Fantastic experience: I brought my baby because we were having problems with feeding, gas, wind and tension associated with C-section birth. After one session with Richard, we couldn’t see a visible difference and by end of session everything had significantly improved and baby now even tolerating tummy time, which was impossible before the first session. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Richard Moore to anyone who is looking for an osteopath. He is amazing at his job, I saw him for chronic pain that no dr could get to the bottom of and after just a single session with him I had significant improvements, which I was so hard to with as I was loosing all hope. I try and see him when I can now as I live four hours away but well worth the drive! My sister has also seen Richard with both her children with various symptoms and both are now symptom free. He was amazing with the children they loved him and he is so kind hearted and truly listens. :)

Fantastic experience: I had my consultation with Joanna very recently. And I have to say that it's been the best experience I've had in around ten years of trying out chiropaths, acupuncture and an osteopath in my previous city. Her listening & analysis was wonderful, and she quickly was able to see what the issue is on a micro level, and link it to what may be happening on a larger musco-skeletal scale. She gave me gentle, no hassle, exercises to do at home to supplement other activities that I do, such as yoga, that had gotten quite painful. The next day I felt calm for the first time in what seems like a log time, because her gentle movements and guidance both improved the pain & just made me feel listened to after attempting to try convey to the GP what has been going on (to little avail). I even really enjoyed eating meals again over the next few days because my whole back/GI symptoms had affected my mood and appetite. I will be carrying on! I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience at Moore Osteopathy. I took my son in as he’d been a breach c-section baby and the whole experience was faultless. The receptionist was lovely and helpful - I ended up needing to feed there and they were helpful and supportive which as a new mum was great. Richard was great with my baby during the appointment - he cried the whole time but Richard dealt with this well and the appointment was a success. We felt reassured with our baby’s development and came away with exercises and tips and tricks to continue helping him. Richard was great with answering questions and settling our nerves. Fantastic experience: After some research we decided to book an appointment with Richard with our newborn for cranial osteopathy who was born by C section. Richard was fantastic, taking the time to understand our daughter and her needs. His assessment was thorough. Richard talked us though everything, explaining the methodology behind his practices. Clear differences in our daughter following the session and we went away with a few exercises to continue the progress he made. We really wish we had known about Richard with our older daughter which left me feeling incredibly guilty that we didn’t given her the same opportunity. Nevertheless, Richard advised us how we can still make a diffrence now, providing advice and signposting us. Extremely grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit hesitant to take my baby to an osteopath as to be honest I wasn’t quite sure what it would involve. However Richard instantly put me at ease and was kind and gentle. Everything he did was very gentle movement and the baby was calm and happy throughout. I saw an improvement in him straight away. He now comfortably turns his head both ways when previously he had been very tight on one side and his reflux has improved enormously as he feeds more comfortably.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Moore Osteopathy twice now for my little boy who is now 9 weeks old. After a very traumatic birth, my baby having a tongue tie issue (causing lots of colic and reflux) & lots of very noticeable tension that he had, I was advised to look into taking him to a Cranial Osteopath. After just the first session with Richard I couldn’t believe that evening how settled my baby was, considering the two weeks prior we had constant crying & unsettledness. Miracle worker! As well as a noticeable change in his body tension, a lot more relaxed and generally happier in himself. Before the second appointment my son had his tongue tie release and Richard was very helpful in recommending some exercises to prevent re-attachment which the hospital never advised of. It’s also very reassuring to see how gentle and calming he is during the appointment with your child, I always notice the relief my baby has during the appointments. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Took my young baby to see richard to support with issue of baby not pooing regularly. He was incredibly supportive and gave advice on my diet as I am breast feeding. He also gave support and shared knowledge of general information which helped with my confidence. Baby has improved significantly and I would recommend richard to anyone with concerns of their newborn, or even just for a supportive chat to a new mother. The osteopathy on a newborn was very gentle and i was reassured instantly seeing how richard worked, my baby was a little tried and baggy after some of the sessions, but was not in distress at all, and was happy returning/no way had negative associations. Richard has now said he is happy for no further appointments as the issues we had initially are now working themselves out.

Within 3 appointments, the transformation was amazing. His reflux reduced dramatically and he managed to roll over for the first time. Fantastic experience: I had never seen an osteopath before , but Terry was recommended to me and I decided to give this form of treatment a try. I was getting shoulder pain and back ache , and my neck was also very stiff with headaches .I was getting to the point where I was wondering if these areas would ever feel back to normal, and was taking pain relief and using the stick on heat pads on a regular basis . I have found Terry personable and very knowledgeable…also very patient. I have seen him a few times now , and the relief I have felt since treatment , and through carrying out the exercises is unbelievable.No more pain relief , no more heat pads and starting to feel like my old self again.

Fantastic experience: I have never visited an osteopath before but was in so much pain with my back I wanted to give them a try. I was met by a lovely man called Terry who straight away could see how much pain I was in and was so kind and caring. He asked me a number of questions, examined where the pain was and talked about different areas and aspects that could Have caused it. He went through a number of exercises with me and advised on how to sit and stand and some good vitamins to take. After the consultation Terry emailed the exercises to me - they were very detailed with pictures and YouTube clips. I have been following all of his advice, brought and taken all of the vitamins and can’t believe the difference it has made. I would recommend 100% to give them a call. I will definitely be telling all of my family and friends of the fantastic work they do.

Fantastic experience: Richard was fantastic with my baby. I initially saw him due to a ?flat head developing and what I suspected to be some torticolis. Richard allayed my worries and did on adjustment and gave me great practical at home tips that worked. He didn’t take advantage of my vulnerability of being a first time mum (completely clueless) and recommend an endless course of paid adjustments. I appreciated his honesty , professionalism and integrity. I went to him again with the same baby when I noticed an unusual crawling pattern. Within 2-3 sessions and of course at home exercises, the crawling was rectified in a short space of time. It’s clear to me he is highly skilled and knowledgable in his field. Nottingham is lucky to have him. Without him I would have been stuck on an endless nhs waiting list by the time either god forbid it would be too late to rectify / harder or the problem may have sorted itself out if we’re lucky- not exactly the way I wish to approach care for my child. Thank you for always being at the end of the phone for a query, and for always giving sensible practical advice. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Always great service. Been coming here for a few years now, since I found the place. Terry provides excellent advice and knowledge around all skeletal issues and has helped me resolve many injuries quickly. Scott gives appropriately tough deep tissue massages. I always prefer them on the side of "extreme" to get the knots out and always delivers.

Fantastic experience: I have had reason to use Moore Osteopaths for a number of years. Th first time was at recommendation of my daughter. I have not had three different osteopaths each one has been excellent. I felt I had been carefully listened to and treated as an individual. My most recent attendance last week was the first time for over a year. I’m so glad I didn’t put off attending. It’s so say to book online. After the initial treatment and following the exercises I am pain free and have significant recovery of movement. I’ll be back tomorrow for a follow up and I’m looking forward to it!
