I walked in, and Danielle made me feel so comfortable and listened to all my issues and concerns. I was worried, and I hate the sound of clicking bones. So on my first treatment, Danielle released a lot of my tension in my shoulders and across my back, I felt amazing straight away. I’ve had many appointments now, but wow, what a difference it’s made. Fantastic experience: Went to see Nathan at the start of the year due to severe stiffness and soreness in my lower back. Nathan explained the reason for this and explained the treatment plan in order to rectify this and prevent it from reoccurring again. The treatment was really good and pain free and I was back to normal within 2 weeks. A plan to fully release the tension in my back was put forward and ive been feeling better each week and more flexible than I have for years. Great treatment and professional service provided. Can't recommend better.

I felt instant pain relief from just my first two sessions and subsequent sessions have been effective in sustaining the pain relief as well fixing my posture. Danielle's approach is great - warm, positive and very person centred. I always get an educational session alongside the treatment! And she ensures the treatment ties into goals that are personally meaningful to me and has been flexible with appointment times that fit in with my schedule. Definitely recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: 10/10! Tom has been helping me with my back pain for around 8-9 months now. When I first visited, I could barely walk after laying/sitting down due to the pain my back was causing me. However, from my first consultation with Tom, the pain eased massively. Now I’m back in the gym, and only visit once every 6 weeks to check in!
