Fantastic experience: After experiencing an unexpected trapped nerve in my shoulder and a lot of discomfort Johnathan got to the root cause quickly. After exercises, stretching and massages he helped to release the nerve in the first session. The second session involved similar stages and really helped with my recovery and allowed me to get back on with daily life. He gave me some work to do after to help with recovery. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Johnathan . Having chronic pain for over 10 years it has been so refreshing to see someone who really listens about what’s important to me (eg exercise etc) and understands, explains what’s going on and most importantly doesn’t just promote one size fits all approach. Although not a cure as such, I feel I have the tools to manage my pain and know I can go back for hands on therapy if it’s needed.

Fantastic experience: Have recently visited Jonathan for neck issue , despite seeing a Gp and physio for several sessions prior to seeing Jonathan- I was getting no better ! I was at the point of unbearable pain and neck stiffness. Jonathan spotted the problem the physio had clearly missed and I was reassured immediately! Jonathan is very good at his job . Friendly and knowledgeable and within just one session I felt relief. I'm very pleased to of found him and will continue to visit to rectify the problem. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Jonathan treated a pulled muscle in my lower back. As well as hands-on treatment he gave great advice (very reassuring when you're not sure what to do) and an exercise plan which worked a treat. And is a really nice guy to boot.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 major operations on my feet this year and spent alot of time unable to walk. My right knee, lower back and right shoulder were all in great pain. Johnathan’s expert treatment, advice and exercise programme are having such a positive impact on my health and well-being. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during the appointment and within the one session had erased my stiff neck and greatly eased my back pain, it is also continuing to improve with the daily exercises he has instructed me to do. Fantastic experience: I have a complex condition (EDS) that results in both short term injury and chronic pain/fatigue. Having moved to Brighton only recently, I was so lucky to have found Jonathan! After an ankle injury, he took time to hear all my symptoms, worked on the injury and surrounding areas of concern. Inflammation and swelling went down almost immediately, and movement has improved. I’ll be returning regularly for general maintenance and can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Jonathan was an amazing Osteo for me as a runner with adductor injuries. He quickly diagnosed and came up with a treatment plan that didn’t involve lots of manipulation or too much rest. I could stay active and build back strength. I feel like I’ve not only recovered from injury but got stronger. And he’s super nice to boot! Recommend him for any runner, triathlete etc

Fantastic experience: I have a long term neck injury which has slowly deteriorated over a number of years. My NHS consultant had advised that there was no cure for the injury but recommended physiotherapy to alleviate the pain and discomfort. This did not work leaving me with the option to put up with my situation. Since then I have had 3 or 4 sessions with Jonathan and whilst there is still no cure, he has brough the pain and discomfort under control and radically improved my lifestyle. Jonathan is extremely professional and takes the time to understand your issue. His knowledge and experience enabled him to get to the root cause of my problem and recommend an action plan which we both agreed. The result is that I can get on with life and focus on what matters most to me. Should I need further support I know exactly where to go now and can recommend Jonathan for anyone in a similar situation to mine.

Fantastic experience: I have had 6 sessions with Jonathon to treat my problem of very painful sciatica. It has been so successful. Jonathon has been first class in his understanding of my condition and how to treat it. His holistic approach to oesteopathy is very professional and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I have seen Jonathon over the last 4 years whenever I have had back or shoulder problems. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and more importantly, finds the problem straight away and i am always amazed at how quickly the pain dissipates. He always explains what is happening in the body to cause the pain and what home care I can do to help. I also need to add that it was Jonathon who diagnosed my daughter’s hip problem and got her referred. It turned out she actually needed a hip replacement!

Fantastic experience: Had a seized up neck, for the second time, so figured it was best to see someone. So glad I went here, lovely relaxed environment where we discussed all things that could have affected my neck and the exercises he gave me saw massive improvements in between sessions. Even though my neck is better I'm probably going to go back for massages from time to time.
