Fantastic experience: Samantha is very knowledgeable. The treatment for my sons scoliosis has been effective. Following a session he feels so much better and relief from fatigue. Although his Scoliosis cannot be corrected, Samantha’s assessment and manipulation of the back has reduced the curvature by loosening the tense muscles around the spine, neck and lower back. Samantha is a very professional and kind individual, we are seen on time and the premises are clean. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I visited Hemel Osteophatic practice recently for treatment, I was suffering with sciatica down my right leg and it was very painful to straighten. Sam diagnosed that problem originated in my lower spine and within 3 sessions the pain has gone and my leg no longer hurts. Sam was very thourough in the original assessement and explained everything in detail. After 3 sessions of treatment and some exercises she suggested, my back is now much better. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Sam by an orthopaedic consultant after suffering back, neck and shoulder injuries 2 years ago in a car accident. I have had many physio appointments but had very little improvement so was wary about trying someone or something else but I needn't have worried. From the very first appointment, Sam was tackling all my aches and pains (and there were a lot ) and always makes my life a little easier after every treatment. I just wished I had known about her sooner !

Fantastic experience: I have seen Chris for chronic neck and shoulder pain from sitting too long at the computer. He is professional, friendly, witty, and bluntly honest with me - just what I need to correct my posture and the accumulated bad habits of decades. On our first session he was very thorough in his diagnosis and quickly found the cause of my pain, leaving 15 minutes to provide treatment that made a big improvement in my discomfort, tackling muscles and vertebrae that had been stiff for years. The next 2 sessions were totally dedicated to treatment, and I saw significant improvement after each one. After each session he made sure I felt no pressure to come back, but I was more than happy to, because the advice and treatment were teaching me how to look after my body properly. Being accountable, and knowing I had to deal with any good humoured chiding if I didn't look after my posture with military precision made all the difference. Throughout my experience here I felt at ease and looked after with the utmost professionalism and care. While my treatment is over for now, I shall return to Hemel Osteopathic Practice without any hesitation for all my future treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was in great discomfort after hurting my lower back playing tennis and Sam was recommended to me by someone at the club. She fitted me in on the day I first rang , took a brief medical history and then examined me. She quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and began the treatment. The improvement was immediate. I needed a couple of follow up appointments but Sam was not at all pushy about these, making it clear that if nearer the time I felt they were not necessary, I just had to let her know. She also gave me exercises to help free up the area and on my final appointment, some more to strengthen the surrounding muscles. I found Sam very easy to talk to and thought she was extremely professional throughout the process. I am going back to some gentle tennis this week so fingers crossed. I would not hesitate to go back to Sam again if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: Sam diagnosed my condition at my first appointment! After a month of severe pain, various diagnosis & treatment from other practitioners including doctors, none of which relieved my symptoms, or gave an accurate diagnosis. I went to Hemel Osteopath Clinic, as the reviews looked promising. Sam's diagnosis was then confirmed by an MRI scan, after my second appointment with her. She was able to refer & arrange the MRI for me the following day! As a Paramedic of 30 years, I have seen many Practitioners in the past and have not felt the desire to write a review. I feel I would be doing a disservice to those who are looking for help, if I did not write a review on this occasion. I will be forwarding Sam's details to the Ambulance & Fire Service, as I highly recommend the Clinic and Sam, who is caring, straight to the point, and clearly an expert in her field. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Amanda for my neck and shoulder pain/stiffness having been like it for 4 plus weeks. Note to self, don't bother going anywhere else or trying anybody else (which I had done as it was nearer my work). One treatment and I was and am a completely changed woman. Excellent - truly excellent. I rang on the day almost at the end of my tether and got an appointment that day. I walked out an hour later and felt so much better. Great place.
