I had been suffering for three months with really severe sciatica, meaning that I was unable to sleep, sit for more than a few minutes, etc. One week after my treatment from Christian, my sciatica had completely gone! Fantastic experience: Had an initial consultation with Christian who took into consideration all my medical history and current pain management. He took the time to ask relevant questions and listen to what I had to say rather that the usual visit to GPs and being sent off with another prescription. He came up with a treatment plan to work on my L4/L5 disc area and a simple exercise plan that I can follow at home. Definitely recommend if you have lingering back/disc pain or issues.

Fantastic experience: My first ever visit to an Osteopath, couldn't fault them. Very professional, listened to me and helped me to make a plan for my treatment. While carrying out my treatment, I was reassured and asked if I was ok? I was told exactly what was about to happen. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Recently I have had a soft tissue injury in my lower back that was very painful for over 6 weeks. The pain was very intense and it was restricting my movements. For my first appointment I went to Glasgow to be seen by Will and then I booked a second appointment with Simeon as it is closer to my home address. Both appointments made a huge difference straight away after the correct adjustments were made by both Osteopaths. Before the first appointment I couldn’t even bend or stand up straight comfortably. By the end of the first appointment with Will I could basically touch my toes with little pain in my back. During the following week I felt a huge difference in my back in terms of pain reduction and greater movement/mobility all round. I then seen Simeon for my second appointment. By the end of this appointment I had great overall movement in my lower back with little to no pain at all. The only pain was because it was a soft muscle injury and it needed time to heal. A week after my last appointment, I am able to exercise again with great mobility in my full body. With only 2 appointments my back has recovered from the injury and I now feel great again. My family also use these services as they have had issues with injuries and pain. There issue were also resolved. They also agree that the treatment provided is to a very high standard. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Will who has solved an ongoing (6-year-old) hand problem.  I've had countless treatments elsewhere, in that time. One hand was regularly colder than the other.  The condition was more pronounced in Winter, when it became a nuisance. Combining Will's excellent treatments with the advised exercises, the temperature difference has gradually equalised over the last fortnight, and the problem has now resolved. Amazing! Fantastic experience: I visited The Osteopaths because I suffered from a tennis elbow and had prior excellent experience with their aid in respect of back and neck pain. As always, the team were very friendly and knowledgeable. They achieved a significant improvement during my visit, removing the pain in my elbow. In addition they provided exercises to aid further improvement, as well as tips to strengthen muscles and increase range of movement in arm, elbow, and shoulder. I would highly recommend The Osteopaths to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Recently had a new left hip operation and was still feeling some pain going down my left quad. Joe pointed out my supporting hip flexors, abductors, quads, and hamstrings were weak after continued non use. The exercise program I was given has started to strengthen these muscles helping me to walk and climb stairs easier, would recommend this physio to anyone.

He is nothing less than incredible at what he does, I enter in pain and leave with much less pain, after 2 sessions I am pain free and not a pain killer in site, all his hard work and training that he has done is nothing short of remarkable. I can't recommend this man enough if you have back problems or any sort of pain that your GP cannot resolve, then get yourself down to his office in Dalry or Linwood .. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with shoulder issues since 2016 when I injured my shoulder at work. I saw NHS physios a shoulder specialist and physios through work. Nobody could give me a confirmed diagnosis. I injured my shoulder again, more recently playing rugby and after some time trying to ignore it and hope it would heal on its own, I caved. A friend recommended Joe Kvedas to me and so, I booked in at The Osteopaths and I’m glad I did. We finally figured out the problem and now I’m pain free and have the tools to continue my rehabilitation and get back to playing rugby. Fantastic experience: I have been attending The Osteopaths Clinic in Erskine for the past two months for treatment for a frozen shoulder. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received. The initial consultation was carried out by Will. It was very thorough and identified the source of my pain. My Physio Erinn has managed to improve my condition significantly with a combination of massage and dedicated exercises (which were helpfully emailed to me for practice at home). I feel my mobility and strength is almost back to normal enabling me to carry out day to day tasks more easily. This is a wonderful result for me in just 2 months. Thank you! The receptionist (Donna) is very nice and puts you at ease before your appointment. Christian the osteopath asks many questions to get the correct treatment plan with exercises to suit your pain, along with acupuncture and laser treatment which all helps. Christian sends excercises through an app and is always available for any questions I may have.

I have not had any discomfort since and was able to go on AL which included two flights in and out of Europe, train travel, in and out of several, taxis, miles of walking and sleeping on a too hard mattress and not once did my back flinch! Fantastic experience: After some damage to my knee I visited the practice in Erskine Bridgwater center. My appointment was with Cristian (Osteopath) I explained my problem and Cristian was able to pin point the issue. I have a meniscus tear, which needs to be seen to. He explained that I needed an MRI/X-Ray to determine how bad it was, and informed me that he would write a letter to my doctor for a referral. I also had a follow up appointment with Errin Foley of the same practice for a physio session. Again it was explained that I need a referral. Excellent service and nice people to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Erinn now for around 8 weeks with achilles/calf problem which has had a massive impact on my running. I have enjoyed running for years but the pain was getting too much and I was worried about any long term damage or even a tear. Erinn listened to all my symptoms and got straight to work. She is very thorough and knows exactly what she is talking about. She has given me an exercise program with some exercises that I would never have imagined doing as I had lost all confidence in that area. Now 8 weeks later I am back running and continuing following her exercise plan. Never thought I could be back running so quickly and to have confidence again in the affected area. Would highly recommend Erinn and know if I have any problems in the future I will be straight back to her.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Billie Eilish concert with my teenage girls and did far too much jumping for my years. I walked in to the clinic and was immediately accommodated, not because it was quiet, but because they made it work. The reception was gentle, and managed my appointment meticulously. Christian was thorough and gave me a complete medical history, injury history and treatment, even though he knew I was only in town for the day. He gave me acupuncture and manipulation, it was precise and superb. He followed up the same day with recommendation for exercise.
