Without him my life would be unbearable and I wouldnt be able to enjoy my time in Oxford with my best friends and their family. Fantastic experience: I saw Tom Bedford for two sessions on the recommendation of a relative after struggling with back and neck pain. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, explain it clearly, and perform some manipulations that sorted my pain out in less than two weeks. I would definitely go back and recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to chiropractors before I found osteopathy and honestly I’ll never go back. Tom’s just brilliant. He always manages to fix whatever’s going on and usually I don’t need to see him again for ages, sometimes even a couple of years. Recently I’ve been going a bit more often because pregnancy made everything flare up again, but every single time he sorts it and I’m back to normal. His expert assessment and then skilful manipulation to release what was locked up meant I walk away after my session with my body feeling instantly more free and the pain almost gone. Fantastic experience: I have just returned from my third visit to Rachael Watts for massage therapy. She is amazing. I have pain in my neck, shoulders, back and upper arms and she has worked wonders at relieving the pain and numerous knots in all of these areas, giving me more movement. Before this latest visit I suddenly developed knee pain, making it difficult to walk. Again, Rachael has worked on this area too and it is already feeling better. I would highly recommend Rachael. She is friendly and professional and asks questions about where the pain is and explains what she is doing to relieve it. I feel so much better and will be booking to see her again very soon.

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent care at Iffley Turn Practice in the last year. Initially, I attended the practice with some of the normal back issues that plague all of us who sit at a computer for much of the day. This was the first time that I received treatment from Summeara Bedford and I was very impressed by how effective the exercises that she gave me to do on a daily basis proved to be. I lost the 'slump' and felt an inch taller after only a couple of months. So when I injured my left knee quite badly in the summer, I went to her. Despite consultations with a surgeon, an MRI and two X-rays, no one could tell me what I had done to make my knee so unstable, losing about 60% of its normal power. The person who worked out the precise injury turned out to be Summeara. She has the patience and the natural curiosity to ask questions, to keep examining my injury through her massage and then, at no extra cost, to write a detailed letter for the NHS musculoskeletal service in Oxford to read. As a result of her support, I have a key appointment in February, and, if an intervention is required, necessary surgery will go ahead. Without Summeara's thorough consideration of the nature of the injury, I would still be hobbling around without any idea of the exact problem. Summeara works closely with clients and has great insight into how our bodies work. Unlike many in the medical profession, she is a great listener. To my mind, she is healer. Fantastic experience: I had two appointments with Ben Ousey, as I'd hurt my shoulder. After the first appointment the pain/discomfort improved considerably and, after the second appointment, my shoulder feels right as rain. Mr Ousey is a very skilled practitioner and clear communicator - I was able to talk things over with him, which really helped me to keep track of developments in my treatment. It's great to have someone of this caliber around! I would certainly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I have been sceptical about chiropractors and osteopaths for years from various bad experiences and also from their lack of standard medicine practice. For the first time I was not just pleasantly surprised but wowed by the professionalism and expertise of Mrs S Bedford at Iffley Turn Practice in Oxford. She heard in detail all of my issues and where the pain was, worked on me with techniques I never imagined possible and shown me immediate results in my movements. Fantastic experience: My honest review of iffley turn practice. Since 2021 I've suffered with cervicogenic headaches which are extremely painful & have caused me to suffer anxiety & depression. Shortly after being diagnosed with the mentioned above I was in desperate need of help & here's where (iffley turn practice) comes in. The staff at the ITP we're amazing especially the gentleman Ben ousey who was the person who genuinely turned my life around physically & mentally, I honestly don't know where I'd be now without the help of Ben . I had an ongoing problem with a pain in my temple for which my GP initially put me on Steroids, thinking it might be Temporal Arteritis. It wasn't thank goodness. Finally it was suggested it might be a 'mechanical problem' so I made my appointment at IT. I had had this condition for about 6 months by now but it only took 4 sessions with Summeara, and her targeted neck and back manipulation to free up the nerve that was trapped within my solid muscles. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Tom’s for many years now, seven to be precise, and in every instance I’ve had to visit Tom at the clinic to deal with my lower back issues he ‘s always managed to resolve the underling cause of my lower back pain. In no small measure Tom has had a big influence in the way I approach my musculoskeletal health promoting the importance of physical exercise and body movement. This has reduced the number of lower back spasm episodes significantly, which has given me better quality of life. I cannot speak highly enough of Tom’s knowledge and professionalism. I have had other treatments elsewhere and rate Tom at the very top.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with lower back pain since my first child was born nearly 9 years ago. I tried absolutely everything to find some kind of relief, I had physiotherapy and acupuncture I saw a chiropractor and an osteopath (elsewhere) recieved MRI and CT scans with nothing showing, I then had three sacroiliac joint injections but still nothing worked for me. I then lost 4 stone in weight in the hope my back pain would ease. Still nothing! A family member recommended Tom Bedford to me and after just one session my back pain had gone completely. Fantastic experience: After 18 months of constant hip and groin pain and a ridiculous amount of scans, Physio and antibiotics and still no diagnosis for my pains, I went and saw Tom Bedford at Iffley Turn Practice who pretty quickly suspected I had a labrum tear in my right hip and suggested I had an mri arthrogram to specifically look for this issue. Well he was absolutely right and I am now due key hole surgery to repair the issue. I am so glad I went to see him. Easy booking system, Tom was great, welcoming and friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: My 5 years old daughter had cricked her neck out of sudden with extreme pain which we had to take her to A&E. Half of her body locked down and couldn’t move. After A&E’s treatment, the pain went, however one of her right shoulder was much higher than her left, her spin was in ‘S’ shape. Summeara from Iffley Turn Practice took her on the same day after soon after our A&E visit. With her treatment, my daughter’s symptom had significantly improvement.
