Fantastic experience: Just left a sports massage with Eszter, and just like every appointment I am more than satisfied. I originally started with Rebecca for a rotator cuff issue which she sorted out with no problems. Eszter Is now looking after me for a hip flexor problem, her attention to detail has accelerated my healing process so far.

Negative experience: Massage was good . Unfortunately, physio advised I do not get an MRI scan , as it would show more issues, which meant I couldn't identify my physical issues. Strange comment to say to someone seeking clarity to resolve physical health. I think she was looking to keep clients on long term. Wouldn't recommend

She gave me exercises to do and did dry needling and a wee massage and it was like magic, she healed me! Had a 2nd assessment & treatment as well as a massage with Eszter and I feel brand new. Fantastic experience: I’ve had regular sports massages from Eszter for some months now after she was recommended by a friend. Very professional, gets quickly to the tense areas, uses just the right amount of pressure and has great knowledge of the body. Eszter also suggested exercises for me to do, which have been very beneficial to aid healing. Can highly recommend her for sports injuries as well as regular fine-tuning to optimise sports performance and maintain general wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Booked appointment at active health and was dealt with by Rebecca . Have been a good few times now . I initially went due to severe sore neck caused by whiplash due to going over a speed bump . I was in agony to begin with but by working with Rebecca the pain is vcompleteky gone and she gave me exercises to do Aldo in between appointments . Rebecca Is very pleasant and fantastic at physio , massages and an acupuncture. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I initially started going to Active Health Clinic for sports massage to complement my weight training, and ended up using them for injury diagnosis, rehab and recovery as well. I’d had an ongoing shoulder issue for years, and what really stood out was how thorough the assessment was and how clearly everything was explained. The rehab exercises actually made sense and felt tailored to what I was doing in the gym, rather than generic advice. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and I never felt rushed. The shoulder issue is still an ongoing process, but it’s noticeably better than it was, which after years of problems says a lot. I go back regularly for sports massage and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for that or proper, well-thought-out treatment rather than a quick fix.

Fantastic experience: I attended Grace with left hip pain as I was using a walking stick to get about. After my first treatment, I felt much better and freer in my hip movement. I had my second treatment session today (23/12) and no longer need a stick. The change in only a week for me is huge and I hope to get back playing sports (gently) again. Fantastic experience: Top tier service from the physio Chris. Helped me diagnose my knee issues then we sorted out a plan to get it back to normal and stronger than before.

Fantastic experience: Limped in to the clinic in September to see if they could help me. I had chronic back pain and would have been happy with any level of improvement. After my assessment and a massage and acupuncture session Rebecca gave me a series of exercises to strengthen the core muscles supporting my lower back. I decided to go for it and although it was difficult to start with, once I had gone through the initial pain barriers and a few more clinic visits I started to gradually feel the benefits. December now and I’m almost pain free and signed up for the gym - not bad for a 74 year old! Thank you Rebecca, gave me my freedom back.

After a few sessions with my physiotherapist, I can confidently say that my experience has been exceptional. The use of cupping therapy and heat treatment with a lamp made a significant difference in my recovery. I noticed a remarkable improvement in my condition after just a few visits. I no longer feel any pain or discomfort, and I am extremely grateful for the care and expertise provided. I believe that Paulina is highly recommendable. Fantastic experience: I've had a few sports massages from Active Health and always had a good experience. It's sometimes a little chilly in the venue but otherwise it's clean and tidy and staff are always so friendly. Adam in particular is a great masseuse for a sports massage and I've recommended him to a few friends of mine. If you're on their mailing list and you're able to book in last minute, they regularly run flash discounts which is an added bonus!

My gym owner recommended Active health after attending herself. Booking online is so easy and from the minute I walked in until the minute I left Andrea was brilliant. She spoke to me about my pain and how it had happened etc then got down to work. Obviously the treatments sore initially because of all the damaged tissue however it was worth it because I left feeling the best I had had in months slightly tendered but after icing the area I was pain free and by the next day back to my best. Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Andrea highly enough! I came to her with unbearable pain in my arms, due to strain over a long time. Not only has her treatments helped me become pain-free, she has helped me with several tools and exercises, and to gain a much deeper understanding off how I can avoid my arms ever getting that bad again. Fantastic experience: Had a consultation with Andy and it was very relaxed and informative: off the back of this, I decided to start psyio with Andy. I have a complex knee issue and I cannot find any useful programs online on how to recover from this injury. Infact I can’t really find any information on it at all and had kind of given up hope. Andy has a wealth of knowledge and is the only person I’ve genuinely found online than knows anything about grade 4 chondromalacia tears and has given me a plan to follow which is already improving the stability of the knee. I’m walking up stairs pain free again for the first time in months so I’m excited to see what progress I can make, and if I can actually return to sport after this concludes. Andy has Renewed my hope in getting back to being actively fit again.

Positive experience: Rebecca was great, very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and treatment plan. The exercises she proposed were spot on and I can feel my knee muscles being pushed to complete them. The area received a massage and acupuncture , so that was an added bonus and I could immediately feel some of the pain ease. The only thing is that I hadn't expected to have to sign up for a follow up session on the spot, although I can see the sense in it..

The physio has helped a lot, with Rebecca giving me programmes and exercises to follow to build up strength, as well as doing dry needling to help with the pain. Fantastic experience: I attended for a 30minute sports massage with Adam Connor (Practitioner). Unfortunately, I was about 10minutes late due to traffic but Adam was very accommodating and moved my appointment to later so I could make use of the full allocated 30mins. This was a very kind gesture and sums up Adam's great nature. The massage was fantastic and Adam targeted the areas we spoke about it I am looking forward to the next one in 4weeks time. I would recommend Adam whole heartedly as he is great at his job, a credit to Active Health Team and a very down to Earth person. Thanks again Adam.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 1 hour deep tissue massage with Eszter - cannot recommend more - she is very knowledgable and has a gentle but firm touch. My legs and glutes were extremely tight due to S shaped scoliosis and Eszter helped me a lot easing up the tightness! Will be back!

Fantastic experience: I started the treatment with a massive issue with the muscles in my neck and back. After 3 appointments I am feeling soo much better and closer to 100% have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the treatment and time Rebecca has given me.

Fantastic experience: Had my third massage with Nikita trying to work her magic on my dodgy right hamstring. Now had a 60mins and two 40mins sessions with Nikita. Similar massage pressure to Eszter (who is great too) - very deep tissue and spot on, easily finding those knots that are buried deep. Checked in with me every time to make sure I was comfortable. Hamstring starting to slowly loosen off but still a way to go. Would be very happy to book in with Nikita again to continue treatment. Nikita also suggested dry needling or acupuncture might help - neither of which she's currently able to do - so I know she's looking for best route to 'fix' rather than just suggesting more massages with her.

Fantastic experience: Got a massage from Rebecca and it was 10/10 best massage I have ever had. I had been suffering from really bad tension due to stress in my neck and shoulders, I had been to other places but the relief only lasted a couple of of hours however, with Rebecca, the tension was gone after one session and hasn’t returned!! I now go monthly to Rebecca for preventative massages, I can’t recommend her high enough!

Fantastic experience: Great service at Active Health Clinic. Booked a 40 min deep tissue massage with Daniel. He asked about any pain or health conditions and identified that shoulders, neck and arms were the issue. He gave pointers on stretches to help combat repetitive strain pains, and after the massage I felt much less tense in shoulders and neck. Carrying kit bag at work felt a lot easier. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Cant thank Rebecca enough she worked absolute wonders on my shoulder I have calcification in my shoulder and not being able to freely move it was a nightmare now im able to stretch straight extend my arm out without any pain just need to build the muscle back
