Negative experience: £47 for an initial quick chat in which you learn nothing new is a con. Can’t believe you are charging this much for a quick chat. Unless you genuinely need continual treatment, I wouldn’t bother.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Cameron this evening who was very professional, listened to my issues, followed by a thorough assessment, treatment and advice. I felt very happy with the appointment and am happy to return in the advised 2 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I saw Keith for several sessions after I broke ankle my ankle. I honestly cannot thank him enough, excellent advice and treatment and always a friendly pleasant visit with him. The reception staff are lovely and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nicole Spiro - Senior Physiotherapist treated me for a TMJ Jaw problem. She has managed to ease the pain levels and enabled me to really get on top of the recovery i needed. she is Intuitive, Compassionate, with Excellent communication skills. My experience on the whole has been superb right from the reception staff to Nicole. I am thankful for their professionalism and couldn't recommend Barnes Physio highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Feeling better already…

Negative experience: I was in treatment with another physio i went there for a shockwave session and all I got is wasting time and money just talking to me and got Touched my Achilles tendon 5 minutes! They have no ideas about physio!

Fantastic experience: Rob Mast is an excellent physiotherapist and his skill with the needle is unsurpassed. He is sympathetic and listens carefully and consults you on treatment in a professional manner. I have been treated by him for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my knees as much as I do him. I recommend him highly.

Negative experience: Katie Barnes treated me like I was so stupid. She made me feel as though I wasnt an individual and that my time wasn't as valuable as hers. Life is stressful but being polite doesn't cost the earth.

Fantastic experience: Any sign of aches and this is the place to go, sorted my plantar fasciitis after having pain for years.

The ladies on reception are always friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend them. There is no where else I would go.

Fantastic experience: Just received an amazing treatment at The Barnes Practice from Cerys!!! After an assessment she started her treatment which was a deep tissue massage and dry needles ( which I've never had before) Cerys gave me some exercise to do at home. I've woke up this morning feeling so much better, booked in again with her for next week!! Highly recommended this practice xx

Fantastic experience: After suffering a nasty car accident, and suffering from anxiety, I was very sceptical about physiotherapy.. But the whole practice is so professional, the staff are amazing and the ladies at reception are warm and funny.. A special thank you to Cerys who not only got me back to physical fitness, but also someone who really helped me by listening during treatment. Fantastic experience: Booked in for some shockwave treatments (on tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis). Online booking was great, the prices were cheaper than back in Cumbria and the two therapists knew their stuff and recommended exercises to continue the treatment. Highly recommend.

I've had four sessions of dry needling and massage for a shoulder/neck injury and would highly recommended The Barnes Practice for anyone in need of physiotherapy. As well as the treatment, I was given exercises to do at home and am now on my way to being pain free for the first time in months
