Fantastic experience: Booked in for a course of physio with Guy & Ed following years of issues with my shoulder & a recently torn rotator cuff following an accident. After a couple of sessions & following the treatment plan at home I could feel my should repairing, pain subsiding & my range of motion improving. I am now, after a couple of months of treatment able to start exercising again! I highly recommend Prime Performance & extend my sincere thanks to Guy & Ed for the help they have given me!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing both Guy and Lauren for a knee injury which was promptly identified by Guy. Both Guy and Lauren have used their experience and knowledge to adapt my exercise programs to get the most improvement out of my knee despite sometimes lacking in confidence in what it could handle. They have been both encouraging and reassuring when needed. They always explain how to perform the exercises in my program properly and make sure that I understand what muscles we’re aiming to strengthen. The rehabilitation programs that they have given me have helped improve my knee injury no end. I would highly recommend the team at Prime Performance.

Fantastic experience: It’s Brenda here writing this review. I have had physio with Guy for a long time and also with Phoebe. More recently Ed has joined the team working on my rehab. I’ve been attending the Pilates program with Emma which is great. I really appreciate the help the team has given me over the last month since I sustained a leg injury which has prevented any proper exercise including Pilates. The physios have concentrated on sports massage and eased my back and leg muscles. I look forward to being able to resume my programme in the next few month. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Emma provides friendly, precise and personalized teaching in the small group Pilates classes. You leave feeling challenged and rewarded. After a few blocks of weekly classes I can really see and feel the results.

Fantastic experience: I chose Prime physio on the recommendation of a friend . I have had a long term problem with my shoulder and haven't really done any exercise for several years. Fantastic experience: We took our son to Prime Physio after being let down by the NHS who were supposed to provide physio for his rare degenerative disease. Even though Prime had no direct experience with the condition they had heard of it and soon put together some research and exercises for our son, which is ongoing. Lauren was very easy going and my son responded to her care and instructions. I found her advice on how to perform the exercises correctly very helpful, which I previously had not received, so I was able to help my son. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Guy at Prime Performance. I came to him with a complex knee problem and through a detailed strength and conditioning programme over a number weeks and months, he helped stabilise the issues with my knee. Guy continually adapted the programme depending on how my knee was reacting to the exercises prescribed and he also told me when I was doing too much and putting the hard work we were doing at risk! My goal was to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon. With Guy’s guidance and advice on my training plan, I was able to complete this and my knee felt good throughout and after the race!

Fantastic experience: Excellent physio facility. Professional, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Fixed my shoulder after suffering from an old injury and got me exercising again. I’ve seen a big improvement in my posture and mobility. Fantastic experience: I attended the pilates classes run by Emma and they were excellent. Emma is very knowledgable and ensures you are doing every move correctly to get the most from each exercise. With low numbers in each class you really do get the full benefit of a highly qualified instructor in a lovely studio at Prime Performance Bingham.

Ed has also managed to help solve a shoulder problem I’ve had for years and the improvement has made significant improvements. Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Ed for physio/sports rehab and absolutely loves his sessions. The shoulder pain he was initially suffering with during playing cricket has gone after following the rehab plan Ed set out and now we have a maintenance plan in place to improve strength to avoid any further injuries. We would definitely recommend Prime Performance for anyone seeking treatment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, everyone is incredibly friendly and I cannot overstate how much they've helped. Slipped discs that I was being treated for via pills and nhs physio for almost a year barely made a dent in my mobility but a couple months with Prime and I could finally get back in to work and start increasing my hours & back in the gym! I would recommend them to anyone whos suffering or even just wanting to improve their health. They've worked miracles.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced lower back pain for many years, but it had been getting worse. I had gone to Prime performance in the hope of improving my pain, but not expecting I could become pain free after all those years. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for a few months and have had a fantastic experience. I was looked after by Ed who has been incredible throughout. Over time Ed has monitored my progress and adapted the plan to better suit my needs and achieve the results required. I am very impressed with the results that Ed has achieved, I'm now free of pain and I understand the causes of the issue. The clinic itself is a nice facility, it's well decorated and well equipped. The space is deceptively big with a number of different consultation rooms available. The gym space is compact but well equipped with everything needed to assess their patients. Hopefully I won't need to visit them again but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and I feel assured that if I were to contact them in the future I would be supported.

Fantastic experience: Had tennis elbow and these guys have helped immeasurably. Phoebe is a great therapist and the tailored rehab programs are so easy to follow. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Whilst waiting for an NHS appointment, I've been to see several student physios. They've all been brilliant, and clearly well supported by Guy and his team. I have to single out Rosie who has been amazing, but thanks to everyone at Prime. I "will" run again!!

Fantastic experience: I was happily training for a half marathon (my first post having children) when I got an injury to my hip which I tried to self manage but soon accepted I needed some help - I’m so glad I did. Guy did a full assessment and listened to my goals, he worked with me on a treatment plan which was realistic and therefore achievable in a busy life. I really felt heard and it’s this personalised care which I feel makes this place outstanding. I am now back out running and have so much more knowledge about how to maintain my body to prevent the injury again! I’ve also had a sports massage with student placement student Rosie which was fab!

Fantastic experience: Having been told by my GP that I had grade 2 osteoarthritis in my knees, I could only expect to stop doing what I love, take strong prescription painkillers, have steroid injections & ultimately move towards knee replacements I reached out to Prime Performance Physio and I’m so glad I did. They have helped me to maintain my desired level of fitness through a hyaluronic knee injection & shock wave therapy. The good news is this personalised alternative therapy will keep me fit & strong and achieving my goals. Plus they are a lovely bunch of enthusiastic professionals!

Fantastic experience: I had been trying to self manage an injury and I decided that I needed some professional input. I had a thorough assessment with Guy who recommended a plan of care. I have seen Isaac for a sports rehab program and shock wave therapy which I am part way through. I have found Isaac to be professional, and knowledgeable and his approach has given me the confidence to keep working towards my goal of running again. I still have a few hurdles to get over but I am feeling much more confident that I will get back out there doing the thing I love. I would highly recommended Guy and Isaac at Prime Performance Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and prompt customer service not only when calling to make enquiries/ book, but also in person. I've only so far had in person experience with the Student Physiotherapists, who attend during certain months for a period of weeks. But it feels like you are dealing with an actual employee, as they are always extremely professional and know how to make you feel human again. Would highly recommend, and I do recommend to all my group exercise clients, before and after classes.

Fantastic experience: Found this place from a recommendation and I am so glad i decided to come here. I have had a bad shoulder since December and been to a few places with no luck. Came here and have had a massive improvement in my shoulder due to having rehab training. The rehab training is very thorough and is catered to myself so it's very unique for me which I really am impressed with this. I'm having treatment on my back as well. Guy is amazing and knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend having him. Also had Rosie doing week on sessions who is great and very knowledgeable. Also offered a sports massage which I've been and thought it was great. All in all an amazing experience with these highly professional people. .

Fantastic experience: I started competing in strongman competions, during training for a Comp I pulled a small muscle in my back, Guy quickly assessed me and suggested a recovery programme along with an intense course of deep treatment on the affected area with there state of the art equipment, 6 weeks was recommended however after 3 I was fit enough to change to sports massage and therapy, the team at prime performance had me back to full fitness in time for the competion. I cannot thank them enough, certainly 5 star treatment from consultation to remedy. I certainly recommended Prime performance top notch services for all.

Fantastic experience: I struggled to find any physio who could help with my Bell’s palsy and then I found Guy! Guy was so professional and knowledgeable and really helpful, where I had found non previously. My treatment has improved my facial palsy and my shoulder and neck mobility improved. I’ve also had a massage with Phoebe, who was a delight, friendly and professional. Five stars and nothing but praise for Prime Physio Performance.

Negative experience: My experience at Prime Performance Physiotherapy with Guy Rogers was highly disappointing. Despite booking and paying £85 for a 50-minute session—the top-tier service—I encountered several issues. Arriving early at Bingham Arena, I found myself waiting outside a single room with a chair and a sign to wait, only to start the session 10 minutes late. During the appointment, our conversation mainly revolved around general topics rather than focusing on my knee issue. When I prompted for an examination, it was rushed and lasted a mere fraction of the session time. Measurements with a tape measure were taken, but there was no clear diagnosis or exercise plan provided during the session. Instead, Guy suggested additional costly shockwave therapy and seemed persistent about scheduling follow-up appointments without addressing my concerns adequately. Despite my request, Guy couldn't provide me with a single exercise during the session, and said he would need to reflect on it in is own time, which all seemed very odd. Subsequently, I received generic exercises via email, which I could have easily found online. Fortunately, 3 weeks later I was finally accepted into the NHS physio program (it had been a lengthy wait - why I had looked to go private), which proved to be a stark contrast to my previous experience. The NHS physiotherapist provided a swift diagnosis, tailored exercises on the spot, demonstrated them in a full gym environment (at Leengate QMC), and ensured I understood and performed them correctly before leaving. (Thank you NHS!) This stark difference in approach highlighted the subpar service I received at Prime Performance Physiotherapy. Moreover, the NHS physiotherapist's opinion that £85 for 50 minutes was exorbitant further reinforced my dissatisfaction. Well actually, it was £85 for 40 minutes in the end (I never did get back those 10 minutes). Highly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Prime Performance and Andrew enough. Andrew put together a detailed treatment and recovery plan and we are seeing clear improvements already after only 4 weeks. We have gone from constant pain even at rest to slowly being back in the pool. We still have a way to go but we know we are in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: Guy has been helping me with with long term back and neck problems. Massage to relax really tight back muscles, followed by exploring different exercises to strengthen them is ongoing. Guy is both professional and very knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Guy, my arthritic condition had worsened. Guy welcomed me ,with a smile,he examined and assessed me. Using his technical ability,he designed a new pair insoles with a wedge,to keep my ankles upright.He injected my knees within a few days my mobility improved ,enjoying my daily life with my collie dogs. Guy planned an exercise programne ,to do at home , followed up with Phoebee. Seeing Phoebee fortnightly, her support and encouragement helped me to improve my strength and balance. I have stage 3 CKD leading to stage 4 CKD. I went to see Nina Thomas Nutritionist. I spoke to her about my diet and life style, she is a good listener and as a sense of humour. She gave me a Body Composition Test results Body Water 42% Dehydrated, Excess fat 16% overweight. I drank water and herbal teas I had Vitamin D tablets, I began to feel much better. Using her knowledge and expertise she planned a low potassium diet to suit my personal needs and goals. Within a few weeks I lost 1.3kg and a few months later have lost another2kg. and feeling much better. Nina organised a blood test for me with Medichecks, a week later she discussed the results , being, healthy kidneys, no underlying disease, GFR higher . I will be boosted up with vitamins and she will help me to achieve my goals. I do aqua fit and Pilates weekly. Not forgetting Emma she reminded me of all those appointments. The Team are Brilliant, Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Guy for many years and every time I have to go and see him the service is brilliant. His focus is not only fixing the problem of the moment but helping to make sure that future issues are minimised.

Fantastic experience: I was having persistent knee pain, no injury, it just started and got worse and worse. I went to see Guy and after a thorough evaluation he advised some excersizes to perform, the difference they made was amazing! In fact I've not had pain since and this was around 4 years ago! I went back again when I was pregnant and suffering with pelvic pain. Again the excersizes really helped. I couldn't recommend Guy more!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, experienced, recovery plan. Broke my leg in two places and I've had a clear supported plan that saw me quickly throw away the crutches, move to full weight bearing and now planning for a threshold test and beyond. Never thought I'd get to 54 and be pleased to have broke my leg, as Prime Performance have rebuilt me better than before.

Guy and Phoebe are very easy to talk to, they always remember things that I've been doing, even though I only see them every few months now - and that's because the work they put in has helped me significantly so I don't need to see them more regularly.

Fantastic experience: I went to Guy after many months of continuous lower back pain due to a herniated disc. Following an MRI at the Spire, surgery was recommended, but Guy was able to put together a recovery plan that has proven to be a far better alternative. Within 4 months, I’ve been able to start running again and the immense pain I was experiencing has disappeared. I would highly recommend Prime Performance, especially Guy Rogers who has put together a really tailored plan for my injury that has far exceeded my expectations. Alongside physio treatment, Guy put together an exercise plan that changed weekly according to how my disc and back was responding. I also paid extra for Shockwave Therapy, which I was sceptical about at first, but after 6 treatments (which became more intense in each treatment) I have to say that this must have contributed towards a quicker recovery than I was expecting. Thank you Guy and the team for helping me with my injury. I’m so pleased to not be experiencing the immense pain I had, and to be back exercising and feeling well again :- )

Positive experience: I would suggest procuring a water cooler/filter machine ? There’s a Coopers of Stortford model of water fountain i know, 5 litres, now there’s a Baylola Chillswell. A few glasses and bottle was below expectation. Other than the hydration station, really good physio. But i can’t really comment much, as i’ve only been to physio this once in my life.

Fantastic experience: I've suffered with back problems for almost 20 years, and despite multiple brief stints with other physios, numerous GP visits and painkillers, never could get it under control. Guy worked with me on a plan that really worked for me - it felt tailored to my needs, and he always listened and challenged me to make sure I had a good understanding. I'm in the best shape I've ever been now, and though I feel like I've got all the tools I need to keep my back healthy, if I ever have issues you'd better believe I'm going back to see Guy! Fantastic experience: I went to Prime in October last year with a sore glute area on my left side and with in 15 minutes Guy diagnosed me with Glute Med Tindopathy, he than put together six weeks worth of rehabilitation sessions which Phoebe went through with me and after my 5th session I was able to start jogging without any discomfort. The care and service i received from Guy and Phoebe was exactly. They both went above and beyond to help me get back running. I would not hesitate in recommending Prime Preformnce Physiotherapy.

When I first started using their services I was unable to walk without a stick and was largely housebound. These days, I play netball, dance, lift weights, go for long walks, and live the life I always dreamed of. My journey is completely down to the support and expertise of PPP's staff, especially Guy. I have used their physiotherapy, personal training, shockwave therapy, and sports massage services, and can wholeheartedly recommend it all. They have helped me recover from issues like sciatica, tennis elbow, and tendonitis, and have dramatically reduced my chronic knee pain and neck pain. I plan to use their services for as long as I possibly can to help me manage my condition and become my strongest self. If you feel that nothing else can help you, I urge you to try Prime Performance instead of giving up. I am confident you will be shocked by what you can achieve.

Fantastic experience: After just 2 sessions with prime physio the results were amazingly successful. I went with a rotator cuff shoulder injury that had been getting worse over a year. After failed doctors and chiropractor appointments I had 6 sessions with Prime and the results were miraculous. I now am back to full recovery playing sport again and cant thank the team enough. Fantastic experience: I've seen Guy over the last 2 years with a dodgy shoulder that has stopped me from competing in the pool. He identified the issue immediately and was able to give me a really good program for recovery. The massage and acupuncture was really helpful in releasing the tension and tightness I had in the shoulder and I'm still using the exercises to this day. Going into the Gym clinic was especially useful as we made sure I was completing all the exercises correctly. Guy even looked at some exercises I often complete in the gym to ensure I was moving safely and efficiently. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Guy and his team a few months ago after suffering for a while with a hamstring injury. During this time I’ve not only seen significant improvement in my injury but also learnt a lot about my own body including aspects which are unique to me and that I need to be mindful of in the future. My treatment has not just included rehab but also some strength and conditioning, recently involving work in the gym. Having Guy and his team’s input and observation during the rehab and gym-based exercises have been especially beneficial in order to understand how to correctly perform particular movements. I’ve always found Guy to be both professional and approachable. Any aspect of physical care has the potential to feel quite vulnerable but Guy is very good at creating a safe, respectful and relaxing environment. He is extremely knowledgable in his field and is good at explaining complex aspects of physiology into lay terms. Guy and his team are also really good at understanding personal goals and I feel they take an interest in this and account for it in their treatment plans. Finally, I just wanted to add that you may notice many of these reviews are from athletes or aspiring athletes (which shows the level of expertise Guy is able to work at), but I am not one of these athletes - and nor will I ever be! I believe the service provided by Guy would be beneficial for anyone and I have no hesitation recommending Prime Performance.

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t recommend Guy and the team enough! Our swimming son had a quad issue that was limiting his performance. Guy diagnosed the problem effortlessly and suggested a course of action with Saffron. Consistency in the high quality and rigour of care and consistency in the high level of enthusiasm Guy brings to solving problems and providing easy to follow guidance on rehab exercises.
