Fantastic experience: I've been coming to see Megan at Heart Chiropractic for over a year now. From the moment I walked through the door to her practice (hunched over not being able to straighten my back) she has been nothing but friendly, positive, encouraging, highly knowledgeable and she has a huge amount of empathy towards her patients. My job is physically demanding, which causes by back to "go" from time to time. Megan has always gone above and beyond with her approach to my care and I couldn't be more grateful. I've been to see other chiropractors previously, none of which have come close to the care that I have received from Megan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone struggling with mobility issues.

Fantastic experience: A few things brought me to Dr. Megan, but mainly years of bad posture and chronic pain and a curiosity about chiropractors (I am the kind to watch You Tube videos to hear some cracking, anyway...) Megan not only is a thorough pleasure to be around, she is full of compassion and knowledge and comes up with a sound treatment plan to follow through. Now, here's the thing: you have to do the exercises. The realignments, satisfying as they are, are only half of the work. Whenever I see Megan, I walk away feeling more upright, lighter in body and mind and she is a big part of my self care routine. I can only recommend her!

Fantastic experience: After suffering with severe migraines for years I had just resigned myself to it being part of who I am, until I started seeing Megan. I was very nervous about the process but her calm, professional and kind nature completely put me at ease. I actually don't enjoy the feeling of the adjustments but it makes me feel so amazing afterwards and Megan works such wonders, I have kept going back. I haven't had a migraine in 10 months! I cannot recommend her highly enough, I have even got my Mum and Husband seeing her too.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. Her initial consultation was incredibly well considered and thorough and she came up with a realistic plan of action to combat my problem. The plan was then implemented and adjusted according to what was happening with my body and Megan was clear in her communication and observations every step of the way. We now continue on a maintenance schedule to keep things in order and I can happily say that the problem that has plagued me for years is well and truly under control. She is an absolute wonder, not to mention a thoroughly lovely person.

Fantastic experience: I came to Megan basically crippled with sciatica, in tears and agony. I was walking with I stick, unable to even put my own socks on. In just a few sessions she had me walking almost pain free and within 4 weeks I was off pain medication. I work in a gym so movement is really important to my job and mental wellbeing. Now I'm able to train again and the end is in sight but I will honestly always come back for treatments as I've realised the importance of it. She's also just a lovely human who makes you feel at ease and really cares about her patients. Best chiropractor ever! Customer for life

Fantastic experience: It was my first time ever visiting a Chiropractic so I was quite nervous about getting an alignment, but Megan was really kind and understanding. She took the time to learn about my physical and mental underlying conditions to make a proper diagnosis about my neck and shoulders pain. Plus, apart from pain relief both my sleeping pattern and posture improved :)  Definitely recommend booking an appointment with her!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Megan has helped put the spring back into my step. I was in so much pain, literally unable to walk for more than a couple foot without needing to take a break but with her help I can now walk too and from my house and lap the local park as well. She truly cares about her clients and really takes the time to understand what you need. As a bigger girl I was a little nervous but she calmed me completely and now I am more than comfortable with her. Can not recommend heart chiropractic enough!

Negative experience: Extremely rude and weird customer service. They cancelled my first appointment only a couple of hours before, and wouldn't tell me why apart from 'ethical reasons'. This is despite me not knowing (or having ever met), the chiropractor at all. It's therefore self-evident they screen all their clients online first before seeing you incredibly! Would you want a chiropractor looking you up on social media before your first appointment?! That's what they do evidently. I don't even know the chiropractor in question so it's quite laughable to behave like this as a business! If you're looking for a chiropractor you're best off going somewhere more professional.

Fantastic experience: Before I started having treatment with Dr Megan I knew that I had some serious problems with the shape of my spine, but I was lost as to what to do and worried that I could not afford Chiropractic treatment. However, Dr Megan's prices are very affordable and it was great to finally have guidance and help for fixing my posture. Now I feel so much better than I did before starting my adjustments. Dr Megan is very, patient, kind and friendly. I usually have really bad anxiety about things like this, but Dr Megan really helps to make me feel at ease. She also gives great holistic health advice, taking in all the factors affecting your spinal health and is very realistic about how much work you have to put in yourself in order to make a full recovery and how much the treatment will cost long term. I would reccomend Heart Chiropractic to anyone who needs to see a professional about pains and posture issues.

Fantastic experience: Megan came highly recommended by a friend. She has a calming approach and from the start I felt i was in good hands. She is also treating my 6 month old grandson and has worked wonders in helping his sleep patterns. Honestly I can't recommend Megan enough!

Negative experience: Over the last 15 years I had over 50-60 adjustments with osteopaths and other chiropractors. It always felt like an improvement. Not once was I left in pain. Unfortunately Megan’s technique is way too forceful and after manipulating my neck I suffered 2-3 days of acute pain. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely exceptional service. I have always been made to feel at ease and comfortable, I feel in safe hands as Dr Megan has a great skill and intuition to feel what’s right for the body and where there is stress or resistance. Many times I have been willing to go weekly and Dr Megan encouraged bi-weekly, a great testament to her integrity and sincerity to save me money and do what is truly best for me as the client. When I started treatment my pelvis was completely imbalanced and I was carrying 13 kilos (I think that’s the right metric) extra on the right side, after 8 sessions this evened out and my wellbeing has transformed. Dr Megan has also invested significant time and care into providing tips and resources to help me improve my habits. Her approach is holistic, thorough and it is the best money I have ever spent. I believe the changes have helped my immune system, my sleep and my flexibility. The overall impression of the business and service is outstanding, incredibly friendly, professional and ethical at all times and in my view the experience is in a league of its own. Deeply grateful for my physical, mental and emotional transformation. Definitely puts the ‘heart’ into chiropractic treatment and lives and breathes the essence of the business name.

She takes the time to understand the factors contributing to the misalignment and offers strategies to help these in my daily activities. During the adjustment I feel heard and that she spends her time to ensure the adjustment is correct for my body. I cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Megan for about 6 months now and I've been so happy about the improvement in my back! It's clear she's passionate about what she does and this shows in the care and attention she pays. It was an adjustment working from home without a proper desk setup etc but since seeing Dr Megan all the tension in my neck and shoulders has fallen away. I went in with sciatica causing incredibly reduced mobility, and over just half way through my treatment plan I already have most of my mobility back and the majority of my pain gone! I cannot recommend Megan and the Heart Chiropractic team enough! Megan is so welcoming and understanding and really knows how to keep your body and mind at ease. Going here for treatment is definitely one of the best decisions that a person can make!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing terrible neck and lower back pain, and tightness between my shoulder blades when I first visited Dr Megan. After ten sessions, I have no pain in my neck and I can fall asleep easily (I wasn't able to sleep before.) I was also experiencing tension headaches which have also gone. My lower back no longer hurts, but it it needs strengthening. Megan was also able to offer me a series of lower back exercises to help with this additional problem. Megan has also supported me with nutrition and offered me practical, useful advice for improving my overall health through nutritional foods. Thank you Megan! You feel more like a friend than a chiropractor- I've really enjoyed our sessions and feel much better for your support.

Fantastic experience: Can't praise Megan at Heart Chiropractic enough; feel extremely lucky to have discovered her. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my shoulder problems weeks before expected, proving also her honesty and integrity. Spotlessly clean and safe environment with the most relaxing of music playing too, you won't want to leave! Not only did she sit me down and explain everything after a thorough history was taken, but gave me literature explaining this too. She also regularly checks if I have any questions for her and nothing is to silly, which is a relief when you know so little about anatomy as I do! It’s worth calling them up if you can't find a suitable online booking for your first visit as I was seen within a couple of days. Dr Megan looked after me so well during my pregnancy and as soon as my son was born he became her newest client. When my mam had her hip replacement surgery and was struggling with her mobility, Dr Megan helped her so much, re-aligning her hips and drastically improving her walking motion. Fantastic experience: Dr Megan Lilburne has really helped transformed my physical and mental wellbeing. I started having regular treatments with Dr M back in September 2019 to address my hip pain, which prevented me from doing long walks. I experienced fast results and was able to start enjoying long walks again without pain in my hips by the end of October 2019. Dr M has also helped me relieve neck and shoulder stiffness and tension, which is where I tend to hold much of my stress. I had never had chiropractic work prior to meeting Dr M, and to be honest, the thought of spinal manipulation can make anyone feel nervous, but Dr M has a natural ability to calm the nerves with her level of experience, knowledge and trust, which helps me relax into every treatment, and I always feel very clear headed after every adjustment so I often make strategic plans afterwards! Dr M is also very knowledgeable in nutrition and has shared great tips that I have implemented into my diet, and I do feel the improvements. Fantastic experience: I been receiving adjustments from Dr Megan at Heart Chiropractic, for 14 weeks. When I first came to see her I had ongoing sciatic nerve pinching in my lower leg, my lumbar spine was very tight and my mobility and posture was off balance. I can happily say now after a reassessment with Dr Megan, I have gained much better range of movement, my lumbar spine is more supple and no longer causing discomfort, and the spasms in my leg have stopped! Fantastic experience: I started seeing Meghan last year in July, at the time I was struggling with energy and exercise with a lot of muscular aches most annoyingly my Achilles. Meghan provided an assessment and identified a number of issues causing me problems. From the very first session I noticed improvement with the pain from my Achilles going very nearly immediately and a reduction in a constant pain that I had giving me a much needed energy boost.
