Fantastic experience: Came here when I was having back problems. Jon just about at once diagnosed me with a bulging disc which in turn was giving me sciatica down my leg. Jon is professional and knowledgeable and I’m very grateful for the correct diagnosis.
Negative experience: I really have had a terrible experience with this practice. Not only does my back hurt a lot worse after multiple sessions, but they tried to charge me £50 for missing a session, even though I had a genuine reason! To do this when people have things going on, at a time when the cost of living is where it is, is an absolute disgrace. They’ve forced me into a position where I’ve now got to find another chiropractor, start all over again, and try and explain what’s wrong with me even though I don’t even know because it was caused by the sessions at this practice! Not to mention the absolute salty attitude of the receptionist who is dealing with not only myself, but other people in pain and quite frankly should have a bit more compassion. Would kindly recommend you avoid this practice if you want to be dealt with competently.

We would like to clarify that we have a clear 24-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for all patients and to allow appointment times to be offered to others who need care. On a previous occasion, a same-day cancellation was not charged as a gesture of goodwill and understanding. However, following a further missed appointment without notice, the standard policy was applied.
We always aim to approach situations with compassion and flexibility where possible, while also maintaining consistency in how we apply our policies.
In relation to your treatment, care was provided over multiple sessions, and we always encourage patients to communicate openly so we can adjust care as needed. We also take feedback regarding communication seriously and will review this internally.
We genuinely wish you the best moving forward.
Negative experience: I really have had a horrible experience with this practice. Not only does my back feel actually worse than when I started treatment, but they tried to charge me £50 for not showing up, even though I had a genuine reason! Then the receptionist (with a very salty attitude!) tried saying that we could negotiate, proceeded to book me an appointment, to then ring me back and say that the charge will be imposed. Even though I was never made aware of this policy! Now I’m going to have to find another practice, start all over again, mid treatment! Would recommend you avoid this practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here to see Angel for over a year. She's is extremely knowledgeable and professional and always fixes me perfectly and keeps me aligned and in good shape. It's so important to find a good chiropractor and she is great. I can't recommend her and this clinic enough. It is a very welcoming place and you feel comfortable and at ease straight away. All the staff here are so wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Fantastic experience: Been going to this clinic for nearly three years now. After I hurt myself, I was in agony for about four months. After seeing Angel a few times she corrected my shoulders and neck. Since then she has helped with many injuries and helped quite a lot with info and advice to help me look after myself better.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Angel for over a year and I can honestly say she is absolutely brilliant. The entire team from the front desk to the medical staff are really nice and inviting. Not having been to a chiropractor before I was a little sceptical but I can honestly say it truly helps. Fantastic experience: When you first walk into the practice you are met by either Karen or Lynne. They make sure you feel welcome and relaxed. They chat and listen so by the time you go to see Jon all nerves and fears have gone, they are both so nice and friendly. Jon is a miracle worker. I am never sure what he does but by the time he has finished you know you feel better. When I first came to the practice I was unable to stand for long. I volunteer in a charity shop and found I had to sit down within 15 mins and even then the pain in my back was quite intense. Within the first month I was not only standing the whole time with little or no pain but I was able to do things I had not done for long time, like move my furniture instead of having to wait for help. Thank you to all the team for your care and attention. I would recommend Forest Hall Chiropractor 100% and more.

Fantastic experience: An excellent Chiropractor clinic that was recommended to me by family members. I have only had a few sessions with Angel so far, but she has been amazing, taking the time to understand my issues and walking me through the full process. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I had a car accident when I was 22 and lost the full range of movement in my neck and lower back. I also suffer with arthritis, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Now at 58, after treatment with Jon W. Toward, I feel like a new woman! My hips have been realigned, I’m walking straight again after years of leaning to the left, and the relief has been incredible. Fantastic experience: I have only had my 1st appointment and even though I was worried Angel put me at ease. She really took her time to understand my worries and circumstance all the while making each other laugh. Very professional and by my second appointment which is soon I will be confident in the process. I forgot to take the receptionists name who was on today and she was brilliant too. Came out surprised at the difference a couple of tweaks have made but I see this is more of a journey thing rather than a magic wand. I recon this is better then going to see a GP and just getting pain relief all the time though. It is pricey but what is the price of your health. On a night out we would easily spend £80 on drink so if you are in pain why not spend the money better. Fingers crossed I get to the point where I am not going to have to be a regular, but I have to trust the process now.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad back for just over 20 years and had tried numerous physios etc. This was my first Chiropractor (Stu) and within 3 weeks the pain has gone. Absolutely amazing, my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I went to this clinic with a stiff neck but no major issues just wanted a bit of a rebalance. Seen Jon and was adjusted. The adjustment was ok but I did not feel very comfortable around him. He recommended I continue to come in every week - twice but I didn't feel like this was needed. I felt like he was just to trying to get more money rather than because I actually needed to see him. Since then I've seen someone else in Blaydon who was recommended by my hairdresser and he wants to see me in a month and then again in 2 months with the aim of fixing the issue so that I don't have to come back. Much more in tune with my needs. Do not recommend Jon or this clinic.

Negative experience: £45 pounds for a ten minute appointment with 2 or 3 adjustments isnt value for money in my opinion, seems like they are more interested in getting you in for repeat appointments rather than spending some time actually helping you with the problem you went in with. If they spent a little longer treating you then the likely hood is you wouldnt need so many costly visits. These act more like salesmen than chiropractors.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Jon for many years and always manages to sort my neck and hip pain out. He and his team are extremely friendly and professional! I have also taken my 13 year old granddaughter and 15 year old grandson and he is very patient and explains everything to them!!! So much do that my grandson keeps finding reasons to visit so he can question Jon about all things chiropractic and to chat to Karen ( receptionist) who he thinks is wonderful and a little crazy!!
