Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with a hip injury for a number of months but I'm happy to say that after a few sessions and a variety of different treatments to injury seems to have gone away and I have a plan of action to prevent the injury from reoccurring :)

Positive experience: Priya is a lovely person, very happy in her work and put me at ease straight away. She knows what she is doing and did a great job alleviating the pain and giving me exercises to get the movement back in my hand and arm which had been damaged in an accident. No problems with the company overall, making the initial appointment was easy and reminders were sent out weekly.

I had a total of six sessions and after these sessions my knee pain had gone enough for me to go back to work. Fantastic experience: I initially was referred to Sano through my OH at work due to long standing back pain resulting from Scoliosis. Dhruvil was welcoming from the very start. He was transparent and gave clear answers to my questions and made sure I understood all exercises before leaving. I unfortunately sustained an injury on my shoulder which made progress much slower for me. However, Dhruvil provided additional support and advice to help my shoulder and adjusted the exercises for my back to accommodate. Highly recommend them. Very professional.

From being practically crippled by my knee I'm now jogging upstairs and active day to day without issue. Great care and support. Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: Priya as Sano Physiotherapy was truly excellent at treaing my stiff ankle joints. A course of 6 visits has been transofromative for my comfort adn mobility. Priya was consistently polite, enaged, engaging, kind and competent. She explained clearly what was happenign at each stage and how it was being resolved, giving clear advice and guiaance on excercise and ongoing care. A really great service, with added flexibility on appointment times and locations, wioth bases across the local area.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, I’ve always been a bit sceptical of physiotherapy, but I came to Sano because I Was in a lot of pain and had limited mobility. Dhruvil at sano has got me pain free and moving again, I can’t believe the difference from when I came in to where I am now.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sano after a back spasm that caused my lower back to lock and cease preventing me from being able to work or exercise. Priya was brilliant from the first assessment of my issues and right through my treatment, she had a great knowledge and understanding of my issues and was also able to put that across in a simple enough way for me to understand. I am now fully healed and have 0 issues meaning I can do everything that I would normally do pain free. I would highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with any issues causing them discomfort or restrictions.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sano through work due to continued pain in my shoulder. Everything has been well managed and organised, and the booking process straightforward. Priya has been supporting me over the last six weeks. The service provided has been professional, as well as warm and welcoming. I began noticing an improvement in my movements after our first session and this has continued. I still have some way to go yet, but I am very happy with the progress made over such a short time.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Dhruvil for physio after injuring my ankle for the past few months provided by my employer. It was easy to get booked in with Sano to start my first session at a location close to where I live. Dhruvil is very nice and he is very professional. After being assessed I've received personalised physio plans to build up strength. Then tweaked after each appointment. I've had some different massages which have helped too. Dhruvil has given me a lot of advice and help to recover and build up to going out running again which is something that I enjoy. It was nice to visit Dhruvil every few weeks and it was great because he is a lovely person who I got along with and he genuinely wanted to help me and cares about what he does as a physiotherapist. Negative experience: Following an RTC I was sent to Sano by the insurance company of the driver who hit me. The first physiotherapist I saw was late, then locked themselves out of the room. Once in the assessment was as standard, I was given one stretch to do which was poorly explained and there was no explanation of the cause of my pain or how this would benefit. The next 4 sessions the physiotherapist rubbed my back with a load of massage oil and told me to watch some videos online on what stretches to do. Over this time I saw minimal improvement still suffering pain and discomfort. The physiotherapist then suggested I would need a further 5-10 sessions, at which I left. I went to another physiotherapist who sorted my shoulder in one session, my lower back in a second and fully explained the cause of my pain, got me to demonstrate and then corrected the stretches they wanted me to do and explained why they were beneficial. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Simran clearly knows what she's doing. she identified what was wrong straight away, gave me great advice and I was noticing the benefits in a matter of days. I've had to wear a knee strap for almost 2 years and couldn't drive 5mins without it on yet as I wright this review I've just drove 1.5hrs to Doncaster and haven't needed the strap at all.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Priya for whiplash, I usually find these sort of medical visits a bit awkward but Priya made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. She is very friendly and professional we had a good laugh and she made me feel very at ease. And she really helped with my whiplash.

Fantastic experience: Had problems with my legs and back. Priya questioned where the pain was and when it occurred, and then took me through some exercises to alleviate it and then sent me the exercises by email so that I could practise them at home. On my second visit she asked how I got on and gave me some added exercises which she also sent by email. On my final visit my legs were much better but I still got pain in my back and I also had pain from an unrelated injury in my arm so she advised me to go back to my GP and ask to be referred again to work on my arm. She also gave me some exercises to do with a resistance band and sent yhem via email. She was very helpful and explained why I was getting pain and discomfort and how the exercises would help. I would recommend her.
