half was spent on the bench receiving treatment. At all times Vicky was professional and it’s clear that she is an expert in her field. The following morning I felt the benefits immediately of her focussed targeting of knots all along the nerve chain in my left leg. I’ll be returning over the course of the next couple of months to receive follow up treatments.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to running and picked up a knee injury so went to Treatmemt Table. Jamie given such good advice and my muscles felt less tight after one session. He works with the whole body and realised my knee and foot pain was down to tight hips, piriformas. Exercises provided to strentgthen my glutes and abductors and I'm back pounding the pavement. Signed up to do 100 miles in October I'm that confident this will be sorted. I won't lie the massage was intense and I did ache after but that's the process of my body healing.

I have had regular physio, acupuncture, deep tissue massage and Thai massage in the past. I have been here 3 times and I have had major improvement with pain and range of motion. Fantastic experience: I suffered a very painful calf injury while climbing last weekend which has put me out of action for the last week, I have seen Jamie a few times previously with various musculoskeletal issues, and as I have been so impressed with his service in the past I felt I did not want to see anybody else but Jamie to help rehabilitate my calf, he kindly managed to fit me in at short notice and from seeing him today he thoroughly assessed my injury and reassured me and give me clarity on the intervention I need to take going forwards to recover, he applies his wide range of knowledge and experience to each of his clients and I totally recommend to anybody else in need if similar treatment

I asked Jamie to help with repetitive tennis elbow and rotator cuff issues and both were much better after the physio session. Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and got put with a physio in Birkenhead which was not helpful one bit, I spoke to my solicitors who then transfered me for my last 2 sessions with the treatment table, the only bad part is I couldn't do my full sessions from the start here as they are soooo good I done my treatment with liv, you are made to feel welcome the second you walk in she is friendly, bubbly & super professional she is so good at her job! Sad that today was my last appointment but for any future treatment I may need I'll defiantly be back & recommend to everyone!! Fab service, ran by lovely people! Thank you xx

Fantastic experience: Booked a 60minute Sports massage in Crosby with Olivia Whyte for my husband as he's been suffering with sciatica and back pain. He was apprehensive about going but came home feeling fantastic! He says he'd like to book one in every month! At £30 for a full hour, and my husbands rave review I can highly recommend The Treatment Rooms! May even book myself one next time too!

Fantastic experience: I've had recurring neck, shoulder and back pain for a good few years. Saw a physio few years ago who was nowhere near as good as Jamie. GP has never looked at the pain sites and instead overprescribed painkillers and anti inflamms, useless. Jamie got to the root of the issue straight away and carried out very effective treatment. Result!
