Fantastic experience: I had my first ever chiropractic treatment with Mark, I didn’t know what to expect , but the experience ended up amazing! Improving my flexibility, posture, sleep, fixing the pain I had in my back from years! He is really professional and uses gentle movements to adjust the whole body, I noticed improvements almost immediately. Im really happy with my decision to have my treatment with him.

Negative experience: I had recently set an appointment to see the chiropractor, but was just diagnosed with a brain tumour so I couldn’t attend, after giving adequate notice that I couldn’t attend the rude receptionist told me that they would take legal action against me for not attending or paying for the treatment that I wouldn’t be having. Like just being told you have a brain tumour is not enough stress. It’s absolutely disgusting. I would avoid this practice at all costs if you’re looking for a calm stress free experience this is not the place.

Fantastic experience: After seeing a number of other chiropractors, osteopaths and physios I must say that Simon's technique is second to none having improved my mobility and relieved my pain in very few treatments. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I've visited Simon three times over the last two years. Each time I have come away feeling considerably better! In just a 30-minute treatment he can really get to the cause of my neck/shoulder/jaw tension and quickly relieve any discomfort. I have recommended him to friends and family and would definitely return if I needed any further help!

Fantastic experience: After Simon stopped practicing in Hackney I had not had any proper treatment that could keep my back in check, so obviously it relapsed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this treatment. He has been able to enable me to walk properly again. Best practice if you need a chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Simon’s for a couple of decades in his London practice. I was devastated when I learned that he was moving to Hertford full time two years ago. I still use him regularly because I have not found anyone in London that can do what he does despite trying for those two years. Simon is so much more than a Chiropractor; his wholistic approach to his patients makes him stand out from the crowd. Simon listens to a patient and actively works to understand exactly what is needed and somehow manages to deliver exactly what is required to meet those needs. Most recently, I presented with femoral nerve pain which woke me up six times the night before. Last night I slept through the night. Magic.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from back pain for some time, which I never understood as I'm young and healthy, I visited other chiropractors and always felt that they never really listened to what I was telling them about my pain, so i was a bit skeptical at first about trying another. From my very first visit, Simon absolutely put me at ease, listened to what I told him about my pain and then used a variety of treatments to help target those issues. He doesn't try to oversell you treatment or use any fancy language that non-medical people don't understand; it is straight-forward sound treatment to address your individual needs. I now visit Simon on a regular basis as part of my health-MOT and my back pain has improved so much more than I could have expected. The clinic is clean, relaxing and comfortable to be in. Rebecca is also always a friendly face to be greeted by! I love my visits and now feel much better. I couldn't recommend Simon and the team more!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I did have knee problems (kneecap tilted, stiffness, blocking, clicking etc.) since a slippery fall few years ago. Since I waited for too long it got worse over time and was getting blocked literally on the street or during climbing the stairs leaving me powerless. Being in fear of potential consequences if left untreated I decided to email Simon to establish whether my problem could be solved with some sort of a delicate joints manipulation. I booked 2 sessions initially which took place at Stoke Newington clinic back then. We started with consultation, my MRI scan results and me explaining how my knee was blocking itself. I stayed for the initial 1st 30 minutes treatment which was performed in a pain free manner.It was a very well-structured session with lots of stretching, gentle movements performed in a super relaxing atmosphere. Simon made a great effort by pulling out my leg to the maximum in order to even up the kneecap position and to stretch it in every possible direction. It felt like my knee was handled with laser precision and care. All the painful areas around the kneecap that I had marked on skin were addressed by Simon. During the 2nd session the procedure was repeated and intensified by kneecap adjustment instrument. Also dry needling procedure was performed to relax my tight quadriceps muscle. After the 2nd treatment was over I walked out from Simon`s clinic feeling light and pain – free. Finally I was able to stand equally on both legs with my knees naturally relaxed/ Thank You Simon. Currently my treatment with Simon continues at the Hertford East clinic for calf muscles and neuropathic pains already bringing first signs of relief with the same level of precision and attention given by Simon accompanied by his supportive and professional Reception personnel/ Thank you All

Fantastic experience: I have had ongoing daily coccyx pain for the last 23 years following a fall on it. I had seen my GP, had physio, done pilates and yoga and had no improvement at all. The last resort would have been surgical removal of my coccyx but I booked a session with Simon instead to see if he could help. Fantastic experience: Having experienced severe back and neck pain for a considerable period of time I was advised to see Dr Simon Lloyd. The treatment I received was excellent, he was very professional and knowledgeable and instilled a great confidence in his ability to treat me. There has been an improvement but I recognise I will need further treatments. I would not hesitate in recommending this excellent Chiropractor to anyone requiring treatment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. Went to see Simon due to a lower back problem. After 4 sessions the pain and discomfort had almost completely gone allowing me to move from weekly sessions to monthly maintenance sessions. The week after my first session, Simon provided me with a full report of what the issues were and a plan going forward. He also gave me a very helpful printout with exercises for me to do at home in between appointments to ensure that the improvement continue. Can't recommend highly enough (so much so I've already connected other family members with Simon!)

Fantastic experience: Simon is absolutely brilliant. Initially the bodywork I had was focused on my hip and pelvis and then became more holistic as various postural misalignments were spotted. Simon is really skilled with a wide range of techniques and puts a lot of effort in to do as much good as possible. The clinic is now my go to place for loosening up, de-stressing the body and keeping the joints and muscles healthy. Not to mention I travel 2 hours to see him. He is the best abouslute best and I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this wasn't a good experience so I will try and be as objective as possible. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming at the start. After the obligatory health screening, I explained a rather debilitating problem with my wrist that was negatively impacting my day to day life. I am not a specialist so I am sure what the therapist was doing was fine. However, there was no conversation as to why he was doing what he was doing which I found a little strange. It got to the end of the appointment and unfortunately the next available appointment was a month away. Here I would of expected some form of aftercare as in exercises or stretches to do at home as what I had tried had been unsuccessful of course. Back at reception, the receptionist was trying to fit me in but Simon opened his door and I quote "he only needs 20 minutes". Maybe I do but it is not what I expected to hear.

Fantastic experience: As an office worker and someone who regularly does sport, I have chronic muscle and back/shoulder pain. Simon was very professional and could promptly give the correct treatment for my problems. He also did the spine alignment for me it was wonderful. The practice was hygiene and cozy. Fantastic experience: Simon has been brilliant, a really effective chiropractor who I’d highly recommend. I have been seeing him regularly through my pregnancy, it’s made a huge difference to my back and pelvic pain.

Fantastic experience: Simon is a godsend. I saw him on several occasions towards the end of my pregnancy to get baby in best position to enable a natural and timely labour. The treatment was really refreshing. I had been to several different practitioners who were all slightly cautious with me given that I was heavily pregnant but Simon is comfortable with pregnancy and was very competent. I felt more comfortable, baby moved into the right position and came only a day late. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment and service from Simon, would thoroughly recommend it, he's got me from hobbling to walking on a number of occasions and I go for regular maintenance as well. Marie and Olga are always very friendly and helpful too.
