Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I have had back issues since a young age. Finding this clinic has been a life saver. I know when there is an issue I can trust them to know what it is and sort it out. They also dont take advantage and are keen to get you recovered in the quickest possible time. I have recommended them many times. I will forever be grateful to them.

Fantastic experience: Visited Tanja during my pregnancy due to ongoing back pain caused by the pregnancy. It made such a difference! After the first visit the tension had eased and pain reduced significantly, i returned a few times and problem solved!

She is very approachable and easy to talk to, but also very detailed in how she assesses and explains things. I never felt rushed, and the treatment felt specific to what was actually going on rather than just routine. She made me feel comfortable throughout and was both professional and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I was reccomended this clinic for recurring lower back pain and a fairly severe hamstring injury. For almost a year, sitting, standing and walking were all aggravating to my leg, and I didn't have a prayer of jogging. After only 2 sessions with Melody, I noticed a massive difference. The back pain was completley gone (and has not returned), and the burning hamstring pain had massively diminished. Now after 5 sessions, I am 100% pain free when walking, jogging and even running. 5*

Fantastic experience: I met tanja 3 years ago as I was in pain with my neck and back which resulted in constant headaches, she soon identified the issue and went to work to resolve the issue after a few sessions i felt normal again and no headaches I continue to see tanja every 4-5 weeks to keep on top of my issue and she’s been a life saver! Fantastic experience: I have had treatment for lower back pain, neck pain and most recently plantar facilitis with Tanja. After 2 sessions my pain and discomfort has always gone away and Tanja is so professional, giving a gentle but very effective treatment. Fantastic experience: Over the course of the last 20 odd years I have visited Tanja’s clinic for treatment on many occasions, due to the bumps and grinds of an active work and sporting life. Tanja’s treatments have, I believe, worked miracles for me, and I’ve presented with several different musco-skeletal problems including acute lower back pain and spasm following injury, and similar neck issues. On occasions I’ve been treated whilst struggling to even walk into the clinic. These issues affected my daily family and working life, causing pain, sleep loss, stress and mobility problems. Sometimes even after a single session my mobility improved dramatically, the pain subsided and I felt instantly joyful again!! I’m having sessions now for a bit of neck and shoulder pain caused by general wear and tear and confident I’ll soon be ok. Tanja is a genuine, warm, friendly, caring, highly qualified, experienced and skilled practitioner who will listen carefully to each individual’s problems, assess and diagnose their condition, and literally implement a hands-on treatment plan. I thoroughly recommend her clinic. It certainly works for me.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 month old daughter to Tanja , my daughter has been struggling bad with acid reflux aswell as loose stools due to her prescription milk due to allergy and the constant hic ups more than 6 times a day ... Since only 3 appointments with tanja she has helped loosen her diaphragm and the knot in the nerve of her neck since then hic ups are practically non existant she has been feeding better her nappies have been better she's been allot more comfortable already just off 3 appointments I can't thank tanja enough for helping my now happy and comfortable baby

When my son broke the growth plate on his finger, we wanted to make sure he healed properly so he could get back to rugby and playing the piano without any lasting issues. Throughout his recovery, Tanja helped keep his hand moving freely and feeling strong. Later, when he sprained his MCL, she worked with him to rebuild strength, improve stability, and regain confidence in his knee—helping him get ready to return to rugby. Fantastic experience: After my second baby he had terrible trouble with bottle feeding and suffered awful reflux. It was a living hell and had gone on for weeks. I didn’t seem to have much help from the doctors or health visitor, basically just telling me he will grow out of it. I was going out of my mind when , I came across Tanja and can honestly say she saved us. She agreed with me that my son had severe tongue tie, something I was told wouldn’t affect bottle feeding babies. She also found he had trauma from a quick delivery so did cranial work on him over a few sessions which worked wonders. Even after the first session I noticed a huge difference, plus for me it was so nice for someone to listen to my concerns and give helpful advice. I’ve recently had my third baby and had similar issues so I didn’t hesitate to call Tanja and she booked us in straight away. I felt at all times my babies were in the safest hands. Fantastic experience: I found Tania, thankfully last year after going through a really hard time by myself for 9 months, nobody had an answers, and there was no help available. I had tried osteopathy but that made me worse and I found it wasn't treating me holistically. I was out of alignment. In the spate of 5/10 mins Tania had successfully found and informed me the cause much to my relief and within a couple of treatments I was feeling near human again! Fantastic experience: Would 100% reccomend. I dislocated my knee back in April playing rugby. Started physio with nhs but due to having it every 4-6 weeks wasn’t seeing a lot of progress. I was recommended by a team member after she had progress with her injury. Started seeing Tania in September. Just after 2 sessions I had progress as when I first started treatment I wasent able to straighten my knee, was a lot of pain and over compensating a lot on the other side witch was causing agro with my achillies.Pain got bearable just after those 2 sessions. I have had 5 sessions altogether and there has been a lot of improvement. Haven’t had any treatment in a few weeks and haven’t been in any pain with my knee or Achilles since.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. Had very limited mobility in my left shoulder/arm since having an operation to replace the torn tendons in 2015. Assumed after all this time that I would have to live with it. How wrong I was! Having received treatment @ Southwest chiropractors for 2 months I now have the same movement in both arms with very little discomfort. Fantastic experience: I've been seen by Polly at the Southwest Chiropratic Clinic since 2014, after I fell off a skateboard! Turns out it's harder than I thought! My treatment sessions were more frequent in the beginning but as my mobility improved, the sessions were spread regularly. Now I visit ever 3 months for maintenance which I wouldn't be without. My daughter has also visited and I've been very impressed with the results. The staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming when I've had to take my children with me to appointments. A fantastic service for great value.

Negative experience: 'Our ground floor clinic has wheelchair access throughout the clinic.' & 'The clinic is located on the ground floor and wheelchair access is provided throughout the clinic making it convenient for everyone.' However, what they also have is an uneven 5-6 inch step leading to the building and then a step about 6 inches high to get into the building. Please sort it out or remove that misleading information from your website.
