Fantastic experience: I've been suffering from pain caused by plantar fasciitis, heel spur and osteoarthritis for almost 2 years. Went for a second opinion and to see if I can receive shockwave therapy treatment, as exercises weren't helping and I cannot take painkillers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they're taking the best care of you possible, making you feel at ease. Alex is doing his best to help me, looking for the most beneficial treatment for me. I finally feel, like I actually might get better. I had some hands-on treatment and 3 rounds of shockwave therapy and I'm starting to see the benefits. It's so great to come across professionals who actually care. Fantastic experience: My first time visiting an Osteopath and I was really nervous, Michael made me feel very much at ease. Michael explained everything that he was going to do and as he was doing it which was great, then at the end gave me a full walk through of possible causes and recommended treatment plan. After serveral sessions my five weeks of constant high pain down my right leg has eased off allowing me to sleep better. Fantastic experience: I have received IDD treatment over thirty sessions so far, having been diagnosed via an MRI scan with stenosis, a bulging disc and o-a. Whilst I accept that the stenosis present in my spine will never be completely cured, there is no question that the nervepain from which I was suffering has been very significantly relieved. I am also considerably more mobile. I am profoundly grateful. In conversation with several other patients in the waiting-room I have yet to meet one who has not experienced improvement after treatment with Cram Osteopaths. I feel very strongly that I have been treated with candour and integrity and that I have not been exploited in any way. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Cram Osteopath and first experience with Osteopathy. I had known of Cram Osteopath for decades, their reputation in Glasgow has always been excellent so I was confident to book a treatment for my very painfull neck. I saw Joanna who was very welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed. Joanne took a comprehensive history of my general health and of my presenting issues with my neck. Joanne was very informative about what she thought may be going on with my neck based on what information I had given her then advised me on treatment plans that may be suitable for me but didn't rush into anything. Joanna was positive that they could help me which i was reasuured with. I then had some hands on treatment from Joanna, which was gentle but I did feel like there was actual active treatment happening, it did feel good. After my first treatment, my neck did feel a lot more free in movement after my first treatment than it had been. I was then given some simple exercises to do but not overwhelmed by a whole bunch of exercises that probably not everyone manages to do. I am looking forward to going back for more treatment and I would recommend Cram Osteopath to anyone that is considering visiting an Osteopath or has neck or back pain and don't know where to go or what to do, i now feel i am in expert hands.

Thorough Wholistic assessment completed by practical recommendations about what to do and not to do and evidence-based choice of treatment. Fantastic experience: Joanna has been life changing for me. I've had mild scoliosis since childhood and I am a very active person. My back pain has always prevented me from being able to fully enjoy my hobbies fully (handbalancing, acrobatics) and gave me problems at work (used to be a desk job and now I'm on my feet doing an active job all day). Fantastic experience: When I arrived at Cram Osteopaths I was literally broken. A fall had left me unable to walk properly due to horrendous foot and ankle pain, back pain and other issues. Over about 6-8 weeks Michelle worked with me and slowly loosened up each bit of my body. I could walk again within a couple of sessions and my back no longer locks every time I move! Great service and of course it isn't ever cheap to do these things - but you can't put a price in being and feeling well and able. Thank you.
