She was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly and provided great advice for stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home. I forgot to ask Kema if there were any particular exercises I should be doing to strengthen the muscles, to stop the feeling of my leg "giving way" . Fantastic experience: I've always had tight muscle knots in my upper back and upper glutes but recently I've been having muscle pain in my lower arm and thumb. I booked in to see Nikki in Swansea and she was amazing! She knew exactly what to do and explained everything to me about the process prior to treatment. I've felt absolutely great today thanks to Nikki, will be booking in again soon

Fantastic experience: I have now had three different sessions with two different osteopaths and have found them both to be very professional during the assessment and treatment process. They have make me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Explained what was going to done and checked with me that I was happy for them to carry out the procedure. I have found that the treatments have relieved some of the pain I have been experiencing. Would recommend this service.

Fantastic experience: I went to try out a sports massage yesterday as I am training for a marathon in the next three weeks and have been doing long distance running for 18 months. I used the practice in Swansea and the lady who did the treatment.was called Emily a very nice warm welcoming woman who really knows how to dog on deep to relieve the tight muscles from the training. I will definitely be going back in the near future and definitely already planning on going the day after my race to get me ready for the next one 4 weeks later.

Fantastic experience: Loved by sports massage here last week. I lift heavy in the gym so needed something to help relax my muscles. It was a great pressure and they really worked through any knots in my back. Some were quite tricky to work through with their location, but it was a good job and my back feels much better. Got in contract yesterday appointment arranged for today and really helpful staff that know what they are talking about and doing. Went in with on going back issues and had a good hour appointment and already starting to feel the benefits. Debbie was able to diagnose the issue just from observing how I was moving. I left pain free and with a comprehensive programme of exercises to do regularly to keep my back strong and pain free. I was provided an initial consultation and a 6 week programme to rebuild stability within my shoulder. Cannot thank them enough I'm now pain free and can resume focusing on my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: First time using BodySolve. Great to find I could book online at one of 3 local branches rather than enduring a long painful wait for an appointment. Debbie was extremely professional - took a full medical history, checked my back for mobility then worked hard on soft tissue and back structure to sort out the issue. I had been experiencing severe back pain and muscle spasms, but came out of my appointment in far better shape and with some practical advice for getting better.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 14 year son Jack in to have his first ever osteopath treatment at Body Solve and it was with Nicki. From the very beginning he made us both feel welcome. He constantly reassured Jack that he would not do anything without his consent, and explained exactly what he was doing bit by bit… jack was suffering with pain in the middle lower part of his back, and the sides of his neck. He was treated for both, using a massage technique on both releasing and stretching out those tight muscles.. again, always explaining what he was doing to jack, and constantly checking in for reassurance with him. Jack felt very relaxed after his treatment and also slept extremely well!.. he has also said that he would 100% like to go back to be treated again with Nicki, and would like to thank him also for very kind, thorough and professional service @ Body Solve!.. thank you
