Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Native Chiropractic for all things related to back health and general wellbeing. Colm and the team are so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me regarding treatment. What I liked best was the Physical Examination and EMG scan you receive at the beginning of the process. Harpa (who treated me and was excellent throughout) ran me though this which asseess your general and spinal health and gives you a visual summary of what's going on. You then get the same examination at the end of your treatment plan to show the progress you've made and what areas you need to work on. The course of adjustments has helped my posture and lower back ache no end. I feel much more flexible and full of energy! I now visit every other week as part of a maintenance plan. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr Reece and the team at Native are great. I went in with knee and nerve pain, Reece is v v knowledgeable and figured out the root cause first visit. I had been dealing with my symptoms for years and thought it was irreparable damage tried physio and massage etc to no avail, but am amazed at how fast the recovery has been since starting adjustments with Reece. The clinic is spotless, always running on time and staff are v v friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Chiropractics can struggle but I believe this one hasn't (& chiro scot is good too). I've found NHS back care and exercise class videos on u tube (check with professional for suitability) :D. Anything goes but as long as we have a superstar (Reece who is quite a find and so is Brighton but not necessarily together) it's all fine. I highly recommend chiropractics, friendly and professional (but beware of businesses in general, after all health care is a failure overall). *I have been ill for 4 years, my lesion needs removed already which is beyond physios and the chiros .* There is nothing better than people/person who care.

Fantastic experience: I had been thinking of visiting a chiropractor for a long time but was full of fear; firstly that the adjustments would hurt and more importantly that it might add further pain or complications to what I already had. I have always suffered with back pain, but I had recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the spine and the pain was unbearable. I therefore decided it was time! Reece and Collum were extremely hospitable and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. After a half hour consultation with Reece and going through my history thoroughly, we made a plan. I was excited but nervous. After my first adjustment I left feeling hopeful. Over the last three months I have noticed a vast improvement in my posture, general health and self confidence. My digestion is better. I can sleep better. I can walk for more than 20 minutes without being in pain and have more energy. I feel amazing. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Native Chiropractic in Southwick. I first went to see Reece with a mix of severe neck and shoulder tension, headaches, a forward head tilt, and bulging discs. Reece took the time to thoroughly review my private scans, explaining exactly what was going on with my discs in a way that made sense. I was chocked to learn how my spine was and why I felt unwell. Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right hip in 2024 and since then I was looking for ways to ease up the pain in my lower back, hip and down on my right leg. This way, I found the Native Chiropractic in Southwick Square and as I live very close, one day I popped in and met one of the friendliest team. Initially, I booked 12 sessions with Reece and then 12 more. Every time Colm welcomes you with a smile on his face and Reece will take care of the business as soon as possible, most of the times without waiting any minute. Now, I am at the end of my 24 sessions in total and seriously thinking about booking more. Did Reece heal me? Of course not, as I am booked for a hip replacement but every time when I left , after a session with them I felt better, every time we had a chat about little things as ,,making cheese “ or biltong or anything else. What I notice is I can turn my head more then before and my neck is not so stiff now. Anyway, I consider Native Chiropractic an asset for Southwick, run by an amazing team.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place to have chiropractor treatments, once I stepped in the reception area, I felt such a warm welcome from both Reece and Colm, my 3 and half years old son was there too, they didn’t mind me bring him along, and always have a good chat to us both. Tuesday morning this week, getting out of bed I had pain in left side of back and extremely stiff through my back and I seemed to be walking lopsided . Fantastic experience: Im so happy this new chiropractic practise is in the area. As soon as I walked into Native Chiropractic I knew I was in the right place. I was a little nervous to start care because I have had a disc herniation in my low back this year and wasn’t sure if it could be helped. Reece immediately made me feel at ease and with the thorough history and examination he got everything he needed to start the plan. What a great decision! Not only is my low back pain reduced, I have more energy, my digestion is improved and generally just feel much more happy.
