He was able to identify what was wrong in the first session and sent me away with exercises to work on. The other night was the first night in years I’ve been able to exercise intensely with no pain during or after. Highly recommend, he’s also very accommodating and polite.

The service you receive for physio is to a high standard and for me personally it has been really beneficial as I am seeing a great improvement with my shins since starting.

Fantastic experience: Having had sessions with Pat and Liam, they are both been great in helping with my aches and pains, providing expert physio advice on top of thorough sports massage treatments. Pat got the bottom to help resolve a long term niggling injury between Jul-Sep 2023 that I was unable to rehab myself in Nov 24 Liam helped diagnose and recommend exercises for other small injuries had at the time.

Fantastic experience: Had a sports massage carried out by Chris. He was very friendly and he asked about any issues I have in order to concentrate on that area. He was informative throughout the session and explained what techniques he was carrying out and more importantly, why. My shoulders and neck area felt fantastic after the session and I gained better movement in this problematic area. The Physio Company is my go to when I have any niggles or injuries. Recommend trying them.

Fantastic experience: Had tenosynovitis in left hand, which progressed to affect my right hand as well, preventing me from doing my work. Visited Physio Company for assessment and rehab. Pat was very professional, came up with rehab plan of exercises for me to do at home and recommended shockwave therapy which really helped with pain and mobility. After 4 visits my hands are much improved, I am back on full time work and managing well. I am very grateful to Pat and the team at Physio Company and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Was told about Pat who is an excellent physio. I had muscle pain on my leg from the gym and he gave me stretch exercises to do and within 1 day it is getting better. Obviously I will need 3 or 4 more sessions, but with the physio help I can get back to a normal life.

Fantastic experience: Caoimhe has been incredible for sorting my postpartum neck and shoulder pain. She diagnosed the problem with my tendon after a thorough examination and the combination of massage and dry needling has worked better than anything else I’ve tried to get me up and running again. Would highly recommend Caoimhe and/or dry needling to anyone with muscular or tendon issues!

A day later as was told by the physio every things be back to normal (so very true), Like opportunity to go back again. Thank you for helping sort the pain.:) I managed just get a appointment in Pats very busy appointment time table. I had to visit Pat again yesterday due to my right shoulder in such pain. Was keeping up some nights due to pain. Pat once again did great job in fixing it with some home excises to follow. I must say my shoulder already felt great after his treatment that I managed to sleep. Today the pain is almost gone and the flexibility is incredible. Thank you Pat. Fantastic experience: I booked in to see Pat after being recommended by multiple people for the services. I had a badly torn hamstring that ended my season and made me think there was going to be a long recovery ahead but Pat accessed it and managed my expectations well. Everything was explained, the area was well worked over, rehab exercises were supplied, and I was able to try out the new Shockwave Therapy which was something to get used to but the results were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Had a few sessions with Pat for costochondritis symptoms over the past few months. He had great chat, made me feel at ease and ran me through treatment options that have helped me still train while recovering. A few months on and almost all of my symptoms have gone and I’m on my way to being 100% again. A bargain for the service they provide and they only gave me the sessions I needed and didn’t try to get me in for unnecessary appointments. Very person driven and would highly recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy!

Fantastic experience: This was my first ever physio appointment. It could not have went better. I am suffering from a shoulder injury. The physio was quickly able to identify the exact damage and the expected recovery journey. Both were explained to myself at a level I could understand. The physio gave my shoulder a massage which gave me immediate pain relief. I have been given exercises to do daily at home. These are already helping ease the pain and allowing me to get back to a wider range of movement. I was given specific guidance from the physio about the exercises/levels/drills I am able to participate in at sport trainings/gym without causing further injury to my shoulder. The physio session has given confidence to get back into a routine of exercise without the worry of further injury being caused. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have had a few physio and acupuncture sessions from Caoimhe over the past few months for muscle tightness and minor sports injuries. She has been excellent each time and all of our issues have shown significant progress or have been completed resolved. Having had some pretty poor sports massages over the last few decades, I can honestly say this service is amongst the best. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I visited Pat to try and deal with some intense lower back (sciatic like) pain. Before visiting, i struggled to walk any distance, sleeping was an issue and even driving was incredibly painful. To avoid increasing the pain, Pat gradually increased the intensity of the therapy, i did immediately feel some relief and within 2-3 sessions my pain was 90% gone. After some follow up appointments involving some dry needling, my back now feels better than it ever has. I cannot recommend Pat and The Physio Company highly enough, he's friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to visit again in future if required. Thanks again Pat !

Fantastic experience: I had developed pain after running the London marathon in April 2024. Since I have already planned a journey to Scotland, I looked up for a physio in Glasgow and found this Physio Company. I was attended by Pat. He was trully an expert. He carefully examined the pain in detail and accurately found the source of the problem. After just one session of therapy and dry needling, the pain has subside at least 80%~90% immediately. The rest of the pain were gradually dissapearing the next day. I highly recommend Pat at the Physio company for all sport related injuries and pain. I wish him all the very best for his future endeavour.

Fantastic experience: Went in about a year ago with a rotator cuff issue, booked in through a voucher as was a skint student at the time, my shoulders were expertly checked and relieved at the time and I was also given some great exercises to improve strength in them, sadly couldn’t afford extra check ins at the time but rotator cuffs no longer have pain when exercising showing that the knowledge given to me here worked like a charm

Fantastic experience: I first attended the clinic in October following some issues with my hamstring following training for a half marathon. I am pleased to say that I am now almost fully recovered thanks to Pat's patience and expertise. He is very friendly and approachable too, which made the experience stress free and pleasant.
