Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn’t recommend Nuran enough. From the moment I first visited, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. She quickly identified the issue with my back, which had been caused by a sports injury, and put a treatment plan in place that got me back playing football and performing to the best of my ability in a remarkably short space of time. Her expertise and attention to detail really made all the difference. I would also like to recognise Kat and Joanne on reception too, who are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They make the whole experience even better. Thank you to Nuran and the team. An excellent service from all, and I couldn’t recommend Hands on Health enough.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Hands on Health 12 months ago when I was struggling to walk due to a hip and back injury. I was due to go on a long trip 10 days after I first saw Nuran and I really wasn’t hopeful that I’d make it…..oh wow…I did! She was amazing! I visited frequently for treatments right up until my holiday and all was well. I now visit monthly for maintenance and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish the experience has been brilliant.. she’s got me for life I’m afraid!

Fantastic experience: Absolute life saver. I have been coming to ‘hands on health’ for years now and I can’t recommend Nuran enough. I have had multiple issues over the years that Nuran has given instant relief from by freeing up, releasing or realigning, from my lower back from bad posture to neck issues due to injury. And more recently I had a shoulder injury that resulted in frozen shoulder for over a year extremely painful and limited range of motion. I wasn't sure if Nutan could help with shoulder.. I went in with hardly any range of movement and pain, after some manipulation it was instant relief and full range with hardly any pain… it was unbelievable difference, the before and after from just one session. I was very happy ! Always will be my go to when I’m struggling and not just for back issues. Nuran is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, in fact all the staff are friendly including reception. If you’re thinking about a visit, then give them a call. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I spent 10 long years in pain with my back because I was too nervous to have anyone touch it because it was so painful. When the pain started waking me up every hour each night i finally plucked up the courage to go and see Nuran. She did an in depth consultation and I was that relieved she could help I had my first treatment on the day. I literally got up and could move more than I had in years! I went weekly for a month and it was sore and stiff, gradually getting better then 6 weeks later I was completely pain free. I can’t believe I spent so much of my life in pain. I now go monthly to keep it up as I can feel it start to stiffen up and I’m so used to being pain free now for over a year. Nuran and both receptionists are so friendly and make you feel at ease. My child was having problems with her back and Nuran spotted straight away a mild curve in her spine and gave us lots of advice on what we needed to do medically so we have done that and the hospital has confirmed it. After one session with my daughter her posture improved and now with on going treatment with Nuran she is pain free too. I only wish I found her sooner. If you are as nervous as I was just give it a go they make you feel really welcome.

Fantastic experience: I visited Hands On Health just two weeks ago with a really painful neck and some lower back pain. I know chiropractic treatment can sometimes take a little while to kick in but within two days of my first I was moving much more freely. I have now had three treatments and am pain free. It is a very affordable way of keeping moving freely and I will be going for more regular "maintenance" visits two or three times a year from now - to keep things right.

Fantastic experience: I have been having hip pain for close to two years and then found out I was pregnant at 43 and the pain increased and was shooting down through my leg. The doctors said I had Sciatica, but I just felt that was not the right diagnosis, it didn't make sense as I was only in my 1st trimester. I listened to my body and made an app with Hands on Health for chiropractic treatment and after my first visit the pain in my hips was gone!!! After the 3rd and 4th treatment I had no pain anymore in my back, shoulders and my leg no longer bothers me. Just amazing! Dr. Nuran is fantastic! She is patient and kind and knows exactly what she is doing. I cannot recommend her enough, she has done wonders for me and changed my life and the way I was living. I sleep better, I wake up and feel great versus stiff and in pain, my shoulder no longer aches....I will continue to see her through my pregnancy. The docs would have had me seeing a physio and taking meds to manage the pain, modern medicine can be a curse at times, they are so easy to just prescribe you something and get you out the door. Take your health in your own hands, listen to your body and try the more holistic approach first. I kick myself for waiting so long and for all the Ibuprofen I was taking.Thank you Hands on Health!!!!
