Fantastic experience: I came to Kristian after struggling to run and even walk without pain for a few months after playing football. It was quickly determined it was a hamstring issue after what I thought was knee related and after a combination of physio sessions and exercises/an at home treatment plan to follow I am fighting fit again. Every session was a pleasure and everything was explained cleary, deffo won't hesitate to comeback!

Fantastic experience: Kristian has really helped me get on top of my plantar fasciitis, with treatment and a rehab plan which helped me keep playing squash and running throughout. He’s also a font of knowledge about sports and the human body, so good fun to talk to during sessions! (I did not take up his offer to train me for a half marathon, though…)

Fantastic experience: I arrived into Kristian with a very tight lower back just before I was due to play in a squash tournament. Kristian quickly assessed and identified the problem area and worked intensively to release the tightness. The next day I woke up feeling great, significantly more flexible and was able to play two tournament matches. Days later I still feel great. I highly recommend Kristian and wish more Physio’s adopted his holistic approach.

Fantastic experience: I went to Kristian with a tight hip/knee issue which was impacting my yoga and other exercises. After a couple of sessions he diagnosed the issue and began the slightly painful process of correcting it. He gave me advice and homework to do between sessions. My issue is completely resolved thanks to his help.

Fantastic experience: Kristian Spoors is without doubt a master of his craft. Academically, practically and holistically the best Physiotherapist I have met (and there have been a few). It is not just treatment, it is a journey through cause and effect and ultimately remedy. No 'go away and do these exercises' rather hands on treatment and mobilisation of muscle and connective tissue. Kristian is keen to listen, understand what is going on and a breath of fresh air in terms of exploring 'why' there is a problem. This point for me in particular is real value add. if you are active at any level and are faced with a mobility challenge that frustrates your progress, I would highly recommend that you see Kristian at your earliest opportunity. The advice and treatment I have received is well grounded on years of experience and continuous learning. 100% a 5 Star Experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kristian and his team for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that they are the best in the business. They have helped me recover from a number of golf related injuries over the years and they have always been professional, friendly, and supportive. The last treatment I received from Kristian was for a problem with my hips that was affecting my mobility and quality of life. I had recently tried to pick up on my past passion, the sport of whitewater kayak slalom, in which I used to compete for the GB team and the England team at international events across Europe and USA but discovered that I had to stop due to a hip issue. I found that I was unable to sit in my kayak properly, and I felt pain and stiffness every time I tried, and this had extended to even being painful getting in and out of the car. I was afraid that I would need surgery, and that my days of enjoying kayaking were over. But thanks to my Kristian’s hard work, I have avoided surgery and regained my range of motion after just six sessions of manual therapy and homework exercises. He was very patient and encouraging, and he explained everything clearly. He also gave me realistic goals and feedback, and he celebrated my progress with me. Now, I can sit in my kayak easily and comfortably, and I can stay in it for long periods. I have now resumed my kayaking hobby, and I feel happier, healthier, and more agile than ever. I am so grateful to Kristian for helping me get back to doing what I love. He is not only a great physiotherapist, but also a great person. If you are looking for a physiotherapist who can help you with any kind of injury or pain, I highly recommend him. Fantastic experience: I received excellent treatment for a painful and disabling proximal humerus fracture (broken shoulder), following a cycling accident, from Kristian. Within 12 weeks I had returned to all my usual activities; cycling, running, open water swimming and weight training, and had returned to my job as a SEND teacher. When I returned to Fracture Clinic at 8 weeks they were amazed by the progress I had made. Kristian was kind, encouraging, supportive and ambitious for my recovery. The (often vigorous!) therapy, advice, stretches and exercises were crucial to regaining my strength and mobility, and getting my life back. Thank you Kristian!

Fantastic experience: I have been several times to Mobillise, for different issues and have had very good treatments. On this last occasion I was treated by Eleni, who diagnosed my problems straight away, explained why I was having difficulty and then embarked on a course of treatment that has been very positive. It has taken a number of intense treatments to solve the pain I was experiencing but I was feeling better after each session and am now in a position to be able to continue with a monthly visit for massage as a longer term maintenance regime. I am so relieved to be able to have full movement in the areas that previously gave me pain and I am not experiencing any night time pain, which has really improved my sleep as well.

Fantastic experience: I had surgery for a torn acl and meniscus and was unable to walk without crutches. Eleni helped me to get rid of the crutches and be able to regain full control of my knee way ahead of schedule and I am now able to go about my day to day life without any problems. Fantastic experience: I've had ongoing hamstring issues for several years. Since my initial consultation he soon identified a weakness in my hamstrings and glutes. 6 sessions later I am feeling much stronger and a lot more knowledgeable on hamstring and glute strength work. Fantastic experience: Eleni was amazing. I originally went to physio with severe neck pain which she sorted within a couple of sessions. I asked about an arm pain I have been struggling with for over a year - up until then I have been convinced I would only be able to manage the pain and not fix the problem but Eleni quickly identified the problem and within a few weeks I am virtually pain free. Fantastic experience: First heard about the Moballise clinic from Jake Wood PT. Came after a tendonitis, but realised there were something wrong with my work posture as well. Nishadi is awesome, and after only 3 sessions, I already have noticed a great improvement on my posture, and I feel much less back/shoulder pain overall. She took the time to listen to me, gave me a lot of advices and made me feel comfortable from the first session. The online booking, as well as the communication system are great as well. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I was given really good advice and rehab exercises that were simple to do and follow. Within just a few sessions my frozen shoulder condition had improved enormously and I was able to return to playing squash without any pain. Eleni gave me lots of encouragement and always took time to explain what she was doing and why.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Eleni Kapsali at Moballise to help with my immobility and continual pain due to severe osteoarthritis in both ankles. I can't recommend Eleni highly enough, she is the best physio I have ever been to. During the time I have been seeing her, my pain is much reduced, my mobility is much better and, when I do have pain I recover much more quickly from it. Eleni is excellent at explaining what she is doing and why. I feel really hopeful that I may be able to avoid, or at least substantially delay, having the surgery of ankle replacement or fusion which I was originally going to undertake later this year.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Eleni after my shoulder injury I had in May 2019 flared up again .. She quickly diagnosed a Rotary Cuff / Tendon problem ( I am a competitive swimmer ) .. The treatment was over the 2021 lockdown so I had plenty of opportunity to do all the exercises that Eleni gave me to help my shoulder recover as well as the fantastic treatment I received for my injury .. I am now back training in the pool with my club and my shoulder is recovered and feels great ( I am continuing with the exercises daily that Eleni gave me ) .....I can highly recommend Eleni who was very professional and knowledgable in helping me recover ..

Fantastic experience: Had trouble with my ankle for a while, re-injuring myself multiple times. However, I was pointed to Ed Cook due to the football team I play for and he was unreal! Very kind and supportive when trying to help me get back to my fittest. The area is great with a whole floor to exercise on, just the whole experience was worth any penny, couldn't recommend him any more.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at the clinic with 2 different injuries, a wrist tendinitis and a very fragile knee. Anita was extremely fast spotting on what kind of treatment/ approach should be taken on my very first initial steps and throughout the following weeks, she also is a very good listener where she understands perfectly what kind of pain I was going through where she is able to provide a very specific treatment for it. Fantastic experience: I have struggled with lower back pain and sciatica for a few years now, but since lockdown and working from home more, the pain has become completely debilitating. I have visited both NHS services and other private clinics but have had no success with dealing with the issue which affects both my home life with my family, and my ability to function at my best at work. I have just completed a block of six sessions with Elini at Moballise and I can honestly say, the sessions are the highlight of my week! She is an absolutely superb therapist who seems to have the most uncanny knack of finding exactly where the pain is and gets to work straight away in helping my body to correct itself. I have definitely felt an improvement in my situation, but more than that, I have been given hope that I can overcome my current situation. I cannot thank Elini and the Moballise ‘family’ enough. The Park clinic has spacious parking, it’s clean and inviting and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending! If you’re struggling with your mobility, give them a call.

Fantastic experience: After dealing with back pain for 4 years I finally decided to get something done about it, and I'm so glad that I did! Eleni has been brilliant throughout my whole recovery process. She immediately diagnosed the problem and helped me understand what was wrong and how we could fix it. Fantastic experience: Sue is a gem of a therapist with an obvious passion for her craft. I sought help for chronic back pain caused by bad posture and repeated twisting at work which was affecting both my day to day living and my sleep. From our initial consultation and throughout our sessions, Sue has been reassuring and informative as to the best way to deal with my pain. A series of intense massage therapies with home-care exercises in between, has totally relieved my pain. The relief of being able to work and sleep comfortably and without pain is incredible. I wish I had found Sue years ago! I can highly recommend Moballise and Sue and always leave the clinic completely transformed, relaxed, and loose as a goose :)

Fantastic experience: Anita is an incredible physiotherapist. She is great at listening and very quick at finding a problem and solving it. She thrives to help people and it shows within her work, she makes sure you understand your symptoms and how to help rectify them at home which works alongside treatment. Anita is also really great at distracting during treatment she is really easy to talk to which makes you feel at ease when treatment is in process. Fantastic experience: I had never visited a physiotherapist before and selected Kristian from many others due to positive comments from other patients. I had 5 sessions which always left me feeling better than when I arrived and was given exercises to do at home. Kristian's clinic is easy to find and has access to car parking which is important when walking is difficult! I found it very easy to get an appointment to suit me and the sessions were focussed and effective. I hope I don't need to visit him again but at least I have the comfort of knowing who to call if I do.

His care extends beyond each appointment as he gives you exercises that will aid fast recovery to be done at home. Be aware he checks up on you and knows if you haven't done them! Fantastic experience: With me being a personal trainer and doing sports such as Ironman’s and CrossFit my body gets put under a lot of stress and pressure from the intense sports. The help and support from Kristian has not just made me a better athlete but he helps me recover faster and being able to train harder.

Fantastic experience: I had reached a point where my right hip was locked up and in pain after a long term injury dating back ten years in my professional squash career. Kristian saw me hobbling and said he was sure he could at least get me mobile again. I felt the good effects on the very first treatment, but I'm not going to say that finding the source of the problem was like lying on a Miami sunbed. I might have been through ten sessions or so, but it was more than just the hands on treatment. As an ex pro I loved finding out the detail of what I was expected to do between sessions, and where to target. Here I am now feeling 90/95% out of pain and immobility, knowing the rest is up to me. Fantastic experience: Kristian saw me at short notice when I was in pain. He has a great bedside manner. His 'homework' exercises have been really helpful. He has strong hands to tackle deep lying muscle problems (& I forgive him for making me yell out during his massages!) & he didn't pretend I needed more sessions with him than were necessary

Fantastic experience: I'd had a really sore heel for many months and just hoped it would go away - but it didn't! It really affected my squash playing and even my every day walking about. I arranged an appointment with Kristian and he immediately diagnosed plantar fasciitis and got to work loosening it all up and giving me exercises to do at home. Within 5 weeks the pain had all but gone and I know have the stretching exercises to do after squash to ensure it doesn't come back. I'd thoroughly recommend Kristian and only wish I'd gone to see him many months ago and avoided all that pain for so long!

Fantastic experience: Visited Kristian with a back / sciatic nerve problem and at the time I could hardly walk , Kristian knew exactly what the problem was I saw him on four separate occasions. Fantastic experience: Excellent physiotherapy, after on going lower back issues, Kristen has worked wonders on my movement, during a recent gruelling game go squash I was only worried about my fitness and had no worries about my lower back, thanks to Kristens work in clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went to Kristian for treatment on recommendation after I badly broke my shoulder and had been told at the fracture clinic that the injury was life changing and I would never get full movement back. It was completely immobile at the time with little sign of improving, but after nine months of patience and skill from Kris I now have full movement back and just have a session every six weeks or so for maintenance. I really can’t thank him enough!!

Fantastic experience: After having a real bad back for some twenty years and fifteen years having facet joint injections which now everyone now says are not good for you.for you I was advised to go and see Kristian at Moballise Physio .He said he could help me as it was all muscular problems .After just 7 weeks I feel so much better and feel really well as he says 10 years younger. So much so I played table tennis for the first time in 45 years. So if you are suffering try Moballise it can only do you good.
