Fantastic experience: Jack has been fantastic! He walked me through everything and checked in on me throughout both treatments I’ve had with him. He has never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable and always asks me if he’s okay to do certain things before he does them. He’s fantastic for getting rid of pain and is a lovely man!

Fantastic experience: I cant recommend Ben and his team enough, you will not find a more knowledgeable osteopath then him in the area. I picked him based on his reputation and many friends that referred him. I have been 2 times now and will be visiting often as he helped me with my rehab of a serious Multi ligament knee injury. I have seen improvements already in my range of motion after 16 weeks after knee surgery and the personalised rehab plan Ben has given me is easy to follow and do at home.

Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe arthtitis in my right hip. I have spent the last 10 months in significant pain. I had my first treatment session with Jack on the the 08/11/2025. I was provided with a 1:1 consultation that was excellent. Jack helped me by explaining the anatomy and what has been actually happening to my hip joint and the muscles surrounding it. Jack's treatment was exceptionally professional. He took an interest in 'me' as a person and my pain. Jack's approach is very person - centred. Jack provided me with a personal treatment plan and easy to follow exercises for me to do at home. The treatment Jack gave together with the exercises have been a huge benefit to me. I returned today -15/11/2025 in a lot less pain to that of last week. Jack expressed that this was noticeable as I had more movement in my hip. During treatment Jack explains everything that he is going to do in a knowledgeable, kind and caring manner. He reassured me throughout the treatment. Again, I have been provided with more tailored exercises to add to my plan. I cannot recommend Jack enough. The treatment he has given me in two sessions has improved my quality of life. I am now able to walk and move my hip as the pain has lessened significantly. Thank you Jack!

No football at all for the last 3 weeks, no PE at school, booked him in to the clinic with a lovely young man called Jack. My son said Jack was so helpful, explaining everything, and giving him great advice. Fantastic experience: Jack was great! Really polite and welcoming. Asked loads of questions before hand, asked how I’ve been since I was last in and asked if there were any certain areas I wanted to focus on Jack talked me through everything he was doing and what muscles he was working at the time. Constantly checking if I was in any discomfort or if he was going too deep with the massage. Listened to what I had to say regarding pain/soreness/tightness and worked with that. Overall Really great experience and would 100% book back in with Jack in the future!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca Messenger is the most effective osteopath I’ve ever seen. I initially visited after a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Rebecca is highly knowledgeable, ethical, straightforward and treated all my problems - including ones I wasn’t aware of! She is professional and friendly and has a genuine warmth about her. As someone with multiple chronic conditions, I am so glad to have found an osteopath who I trust completely, who really understands what I need to relieve my symptoms and improve my pain levels. If you have any muscular/skeletal problems I highly recommend you pay her a visit!

Fantastic experience: A visit to Rebecca concerning my bad back resulted in my referral to my GP for high blood pressure issues. Without her thorough checks before starting treatment anything could have happened to me. With my blood pressure now under control the physio treatment is now relieving my bad back issues. Many Thanks Rebecca your a lifesaver as well as a great physio.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent practice which already is showing results, Ben has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the human anatomy and where all my aches and pains come from. Very professional and super friendly, but the only downside is that he is a Watford fan.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Swansea pain relief back in early 2023 with a long-standing hip problem. Ben was able to assess the issue and diagnose the cause of my pain. He has since provided me with a comprehensive rehab program that has compromised of an exercise program that has been reviewed and advanced through the process. It has also included sports massage treatments. I am now virtually pain-free, and my strength and confidence in the injury has improved massively. Fantastic experience: I went to the Swansea Pain Relief Clinic following a pinched nerve in my right neck area. I was initially assessed by Megan, there were a LOT of questions about my health (all perfectly relevant as it transpires) and, in amongst my 60 years of the usual life stuff, I divulged that I’d had breast cancer the previous year. Megan had been able to make a correct diagnosis for me but then I carried on having treatments on Friday mornings so I ended up with Ben. Well, today, after my second treatment with him - following an amazing set of treatments including “Rolfing” and “myofascial release” which involved “active stretching” with long out-breaths, I virtually skipped down the street afterwards, smiling at everybody and feeling that I’d finally “come home” back into my body again, and it felt both familiar and hugely comforting. I was so immobile after my surgery then during my five gruelling months of chemotherapy and, despite best efforts, I’d, quite literally, seized up. I was then “protecting myself” in stature etc - understandable - which resulted in even less flexibility and more tension as a result. Well, today it was as if Ben was inside my body knowing instinctively what was wrong and how to to sort it. Following treatment I felt 100% alive and back to my old self again, it was a wee bit of an emotional moment to say the least. This is a therapy in which you have to engage and be an active participant. It’s certainly nothing passive, and you really do HAVE to do the recommended exercises in between treatments. Literally you have to let them help you to help yourself. Oh and my goodness, the rewards as a result are so impressive and so well worth persevering. I literally feel as if ten years has been removed from my body and I’m raring to go now. Thank you. Hugely appreciated. Much needed, very welcome and definitely timely. I thorough recommend these guys but be prepared to put the work in yourself too for exceptional results.

Fantastic experience: I went to Swansea Pain Relief as I had pains in my neck, traps and was also experiencing pins and needles down my arm. Ben diagnosed it as nerve irritation in the areas mentioned above. I’ve seen Ben 3 times now and he’s been great, pain and irritation has gone and I’ve regained full mobility.

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Ben for a couple of years now for some ongoing back pain. That may sound like a bad thing but I have ongoing issues with degenerative discs in my lower back. Every time I see Ben I leave feeling a lot looser and in a lot less pain. Suffered with tight hip flexors all my life so squatting at the gym and running were a tough and painful experience. It was an injury that recurred regularly and would put me out for months at a time. Since my treatment with Ben, I have been able to walk pain free and play football again with confidence in my ankle joint. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Zoe enough! I've been seeing Zoe for a couple of years now, first in her previous clinic and now in Western Bay Pain Relief. After a severe ankle break a 7 years ago, I was struggling in constant pain, not only with my ankle but pretty much everything (knees, hips, back, neck) due to the way in which I walk(ed). I was almost a breaking point. Within one session, Zoe put me at ease, reduced my pain, improved my mobility and most importantly gave me hope. Since then, I have been visiting Zoe every 3-5 weeks for treatment. Whilst I will never have full mobility in my ankle, Zoe's treatment helps me to maintain maximum mobility, prevents and rectifies other parts which are impacted my ankle and also keeps me largely pain free. As far as I am concerned, Zoe is a miracle worker - her treatment has been lifechanging for me! I have gone from only walking short distances (and sometimes spending days in bed) to exercising multiple times a week and being able to spend time on my feet doing things that I love. To top it all off, Zoe is always very friendly and clearly enjoys getting to know her clients. As for the clinic - great location, very clean, calming atmosphere. Can't fault it!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start.. Zoe came recommended to me, and like most people, you are always skeptical about other people's experiences.. but how wrong was I. I am about 4 sessions in with not only a broken ankle but a long standing neck and shoulder issue which has until now remained un-diagnosed. Zoe truly is a credit to her industry, she just understands and always finds the pain points and how to work on and with them. It works both ways like anything, and I do keep up my side of the bargain by doing my exercises (homework as we call it) but I can freely state that I am at about 85% - 90% pain free and without Zoe not sure I would have gained that. Fantastic experience: As someone who is fairly active and makes no effort to look after himself I end up carrying a few niggles I decided that I needed to start taking care of myself a bit! After doing some research I came across Ben on Instagram and just from his page it was clear he knew his stuff. I booked an appointment even though it was a 45min drive away from me and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Sitting down with ben and giving him a bit of info on my background, he immediately began to pinpoint issues that may be causing the pain. As the session continued it became clearer that this is a person who has a passion for his work and wants to help. Having suffered from pain in my shoulder for years, I felt a marked improvement just from one session and will be sure to stick with Ben as he gets me back to top shape!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Benjamin twice now with very complicated injuries. I had seen physios about both. And one I had an MRI, xray, and was waiting for an operation for as the specialists couldn't figure it out. Benjamin diagnosed both within im session each time and helped by explaining the anatomy and what has actually been happening. He also did some work on the areas during the session and gave me a rehab plan As a health and fitness coach myself I am very picky with who I visit when it comes to my body. I cannot recommend him enough. if you are struggling with anything, I highly recommend you speak to Benjamin before anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Ben at Western Bay. Ben was friendly and professional and put me very much at ease from the offset. His approach was thorough and methodical, and he zeroed in on the cause of my knee pain in no time at all. I left the clinic feeling an immediate improvement after Ben's treatment, and Ben provided clear and specific actions for me to take in order to continue my recovery at home. Fantastic experience: I'm a personal trainer and like to think I know a thing or two about the human body, but Ben blew that out of the water by finding things I had no idea was even wrong with my own body. Talking me through what could have caused it and the treatment going forward to make sure my body is as healthy as possible. I felt very comfortable during the treatment and felt amazing after even just the first treatment, 100-percent going to become a regular visit since it is just as important as working out for the health of your body. I believe in the clinic so much I'm going to to have my clients go for treatments when they sign up.
