Fantastic experience: I have had osteopathy treatment for many years on and off due to chronic skeletal issues. At the moment i have been visiting Brighton for a few months. I was very impressed with the outcome of my sessions. I found the Osteopath very professional and her treatment most effective.

Fantastic experience: Would 10/10 recommend! I can hear for hip and back pain and saw Matt. Matt is an absolute delight of a human, so knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely very caring. I’ll be back in the future if I have any aches or pains!

Fantastic experience: Matt did a great job over a couple of weeks to figure out where the tension and issues were. The physio plan that was followed and in clinic sessions made a massive difference. Matt was friendly and had a good bedside manner making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the sessions where I probably talked his ear off. The source of the problem was in the neck versus the shoulder itself and he relieved a lot of tension. Thanks again Matt.

Fantastic experience: I first had sessions with Matt a couple of years ago to treat a shoulder injury and more recently I returned with a knee injury. Who knew osteopaths can do magic with knees too! Matt has been brilliant taking the time to understand the issue but also what was realistic in terms of rehab exercises and setting achievable targets. Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend Matt. It was my first osteopath experience and I was a bit sceptical, but Matt made me feel at ease and listened to. After three treatments the pain - which I had been struggling with for 6 months - disappeared. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Seven dials Osteopathy clinic for nearly 5 years, with Harriet Lennon, for various work-related (online work) and 'getting old' niggles. Harriet is both extremely professional and friendly, not an easy balance to achieve. The clinic is scrupulously clean and pleasant; taking into account clients needs. I have always felt in very safe and experienced hands with the treatment Harriet has carried out, she makes one feel at ease and relaxed. If you are at all hesitant about osteopathy it does take in the broader picture of your health and I am much more aware of what is going on in my body, in addition to Harriet's helpful rehabilitation exercises. I have really valued her treatments, and walk out 'floating on air'..

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Matt for a few years now and cannot recommend him enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt really listens to you and always performs a full exam to assess the health of my body or any pain I may have. He’s very caring and gentle, and always gives valuable advice to help with recovery and prevention too. Matt has treated me for back pain, knee injury, ligaments and joints pain. Even if I don’t have any pain/injury, I make sure to see him at least once a year for prevention (I always say a ‘MOT’ for the body to re-align everything!) so Matt helps me maintain a good function of my body (as it’s vital as a yoga teacher). Fantastic experience: I came to Matt with a problem originating from a ruptured Bakers cyst that had started almost a year ago that was preventing me from being able to run and even when not working out, being in some degree of discomfort performing daily activities Matt took time to listen to my concerns and explain clearly to me what the issues were. I was not sure what to expect but treatment was both gentle and highly effective. Matt also gave me some homework exercises which really helped my recovery too. After just 3 sessions I was able to start running again (slowly for now) and although I’m still doing my ‘homework exercises’ I am making progress which is great. I really have appreciated the support from Matt both during appointments as well as emails between our sessions. Matt is an incredibly kind and sympathetic osteopath who treated me with respect and close attention on every visit. His approach to dealing with my condition has produced steady progressive results. I would absolutely recommend Matt and whilst I’m not intending to injure myself again, very glad I know who I can trust with any future treatment.

Negative experience: I went the 17th August to have a session with Harriet thinking to solve my problem on my left side of the neck which was painful for a long time. Went there a few minutes late and Harriet seems like to rush things. We carried on doing some massage on my neck and left shoulder. Then she pulled my right arm and “tried “ to make my back “crack” without a major success. A few days later I’m waking up with an excruciating pain on my right side on the right shoulder blade and ribs along also my right breast. I went to the doctor, that said that my muscle is being pulled. I cancelled my 21st August appointment,writing an email and explaining why. I received a response only the 27th from Harriet saying “ I hope the pain decreased and that she was going to look into the matter and come back to me. I didn’t hear anything else since. An absolute horrible experience, I will never go back. Also I still in pain despite the pain relief I’m taking.( ibuprofen and paracetamol). I went to this place in base of the reviews but, definitely I was wrong. Truly a negative experience.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to find somewhere open at the weekend and to find Matt Brabner. I had 3 treatments with him which helped my back pain enormously and I haven't had any recurring problems since the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have seen countless physios and osteopaths etc over the past 20 years in an attempt to manage back pain, with minimal success. However, after recently seeing Matt he has not only succesfully managed my pain with treatment, he has written to my doctor, ordered blood tests and I am now due to see a rheumatologist for a likely diagnosis which could be life changing. The service I have received from Matt is completely incomparable to any other osteopath I have seen and I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Cannot praise my treatment highly enough .I have struggled for over a year with pains down my left leg .coming from my back and hips.I struggled to walk far, stand for long and sleep well with the pain. I followed Physiotherapists advice but no progress was being made . .However, since I visited Matt I can now walk for a very long time with no pain or resting .I am extremely happy and feeling normal again after such a long time of hobbling . Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few places for osteopathy to correct back problems. Sometimes you want low lighting and pan pipe music and incense; sometimes you might want your chakras aligned, acupuncture or homeopathy. I want people who know about how backs work, what might be wrong with mine, and how to take care of it so it gets better. Seven Dials, Rick and Harriet who I saw, were a confident, professional, friendly, attentive and safe set of hands. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely return in future.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I was diagnosed as having a trapped nerve in my shoulder at my local medical centre. I was advised to seek osteopathic help if the problem persisted. A month later the shoulder was still painful so I contacted the Seven Dials Osteopathy Clinic. After two sessions with Harriet Lennon and some very effective home exercises the pain had disappeared. I would certainly recommend Harriet and the Clinic for those suffering similar pain.

Fantastic experience: I saw Harriet with severe shoulder pain, and within a few sessions Harriet was able to bring the pain back down to a bearable level. Each session with Harriet brings a new level of improvement, not only with the pain, but also my overall mobility and range of movement. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. I felt very much at ease and able to trust, which hasn’t always been my experience with other osteopaths. Fantastic experience: I have suffered off and on with back pain following a bad fall five years ago. Then, on New Year's Day, my back suddenly went into spasm and I could barely move for some time. I was in real pain and every movement was agony. Luckily I found Harriet at SDOC. During the first session she spent time assessing the problem, gave treatment to ease the pain, and prepared an exercise plan for me to follow at home. Three further sessions have really helped and I am pain free with a good range of movement. During all my treatment sessions, Harriet took great care to ensure that nothing strained me or caused pain. Fantastic experience: After 4 months of breastfeeding difficulties with my baby, (who also had a slow weight gain probably due to her poor latch) I finally received a good recommendation about osteopathy for babies/children and I couldn't have done a better choice trying it! After the first treatment I saw already a few improvements and now that we did three of them I can say my little one is feeding exactly how she should during every feed and with no stress/pain or discomfort for both of us, I won't write down all the details about the treatments and the issues that I had with feeding and sleeping as if it would be too long but definitely osteopathy was a game changer and I wish I'd find it before for my first daughter as well! Fantastic experience: I had a poor experience of osteopathy elsewhere but now realise I had accessed the wrong type for my needs. Matt has been brilliant - very holistic in his approach and taking into account my all round health. I have also received some great advice for stretches and life adjustments that have really reduced my general pain and discomfort level. Seven Dials are great value for money and will make sure you are not spending more than you need to.

Fantastic experience: I see Briar Harvie Osteopath at Seven Dials and aI m so grateful to her for gently and calmly untangling years of tension and pain in my neck and shoulders and sacroilliac. I went from having daily tension headaches and awful bouts of lower back pain to the point of not being able to put my own socks on to now being much more aware of my own body and how to keep myself pain and injury free. Briar always goes above and beyond her remit and is very generous with her attention and energy.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go to anyone else! I have used this clinic for myself and for my teenage son. In addition to the practitioners obvious knowledge and experience, I have found that they really explore the problem and its causes so that you come away with an understanding of how to help yourself. Frith was particularly patient and empathetic with my son and made what could have been quite awkward sessions for a 14 year old very comfortable.
