Fantastic experience: Had a really bad neck and shoulders for about 6 weeks. Saw a couple of good physio's that I’ve used before who both did a good job elevating the issue for a few days. Decided to get a sports massage and googled “sports massage Abingdon”. These guys came up so called and got an appointment that day, was told over the phone how to pay and what to wear etc. I arrived and was met by Hannah Parr, she went through a detailed appraisal, she then methodically went through the problem areas using techniques I’d not experienced before, she then taped my shoulder into position at the end and gave some good tips for posture etc. Hannah then had me booked for the following week for a follow up. Hannah was quite young but had 3 years of experience, I have to say the treatment was fantastic and my neck and shoulders feel significantly better already (I had the treatment 6 hours ago). I use physios and masseuse’s quite a bit, i went here expecting a fairly generic sports massage but came out with a detailed diagnosis of the issue, a mid term fix for keeping my shoulder in position and some longer term tips for prevention. I was very impressed. Good value for £45 for an initial treatment too.

Fantastic experience: I was having lower back problems and after unsuccessfully trying to work on core exercises myself it was getting too painful and irritating sitting for too long and with walking as well it was becoming noticeable that something wasn't right. Sophie did her work and also explained what would have caused it and how to correct aspects of things I was doing wrong before. After a few sessions it's like perfect, my movement is so much better, exercising is enjoyable again and Sophie helped me correct other ideas around posture. Highly recommended
