Fantastic experience: They are absolutely marvelous. So professional yet retain that friendly approach too. A comprehensive assessment is carried out 1st. An absolute essential to me. They know what they are dealing with then. Treatment is effective but a little slower than I thought it would be.

Fantastic experience: Radcliffe Clinic - have been amazing for me. I now know the difference between pain and aches. I came with a few problems and they are 95% healed that rest is for me to fix. Overall my whole experience was great! Jack was GREAT and the ladies on front desk where kind and very welcoming also!! Sadly I'm moving area, so it's time to say goodbye thanks for all your help and support. Also the bottle of prosecco and leaving card was a very kind touch. I wish you all the best

Fantastic experience: Amazing wish I’d seen Lani sooner. Suffering with sciatica trying physio just didn’t improve until I had my first couple of adjustments and wow what can I say. I’ve been to many chiropractors over the years, but I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else again. I already recommend them and will continue to do so. Fantastic experience: I initially visited because my husband saw a brilliant offer which he grabbed with both hands - been telling me to see a chiropractor for years. During my first visit I saw Dr Lani…what an absolute star! Friendly, calming, funny, but professional too. Took lots of time to explain what was happening and talk through concerns.gives an epic hug too My second visit had Dr Lani talking me through her findings from various X-rays, and the possible treatments. After making some decisions she carried out my first ‘adjustment’…what a relief!!!! I’ve had one further ‘adjustment’ since, with more booked…the feeling after those crunches is indescribable! The whole practice is somewhere I would recommend; all staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere calm and the experience completely worry free. If you need to see a chiropractor I would definitely recommend Radcliffe!

Fantastic experience: Great experience so far, had spinal problems for years due to a spinal fusion when I was younger. Was always apprehensive to try a chiropractor because of this but thought I’d give it a try. Was made to feel extremely at ease by Ben and felt listened to for the first time in years. Started to feel relief after the first couple of sessions and each session I can feel improvements. Can’t wait to see how I feel further on in my journey. Fantastic experience: I can't praise this practice enough. They are absolutely outstanding. I started going here after I injured my back at work I a had slipped disc and nerves trapped in the space near my spine. I had a combination of chiropractic and IDD therapy. My results were amazing and worth every penny. The practice is always clean, tidy and very welcoming. The ladies on reception have a fantastic sense of humour but are always professional and happy to see everyone. Megan and Charm kept me relaxed. It's like a big family. Ben has a very gentle approach as initially I was very nervous to the process but I trusted him and couldn't be happier with the results. The IDD therapy looked scary but was actually a nice experience, you learn to love the feeling and it's worked a dream. Fantastic experience: Given time to talk and be heard Jack and his team are lovely professionals who make a difference. I wish the adjustments were miracle cures but sadly not; they do over time make a real difference. My mobility has increased and my pain reduced. I wish I could visit every other day. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Radcliffe Chiro for over 18 months. Having regular adjustments has reduced headaches and improved my posture and Musculoskeletal pain. I’m also an inch taller than when I stared and can run and walk without pain. The team are so knowledgeable, but more importantly approachable and friendly. At Radcliffe Chiro it’s not just about adjustments, they offer advice on how the correct supplements, additional muscle therapy (with a great team of muscle therapists) can improve overall wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Ben after suffering with work related neck problems for several years and it's been the best decision I could have made. He's fantastic and very reassuring, always happy to help in any way possible. The IDD machine helps in conjunction with the adjustment from Ben,and both Chris and Abbie are lovely and very kind and calm. The welcome from Charm and the rest of the team is incredibly warm and friendly and there's even chocolates and cake if you're there at the right time. I'm approximately halfway through my treatment and I cannot recommend the practice and everyone who works there, highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. I also have osteoarthritis in various joints. My choices were painkillers and steriod injections with possible surgery down the line. I decided to google other treatments and discovered IDD therapy - and that it was available in Nottingham at Radcliffe Chiropractic. I immediately booked a new patient consultation with Ben. Ben patiently listened to all my concerns and recommended IDD with adjustments. I went ahead and booked a series of chiropractic adjustments by followed IDD therapy for my lower back. From my first session I felt an immediate improvement in my lower back and neck. Now over half way through my adjustments and IDD, I am really starting to feel the benefits. I've also added a deep tissue massage with Chris every few weeks as part of my treatment which is really helping to ease muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. Thank you Ben for the adjustments, Chris for the massage, and also Chris (again :)) Abbie and Aby for the IDD. I would also like to thank the reception team for being so friendly, welcoming and helpful. All in all a very postive experience :)

Fantastic experience: I booked with Lani for a consultation after having severe intermittent back pain for a couple years. She did a physical examination and an x-ray in house and told me clearly what was wrong with my spine (more wrong than I ever realised) and what was causing the pain. Had a couple adjustments now and after every adjustment I feel brand new. I'd recommend Radcliffe chiropractors to anyone!! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, faultless. I’ve struggled with the same lower back issues for years, and seen multiple chiropractors in that time. None of them could find the source of my pain. After 30 mins with jack, he x-rayed my back and instantly knew what the issue was. I cannot wait for my treatment to begin. A truly remarkable team from top to bottom, nothing is too much trouble. They’re also super welcoming of children.. which is an instant 5* in itself!

Fantastic experience: A couple of months ago I trapped my sciatic nerve and was in excruciating pain. Unable to walk, get out of bed or get dressed without considerable pain and difficulty, I visited Radcliffe Chiropractic and was assessed by Lani. I am a 67 year old horse rider and have had a number of traumatic falls resulting in many fractures, concussions and soft tissue injuries, so Lani X-Rayed my spine before starting treatment. I am Carer for my dad, who has Parkinson’s disease, supported by mum so my being ‘out of action’ was really problematic. Following a review of my X-Rays we agreed a treatment pathway comprising an intensive series of Adjustments with Lani, and also a course of IDD (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) treatment with Chris and his colleagues. I was initially sceptical about IDD as it was completely new to me - in fact I’d never heard of it. However the IDD and Adjustments quickly improved my situation and now I’m tapering down the frequency of treatment into a maintenance regime, just to keep on top of things. I couldn’t be happier with the results - I thought I’d reached a point where I could no longer provide Care for my parents, or even continue with my passion for horse riding. Couldn’t recommend Radcliffe Chiropractic enough - really friendly and professional team who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk (or hobble) through the door.

Ben has spent 9 months straightening me out after a pretty serious car accident in November last year. Fantastic experience: I was recently diagnosed with a disc bulge and decided to visit the clinic to find out what treatment was available. It was decided that the best option would be to have a combined programme of IDD and adjustments over a 6-week period. The results have been very impressive. The pain and stiffness in my lower back have greatly reduced, and I no longer have to take painkillers, which I'm really pleased about. Everyone at the clinic has been friendly and welcoming, particularly Susie, who very kindly sent me some flowers after a family bereavement. Fantastic experience: I attended Radcliffe Chiropractors on one of their free spinal check days. I was sceptical as I had been to another chiropractor before and they had not been able to help. Right from day 1 Lani and the team were welcoming and reassuring . Lani assured me she would be able to help. I am half way through my care plan and can see progress being made. From day 1 Lani has been able to achieve spinal adjustments. ( compare to 0 from my previous experience) The combination of IDD and muscle therapy is making a difference. Fantastic experience: Have had back problems for such a long time and I just assumed this was down to my RA and lifestyle. I started having massage with Abbie a few months ago and she did a great job on easing a lot of pain especially in the neck. The lower back pain remained though and got so bad that my back started seizing up in the night so much so I struggled to get out of bed and moving. Saw Jack for a consult (which was very thorough) he explained what was wrong and set up a plan to get me 'fixed'. I've had several adjustments very close together (still more to go) and wow what a difference!! I'm working and doing dog agility pain free again. I cannot thank the team at Radcliffe enough. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from sciatica after lifting some heavy things. Two weeks without improvement and doctors prescribing painkillers, I took decisive action to get an MRI and took it them to pursue DDI Therapy. within 48hrs the Admin Team fitted me in and I had my consultation with Ben. Felt heard and understood. The following day I started treatment. Radcliffe Clinic gave me hope and acted rapidly to my needs and I cannot thank the whole team enough. Great caring atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Not been to a chiropractic practice before so a little apprehensive and having tried lots of exercises to help myself and still experiencing back and neck pain I thought I would give it ago. Initial assessment very thorough but not tedious I was advised to have an X-ray of hips as had stiffness and pain and was greatly reassured that they were fine. Lani was my chosen chiropractor she is holistically very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and confident. Following a fairly short period of time my skeleton feels so much better. I feel my posture my back and neck pain vastly improved. Cost of treatment is exceptionally reasonably this is treatment I would say is a necessity and not luxury! Fantastic experience: Incredible place for healing and an understanding ear. My youngest son who is 7 years old and myself received treatment here. Lani is my son's best friend and is very comforting and practical. I have been treated by Lani and Jack both very efficient and and warm welcoming. Fantastic experience: Superb….i came in on my first day, bent over, could hardly walk as I have suffered from a slipped disc for 19 years! When I had my X-rays it also showed my hips were out of line dramatically! Lani adjusted me and I could walk straight again had this done twice a week for 2months and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! I have my neck adjusted too which is brill! Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I have been visiting Jack and his team at Radcliffe Chiropractic Clinic, and we couldn't be happier with the results! I've had a sloping shoulder for decades and lost the curve in my neck, which caused almost daily headaches due to my work as a teacher. Thanks to the amazing care at Radcliffe, my shoulder is now much more stable and realigned, and the pressure on my shoulder muscles has significantly reduced. My neck tension is disappearing, and gradually, so are my headaches. My partner, an avid cyclist, struggled with uneven hips and leg pain. Going through the assessment process was genuinely life changing! Once I understood where and what the problem was and took the steps needed to make things better, I now very rarely get headaches (which were weekly). Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Radcliffe chiropractic clinic enough! From the minute you walk in the door Rebecca & Susie are so chatty and welcoming and Jack is just amazing at what he does. I have been taking my little girl to Jack since she was 12 weeks old for a few little issues but mainly because she would only sleep with her head one way and was very uncomfortable to move it the other. 3 months later after weekly visits Romee can now move her neck much more freely and is so much happier within herself. Fantastic experience: I’ve been really struggling over the last 18m, prior to last Dec, with my back (nerves) and my mobility. Can’t run, can’t walk far without my hips hurting, can’t lift my legs, can’t put my socks, pants, shoes on, or lace them up! without some contortionist angles! Can’t sit for long, can’t sleep, every time I turn in bed I have to wake up and move in a way that my back, nerve, doesn’t pinch, it’s excruciating. Can’t bend down to pick anything up or get stuff out of a draw.. the list goes on. It’s been exhausting and debilitating. In Dec I said enough was enough. I need to sort my back out if 2024 is going to start mine and my dog Maggies adventures (I bought an campervan) and to be able to do the simple things. I also need to sort my weight out but I can’t tackle both at once so I need my mobility back first. I honestly had one of those sock putter oners in my Amazon basket ! So, I booked in for a special offer Assessment at Radcliffe Chiropractor. I’ve never been to one before so no idea what to expect, but it’s desperate times, I need HELP! I was met by the very welcoming receptionists and Practice Manager, Julia, Rebecca and Susie. I was taken through to see Dr Lani… there my life changed! Assessment completed and an X-ray as I couldn’t get off the bed as was in agony. It showed my spine was curved at the bottom, bone spurs, and a narrowed disc, and some arthritis. I’ve always suffered from sciatic on the same side, but the last 18m the pain was on another level. Chronic/Severe rating! No wonder I was struggling ! Treatment plan scheduled, 12 sessions, 3 a week, let’s get the show on the road! After the 10th session I could feel the adjustments were starting to work, only slightly but enough to know something was working, this wasn’t going to be a quick fix. Fast forward 6 months and yesterday, 20/5, was another 12th session Assessment. Finally the results showed a great improvement in some areas. So much so we’ve now reduced my sessions from weekly (it has been 2 a week then down to 1) to 1 every 2 weeks. I couldn’t be more thrilled, it’s been a long road. Hoping to reduce to once a month to keep my spine and nerves in good shape. I’m still not running but I have recently completed a FULL Park Run, well walking, but that is a miracle of its own. I may never be 100% back to doing what I used to but this lady, Dr Lani, is nothing more than a miracle worker. I had no idea how important keeping your spine and nerves healthy was, but I ignored my pain hoping it would just go away, yet I’ve made it worse. With all the squash, hockey, running, gym, classes (all those that aren’t even in trend anymore! ) it’s no wonder my body has finally brought me to literally a ‘stand still’. I honestly can’t say enough good words about her. We’ve built a great relationship over the last 6 months, as I have with all the ladies and the resident Ollie who roams reception keeping everyone in check!! And demands his tummy rubs. Lani, thank you sooo much for helping me. From literally a cripple to now being able to do the simple things like put my socks on, that sounds ridiculous but from the sports I used to do for years to not being able to put my socks on just sounds ridiculous! You are such a genuine caring person it’s no wonder you are so booked up ! I only wake now when I need a wee, but without the pain and shuffling to get off the bed. My sleep has gone from a 1 to an 8, I never thought that would ever improve and I’d be constantly tired and in pain. If you are suffering, please don’t leave it like I did. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to RCC for over a year now, for a series of adjustments. It’s been a game changer, helped with my tension headaches as an added bonus. Fantastic experience: Right, where do I start! The first initial interaction was amazing. Customer service like you are at a family reunion. Welcoming and warm to the fullest. The information given to me was clear open and very transparent which creates trust. I've been meaning to come to Rad Chiro for a couple years but only worked up the nerve to do so recently and thank god I did. The appointments are fast and of high quality. I am what they call a chiro guy. When I feel a pain or ache I now say, I need Lani haha.
