She also spent the time to give me some helpful muscle release exercises to practice at home. Can highly recommend.

He explained everything clearly throughout the ultrasound scan, talking me through what was being shown and answering my questions. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome, relaxed, and at ease. I am very grateful for the time he took to explain things so thoroughly and would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Gareth booked me in for an appointment to diagnose an issue I have been experiencing with my shoulder. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and he instantly put my mind at ease. He did some physical manipulations which instantly relieved the affected area. Clearly amazingly knowledgeable and experienced with what he does. Amazing - would absolutely recommend seeing Gareth!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I'd booked in with Gareth based on a recommendation and was not at all disappointed! He was very thorough in his assessment and naturally explained everything he was doing, ensuring I was happy and comfortable at each stage. His experience very quickly shone through as he identified where my back is causing an issue and proceeded to relax it and manipulate it to reintroduce some mobility to the joints. Made a significant difference immediately and he told me to monitor how it feels and book a second appointment if I feel like i would benefit from it, really appreciated the relaxed approach and leaving it up to me to decide how I feel about continued assistance, without pushing for more appointments.

Fantastic experience: 1st visit to SHS today. Good choice of appointments available at short notice. Nice clean, tidy premises and treatment room. Excellent treatment by Jack - very relatable to sport. Gave a clear diagnosis and good explanation of the cause of injury plus easy remedial exercises to be done until next appointment. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son (13) has been suffering on and off with shoulder pain for approximately 3 months. Essentially muscle and joint pain, from playing rugby. We opted to seek professional advice, contacted swansea health solutions. Extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. Arranged an appointment. I can say from from start to finish extreamly professional, thorough and friendly. Liams shoulder felt more comfortable even after the first treatment. Liam actually left taller, from manipulation of muscles and joints. Helpful excersizes for Liam to practice in between treatments. Excellent work, very competitive pricing. And worth every penny. Would definitely recommend for any ache pain or niggle.

Fantastic experience: struggled for over a year with tennis elbow I struggled for over a year with tennis elbow. A few sessions with Gareth and was gone and hopefully his work recommendations and exercises will ensure it never comes back. Couldn't be more professional and welcoming.
