Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Alison, she has treated me with BPPV Virtigo. I have had epley manoeuvre whenever I have vertigo. Alison is always so accommodating and fits me in whenever I have an episode. Having vertigo is so diabilitating, stops you from having any kind life temporarily, and in this desperation, Alison is a God send I 100% would recommend Alison. Fantastic experience: I have been goin to Allison for about 5 years now and can always trust her to take a holistic view and look for root causes to whatever symptoms i am experiencing. I can trust her without hesitation, and know that i always feel better leaving than when i arrived.

Fantastic experience: I am a golfer and have been treated on several occasions by Alison for joint pain and trapped nerves. Recently I have had a severe knee problem, the cause of which proved more difficult to diagnose. Alison correctly pinpointed that it was as a side effect of an infection and improved after treatment and recommendation of antibiotics and probiotics. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Alison is amazing and has magic hands! I have come back to Oxspines over a period of about 7 years now since before the birth of my first child. I never need to come back very often though as she works wonders! I had quite severe PGP during both pregnancies and Alison was able to help me stabilise and find some relief both times. I am a dancer so often find myself with niggling injuries, Alison is able to quickly get to the root of the problem, even with my hypermobility (which I didn't realise I had until Alison recognised it!) and either fix or offer a great deal of release and relief. I have briefly considered going elsewhere just because of distance (i'm in Banbury) but in the end I always go back to Oxspines as I trust Alison to know my body and what it needs. I have had no luck with NHS physio over the years either so I hands down recommend Oxspines for your holistic bodies health! I have also enjoyed Alison's Pelvic floor workshops and find it wonderful that she also trains and teaches in other complimentary modalities such as irest meditiation and yoga.

As a plus size athlete, I have lost count of the times issues are attributed to ‘weight’ and was understandably nervous about being vulnerable in front of a therapist. I needn’t have been. I also used to get regular trapped nerves in my neck and these stopped completely after seeing Alison. When I developed a migraine and aching hips, it was her advice I sought rather than my GP. She really knows what questions to ask to determine your problem. She gave me all the moves and exercises to try and they worked. Did I mention this was all online during quarantine?! I never hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Alison has magic hands.My lower back clicked and popped after bending forward and twisting to the side in a restricted area. I had a strong contraction down the right side resulting in severe pain and limping and very restricted movement. I left it a week before seeking treatment hoping it would resolve. It just got worse and seemed to have settled in. After 30 mins treatment with Alison I felt immediately improved and a second session 2 days later has continued the improvement. Not only that she has worked on other areas of my body to increase movement. I wished I hadn't waited a week. Thank you very much, Alison. PS I really had doubts that I could go skiing but she put me back together after a few more visits! I am looking forward to having a massage sometime too.

Have always had back niggles but after a car accident last year I was left with a constant pain, after 13 sessions with a Physiotherapist and descriptively explaining where the pain is the result was no joy or resolution. I was recommended by a friend on to Alison, I arrived, briefly explained about the car accident and within seconds Alison had found the painful area, rectified, explained the issue and continued to make me feel the best I felt in years. This has now allowed me to start training and running again after a very painful 6 months after the accident. I now through choice book in to see Alison at least every 3 months and I thoroughly enjoy going to see her and having her putting me back to how I should be!!

Fantastic experience: I was virtually immobile after twisting my back playing squash. Alison managed to see me the next day, and the improvement was pretty dramatic.
