Fantastic experience: I hadn't been for a massage for a while and it was the first time with Shay. All brilliant. deep tissue and I could definitely feel the affects for the following few days.

Fantastic experience: 1st time here but I would highly recommend and will definitely come back when I need help with my back again. Shay took his time asking lots of questions about my health and previous experiences as well as diagnosing the issues before beginning a deep tissue massage. He then went through a series of stretches to help loosen the muscles post appointment and sent me a copy of them all by email to complete at home to aid recovery I’m starting to feel the benefits already so I’m improving every day thanks to his help.

Fantastic experience: FIRST CLASS! As a former fighter I’ve had loads of injuries over the years all round the world, and seen many practitioners to help get me back to work. I rank Body Repair Clinic right at the top. After a serious injury was misdiagnosed and dismissed at hospital: Chela got me in straight away, knew what was up immediately and started a treatment plan that got me back to work rapidly. The standard of care and expertise was excellent; the staff were all friendly, highly supportive and charismatic. The facility is excellently equipped, clean and pleasant to be in. I looked forward to going every week to rehab and felt better every time after leaving. If any of the athletes from my team, or my family get injured from their sports, I don’t hesitate to get them straight to Body Repair Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I Have been to body repair clinic a couple of times now to see Will the Physiotherapist. The plans in place the questions asked and how comfortable he makes you feel is second to none, I have been to many physios in my time about my shoulder pain due to my job and boxing training, this is the first time I have felt I am making progress in fixing the issue thanks to Wills help.

Fantastic experience: Ive had 3 treatments with Victoria over the last 6 weeks. Full body massage, massage facial and MLD massage then a stint on the Red Light Therapy machine. The full body massage was probably one of the best ive ever had (and I have had alot over the years). The facial was so relaxing and I felt glowing after. The Manual Lymphatic Drainiage massage was a first for me and something I will incorporate in my self care going forward. Fantastic experience: Mt first visit to my son's, (Dean Montague), new-ish working environment where I received a warm friendly welcome and met some of the lovely people he works with! First MLD treatment followed by red light therapy that I've ever had and I left feeling tired and sore. Then I slept for 10 hours and woke up completely pain free for the first time in weeks! Fantastic experience: I have been having regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Vicki this year in order to reduce swelling following a number of operations! The treatment is fabulous, very relaxing and most importantly I can physically see and feel the reduction in swelling immediately after each session! Not only have the treatments been valuable with regards to the reduction of swelling and an overall feeling of well being but I have learned so much about the lymphatic system and how the body works from Vicki! Vicki is a true professional and it is very clear that she is an expert in her field! She takes time to listen and has researched my condition in her own time in an attempt to educate us both further! Vicki has a way of relaying information in a clear and concise way that is easy to understand! The environment that Vicki has created is tranquil and there is very much a feeling of it being a safe space free of any judgement ! We discuss everything from daily life and menopause to anything that is on our minds during these session so it really feels we are adding additional value in more ways than one way and we have become friends . However, on occasion there are times that I just want to relax, unwind and enjoy the experience in silence and there is no obligation to talk as Vicki reads the room very well and adapts. I have also had a couple of skin tightening sessions combined with my MLD and have really noticed a difference to the size of certain areas of my body, I’m particular my stomach! Facials with Vicki are also fabulous and I was blown away at how smooth, healthy and rejuvenated my skin was immediately after a lymphatic drainage facial, something I had never heard of previously! I have no hesitation in recommending the Body Repair clinic to anyone seeking a therapeutic or post op treatment. The facilities are fab , the staff great and Vicki tremendous!

One of my first treatments with her was the mesotherapy and the results were amazing, with an instant reduction in the dark circles under my eyes which was perfect before my wedding. I’ve since become pregnant and whilst I can’t have all treatments, Victoria has individualised things to suit me and make sure the products used are safe and adapted to my skin as it changes throughout my pregnancy. Fantastic experience: I went to Victoria originally for lymphatic drainage massage after having a tummy tuck and she helped my recovery so much with them! I then went on to have wood therapy and a facial, my skin was so amazing after! She deffinately is a master of her craft and she just absolutely makes you feel so comfortable. Fantastic experience: On first impressions, the main standout for this clinic was how friendly and professional all staff were, as well as being passionate and knowledgeable about their job. I had two separate injuries in my time here. My physio helped me to understand the cause of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain initially, I was shown exercises and given a plan to follow to help strengthen the problem area and what I could do to maintain that long term. I’ve been coming to the Body Repair Clinic for a while now and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Chela eased the pain, but went one step further and wasn’t quite happy with previous diagnosis so sent me for a private scan. After months of visiting physiotherapists, doctors, hopital scanning and xray with the most 10/10 pain in my shoulder and arm I had ever had. I could not use my arm or sleep I still had no diagnosis. Everyone saying it was not frozen shoulder. The first relief I had was receiving gua sha treatment from Chela. Chela then began her own research on my behalf in her own time, armed with Chela's findings I went private. I did have frozen shoulder and was operated on and recovered within 2 months. Even then the prive physio caused pain in my neck which Cheka rhen fixed. Chela is professional, knowledgable, has a genuine warmth and friendliness that you know you can trust her. Along with the reassurance that you are going to get positive results, from every appointment. Chela goes above and beyond, providing exercises to expidite revovery between appointments, even knocking walls down to install a gym to make sure we are doing exercises properly. Chela has also fixed my disjointed left hip (doctors thought it was my back) and is very busy working on my right hip. I would hightly recommend Chela to everyone either suffering from spine, joint or muscle pain, or just wanting to prevent it.
