Fantastic experience: Absolutely Fantastic!!! Both Jeremy & Candice are amazing and have supported myself and my family in all our needs for over a year now. It is really friendly and welcoming, and genuinely puts your needs ahead of selling packages and bundles. Jeremy has supported me in a range of ailments/injuries and I now feel better than ever, and have been able to take up activities that I had previously not been able to complete. Candice has supported my neurodiverse daughter who has scoliosis & hyper-mobility. She is always so kind and accommodating to my daughters needs, while delivering expert care and guidance for both the short term resolution amd long term preventative support.

Negative experience: Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, got there to find Jeremy had decided to take a walk in client just before my hour long pre paid appointment. Expected me to wait but I couldn't. Very unprofessional and im very disappointed. Walked out.

Fantastic experience: Candice treated me during pregnancy when I reached out about my breech baby. She is professional, kind and friendly. I returned with my newborn and was treated postnatally myself too. I’d highly recommend Align and will return if I need any support in the future.

Fantastic experience: I started to see Jeremy for TMJ pain that had been going on for two years. It was so bad I had intense pain everyday and I couldn't eat anything chewy / crunchy. After three treatments and doing the recommended exercises this has resolved completely and i've been pain free for nearly a year!! I am so so grateful, not only is Jeremy really skilled at what he does, he is really friendly, approachable and funny. I started to see Candice when i got pregnant and also really grateful for the kind care and amazing adjustments that sorted out my sciatica and hip pain. Definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I go on a Wed for a medical massage with Shalina and in all honesty she is amazing. I have fibromyalgia and suffer with a very painful shoulder with restricted movement, after a visit to Shalina it feels amazing and have more movement, also very relaxing .

Fantastic experience: Candice has been looking after me ever since I slipped a disc and is the person who literally keeps me on my feet. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and actually listens to what you want done instead of pushing their standard way of doing things, as I have experienced with chiropractors in the past. I've recently started seeing Jeremy too and as well as being a fantastic chiropractor, is one of the funniest men I've met in my life. I couldn't recommend these two more.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous care by both Karen and Mike. They have treated and resolved my muscular and skeletal needs with great professionalism. I suffer with vertigo and the treatment I have received has helped to relieve my symptoms. I battle far less with vertigo now and just have top up "maintenance" chiropractic visits to keep me in great shape. Would highly recommend coming here for all your aches and pains!

Fantastic experience: Align was recommended to me by a friend. I had also met Mike at a networking event and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about his field. I have a long term shoulder injury which caused me almost permanent discomfort so I figured I had nothing to lose. I can 100% going to see Mike At Align was one of the best things I have ever done. Since going regularly to him, my should is a million times better and I have very little discomfort any more. In fact, I barely notice my shoulder which is a good thing! Out of all the physios, osteopaths and doctors I have seen he is the only one to actually give me real relief from the pain. For example, I went to see him yesterday because it was flaring up again and getting tight and painful. A few clicks and some medical acupuncture and today it feels so much looser and more comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Align Chiropractic. If you value your health and that of your back, shoulders and neck, then Align can really help make a very positive difference between painful body parts and a well functioning happy body - I know my back is certainly the better for it!

Fantastic experience: Align were recommended to me after I discovered that I had hip dysplasia following a visit to my doctors due to increasing pain. I have gone from struggling to cope, to forgetting that I even have a hip issue! I now visit once every 6 weeks to manage my symptoms and keep me pain free - this will prolong the health of my hip considerably, and keep me off of the operating table for a new hip for many more years.

Fantastic experience: A big THANK YOU to Dr Mike Cassidy for helping to diagnose and alleviate my lower back pain which I'd suffered from for years. Too much bed rest recovering from an operation aggravated the problem to the point where I needed professional help (don't we all !). X rays illustrated the problems which were clearly and expertly explained. A series of sessions was tailored to suit my needs, and progress diligently noted. Regular exercises are recommended at various stages, so don't be spineless (Ho, ho !) and stint on these, because they do help to strengthen core muscles, complement the treatment, and build confidence and fitness. The cumulative effect was to progressively ease the pain and tension, increase flexibility, mobility and strength so I could cope with activities which I'd taken for granted before - gardening and lengthy computer sessions. He and his team are friendly, approachable, professional and attuned to remedying your problems and getting you as fit as possible. I'd recommend anyone with even seemingly intractable problems to give them a go.

Fantastic experience: I injured my back while moving to a new flat and could hardly move for about a week. For the following year, I had chronic lower back pain that wouldn't go away. I tried massages, stretches, and went to a chiropractor who was recommended by a friend. Nothing I tried seemed to work. Fed up with the constant aches and pains, I got in touch with Candice hoping that she could help me. After just three visits with Candice, my back felt better and the pain went away. I injured my shoulder through a combination of sports not only was Dr Mike able to relieve the pain after a few adjustments he has also worked on improving my posture. After thorough investigation, Dr. Mike identified and proceeded to treating my problems. I quickly started to notice the improvements and now feel strong, pain free and more confident in my own body. Fantastic experience: I have been getting treatments from both Dr Mike and Dr Karen for the last 4 years and it has made a massive difference in my sleep quality and helped solve my problems with posture and sore shoulders/mid back. The adjustments only take 10-15 minutes which means I can come in and get a treatment before I start work or before I head home in the evening. After an adjustment, I sleep extremely well and feel an immediate difference. I get very sore shoulders and mid back issues (from sitting on a computer all the time and being top heavy). When I keep up the maintenance schedule they prescribed, soreness stays away and my mid back has zero pain. I love that they remind me to keep up my stretches at home and both Dr Karen and Dr Mike are encouraging me to move forward with a more active lifestyle. This support and encouragement from proper professionals I find really helps keep me motivated. Bottom line....their methods work.

Negative experience: I visited the Align practice in October 2014 for lower back problems, for which I received approximately 18 treatments with Doctor Cassidy-Hogg together with one x-ray. Subsequently, I have had recent treatments with an osteopath in Hove for these lower back issues, which has proved very successful. I now feel I can give a balanced review about my back treatments at the Align practice (which they had requested twice at the end of my 18 sessions). The treatments I received were totally ineffective, short (approx 5 minutes long) & expensive for that length of these sessions. Also, the osteopath I’m now seeing made an accurate assessment of my problems without the need of an x-ray. For those of you seeking treatment for back problems, from my experience don’t waste your valuable time & money with the Align practice.
