Fantastic experience: I followed Sasha from Durham to Newcastle. Because I didn't want someone else to take over my treatment plan. Sasha took me on as a bit of a mess. With her ongoing appointments for the last 3 months every 2/3 weeks. I feel straight & aware of my posture. I have felt I've had some releases of the constant pain in my back & hips. Sasha is very professional, reassuring & patient with each of her patients. My Stepdad & I couldn't recommend her enough.

After not being able to resolve the problem he pointed me in the right direction and gave me exercises/stretches which helped, goes to show that they're putting patients care and time before money as there are lots of chiropractors who do try force patients into going back to their clinics even if they are not best suited for them

Negative experience: I hate to be the one to leave negative feedback. However upon inquiring about treatment, I asked about the concessions only available to students, no one else especially military or military veterans, disgraceful, when students don't contribute anything to society, and veterans have given so much, for so many, to have the privileges and freedom's people have today, thanks to soldiers. This owner shouldn't offer discount unless it's for those who deserve it in society!

Negative experience: Can they fix you? Of course they can but I would not advise coming here unless you have a LOT of money to spend. I came here a few years ago with some lower back pain I had been experiencing. The chiropractor then tried to put me on a plan and make me pay for 36 different visits costing way over a thousand pounds. each time was underwhelming. Maybe 2 back cracks and some stretches. These people are 100% working under different incentives to the clients- they do not want you to get better as soon as I’m sure is possible, they will want to fix you as slowly as possible and get as much money from you as they can. Which is understandable from all chiropractors as it is their business to see clients as often as they can.

Negative experience: I visited Centred Chiropractic late last year for neck and lower back pain. I stopped my sessions after feeling a reaction in my neck muscles after an adjustment, which has increased in severity as time has went on. I have recently been recommended neck surgery. I flag this as there is a need to be cautious when considering them.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I don't know what to say. I feel like any review I make here doesn't match up to the quality of service I received from such wonderful professionals. Opting for chiropractic services with Centered Chiropractic is one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my health and well-being. From the superb Lisa and Carly on front desk ensuring I always know when my appts are and being just generally awesome, to my excellent chiropractor Meghan K who has already, systematically, repaired 3 areas of the 4 I had problems with when I first arrived in November 2023. Meghan is thorough, professional, funny, and always works with a smile. She explains the process as she works and you are fully conversant with each stage of your treatment, ensuring you are comfortable, and understand how and why the body works and reacts why it does. Top class service, fully recommended, and more importantly, IT WORKS. ***Another special mention for Lisa and Carly who have always gone above and beyond to ensure I’m happy, and always ensure there’s plenty of green tea available for me. This was 20 months ago and I’m still returning every 3 weeks for maintenance. I have seen all the Chiropractic doctors here and all great at what they do. Fantastic experience: Best choice I've made in a long time. After a few sessions my back and shoulders pain disappeared completely. Professional treatment in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend, a specially Dr Jacob.

Negative experience: I think it's all marketing and no results. From the nonsense introductory video to someone trying to befriend you into attending more sessions than you need to. They will wave a model of a spine and repeat subluxation at you before finally performing a 20 second 'adjustment'. No real diagnosis. After no results across two sessions, I attended a physio with an excellent reputation. He helped me heal after one session and advised no follow up unless symptoms persisted. They didn't. Nevertheless, a clean building and friendly receptionist. Placebo effect is a legitimate treatment and if you have plenty of capital and it makes you feel better, then why not.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Jacob Palmer here for a while before I moved abroad and can’t recommend the clinic enough. I am still searching for a chiropractor as friendly, kind, and knowledgeable as Dr Jacob and who gives me the same results!

Negative experience: Very pushy as with most chiropractors. The person I had dealing with me was Jacob Palmer. While initially kind and accommodating, when I suggested I will be slowing down the treatment he was unprofessional and rude, insulting my father saying “he doesn’t know what he’s talking about”. Be wary of their initial assessment, they may overestimate your problems to then sell you more sessions. There is little to no empirical evidence that chiropractic treatment has any benefits for the body but if you would still like to see one I would recommend visiting another practice other than Centred Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience coming here for my first time at the chiropractors! Jacob couldn't of been any more helpful with my sessions, explaining and showing me what he's doing and the benefits and tips too couldn't of made me feel more relaxed about going for the first time as I was very nervous having never been before! Pain which I have had for few years, has completely gone and the advice I was given to remain improving it has been incredible too! Would also like to note that the reception team has been super helpful and always welcoming!! Great team would recommend anyone and everyone to go!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident back in 2015 and developed sporadic back spams afterwards, after gone through over a year worth of physio with no improvements and a neurologist ruled it as untreatable I went to see Jacob here. Jacob managed to fix me up within a year, with notable differences within a couple of months. Which vastly improved my quality of life. He is very friendly and professional, would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Since attending to see Jacob my back pain has significantly decreased, Jacob isolated what was causing the most problems which were my psoas muscles creating a really tight lower back so along with working on that, I also have had my posture corrected as well which really helps as it wasn't great from sitting at a laptop all day. I'm now able to move better and play golf more without excess pain, I've also noticed I sleep better and my general mood is also more relaxed. I would 100% recommend Jacob and the team at Centred Chiropractic they listen to what you say and really no what they're also really great people in general.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Centred Chiropractic for several months now and their service has been nothing short of superb. After visiting for an initial consultation to address some recurring back and neck pain, Dr Jacob offered a detailed diagnosis and talked me through how I could go about taking corrective action. Each session since then has given me a huge improvement on my standard of living. The pain has diminished significantly and I find that my posture has noticeably improved. Fantastic experience: I first visited Centred Chiropractic at the beginning of 2022 via a recommendation. I'd injured my neck/shoulder and generally had niggles (couldn't lay on my back whilst sleeping, suffered on and off with mild sciatica for eg) and often my hips and body would ache if I'd been on my feet all day at work. After a thorough consultation I had my first session and there was an instant improvement. I felt straighter, like I could breathe easier, most of my neck pain disappeared and my recovery time from work improved. I continued to attend sessions and felt so much better for it! I now feel a lot stronger and have more movement in my neck, I stand up straighter, can fall asleep on my back and get up a lot easier in the morning! Fantastic experience: I have been with Centred Chiropractic now for approximately two years and intend to continue my experience for the foreseeable future. Initially, I was suffering from an aching neck, back and headaches from my job - sat at a desk for hours on end. This inevitably takes a toll on your musculoskeletal structure from bad posture and the lack of movement. I regularly attend the gym, which hugely reduces my symptoms, however, sometimes life gets in the way and it is necessary to supplement movement with some additional care. Chiropractic care provides just that...and the rest. I cannot thank the Chiropracters at Centred enough for the care they have provided me with (Jacob and Ron in particular). From the first session I was feeling a huge level of relief and was hooked. After a few sessions, I was feeling brand new. Not just my neck/back, but my overall wellness. I was not suffering from a bad neck or back anywhere near as much as I was before, my headaches were down to an all time low and as I wasn't constantly worrying about my symptoms. I felt a lot better in myself. If you are slightly apprehensive with regards to initiating your chiropractic care, you are without doubt in the best hands possible. The thought of allowing someone to adjust your skeletal structure can seem quite scary, however these Chiropractors are the best around. I have tried a few different Chiropractic practices around the North East, all highly regarded, but none of them do it quite like these people.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending for over 5 years now and it has totally made a huge difference in my life. The main reason I attended was for a trapped nerve, it got to a point where I struggled to walk, after a couple of adjustments I felt amazing, I’ve continued to attend on a monthly basis and have had no reoccurrence of any major problems. Over the years I’ve had minor issues but they are soon resolved with some simple and painless adjustments. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, you are definitely in good hands, also my diet has changed for the better as I was diagnosed with ibs many years ago and the knowledge these drs have of nutrition and wellbeing is amazing and has changed my uncomfortable condition to a very comfortable condition.

Fantastic experience: I have had problems with my right hip and was recommended to centred chiropractic. I have seen other chiropractors over the last 35 years. I cannot recommend centred chiropractic enough. It’s a friendly set up in a modern environment. Nothing is too much trouble. I received treatment from Dr Jacob and have seen great improvement despite my hip being very stubborn at time. Each adjustment is explained before he performs it and this is really reassuring. I have even brought my 10 yr old daughter who dances morning noon and night and she has seen improvement too. If you’re on the fence about chiropractic treatment then this is the place to try it.

I have suffered with constant shoulder pain and reduced mobility (right arm) following a car accident over 20 years ago and the pain has now completely GONE!! Like many I have also suffered with back and neck pain from working from home during lockdown and not getting enough exercise however I feel 100% better after my treatment. Negative experience: The staff very friendly & welcoming. My first visit I was there ( I payed for 45 mins ) only 10 mins with American guy. He told me what I told the receptionist a knot in my shoulder, no treatment offered that day. My second visit he tried to make me watch a 15 min video on a tablet, still no treatment offered. Finally went upstairs but no treatment he just talk ( complete filibuster ) only worked on me for 4 mins, no mussel relief he’s useless. Honestly he’s the used car salesman of backs. I advise you stay away total waste of money, he just wants you to come back again and again. Worst chiropractor I’ve ever encountered.

I did not have any major pain but felt that my body mechanics were not quite right. Jacobs taught me well about spinal function and the benefits I would have from the care package. Fantastic experience: Having had back problems over many years I found myself suffering from sciatica, something I had never had before. It got to the point where it was impossible to walk more than 100 yards before collapsing in excrutiating pain. Having visited chiropractors for as many years as I can remember I called Centred Chiropratic looking for help. It has taken a good number of visits but thanks to Jacob he got me to a position where I am walking pain free for the first time in six months and playing golf again something I thought would be impossible six months ago. I cant thank all the staff enough for their help and highly recommend them for their proffesional and friendly approach.

Negative experience: First appointment is a consultation with no treatment which wasn’t explained when I booked so my 45 mile round trip with a trapped nerve in my neck was a waste of time as I was refused any treatment. While waiting I noticed people are in and out in ten minutes so these reviews look a bit suspicious to me

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from back pain for as long as I can remember, so much so that after many checks with GPs and physiotherapists I simple believed there was no solution for me and I just simple resigned myself to live in pain. There were really bad days and days that weren't so bad but I was never pain free. My husband recommended I tried something different and I must admit, I did it so I could simply say to him ,see I told you, this is what it is! I didn't believe they were going to be able to help me. After an enquiry I was told I could so did. Danielle, on the front desk, and Chiropractor, Dr Jacob are very friendly made me feel very welcome. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been seeing Dr Jacob for almost a year now. We cannot recommend Dr Jacob at Centre Chiropractic enough! I have moderate scoliosis and a demanding job that puts a lot of strain on my back. My spinal health feels dramatically better after each correction with Jacob. He is super knowledgable, kind and skilled as a chiropractor. All the staff at the practice are also very lovely. The practice is located centrally with parking close by so it has been really convenient for weekly visits. Thanks to Jacob and rest of the team for keeping our backs happy and nimble!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. After years of suffering with back and hip issues and fed up with having pain killers thrown at me with no real resolution I searched and found centred chiropractic. I honestly don’t know why I waited so long. Jacob has kept me informed throughout and guided me during the process. I was apprehensive and nervous at first but the results are amazing it isn’t overnight and your body takes time to return to its correct position but the results without sounding corny have changed things for me dramatically, things I would previously put off or avoided I’m now enjoying again. I’m now at the well-being stage of my treatment and would recommend the practice to anyone considering treatment.
